ROJAVA – In the context of legitimate defense, 4 soldiers of the occupying Turkish army were killed and at least 9 mercenaries were killed in the series of actions of the YPG against the occupying Turkish army as response to the attacks occurred in in the regions of AANES.

The attacks of the occupying Turkish army against our areas continue with difficulty. In many attacks, our people are targeted, martyrs and civilians are injured. Also, in these attacks, our people suffer material losses. The occupying Turkish army does not recognize any rules of war in its attacks. Against these brutal attacks, we protect our people and our people’s achievements under all circumstances in the context of legal protection.
- In this context, against the attacks of the occupying Turkish army on the 23rd and 27th of October, response activities were carried out in the occupied areas. As a result of these actions, 4 soldiers of the occupying Turkish army and 9 gang members were killed. A car, an A-4 weapon and a grenade launcher were also destroyed in these activities.
