NEWS CENTER – Şehid Sara Tolhildan and Şehid Rûken Zelal entered the history of Kurdistan’s freedom struggle on September 16 with a historic Fedaî action. The two young women who joined the Kurdistan Freedom Struggle and organized and resisted in it for years, created a new line after Zilan with this action. They have brought the enemy, the people and the youth back down to earth with their action and have revealed a truth with their action. The truth that the Kurdish people will never surrender to this genocidal enemy, the truth that the women will lead this fascist system to collapse, the truth that the most determined fighters of freedom are the young women of YJA Star.
With their action, they have not only exerted a great influence on the enemy, who lulled themselves into security in their metropolises, while they are causing massacres on nature and environment in the mountains of Kurdistan, terrorizing the Kurdish people and committing one war crime after another in the free mountains of Kurdistan with chemical weapons and banned bombs, without any significant reaction against it in the society and general public. Şehid Sara Tolhildan and Şehid Rûken Zelal not only scared the enemy to its foundations, but also sharply criticized the people and the youth who have not been active enough so far to stop this enemy, to finally put this enemy in its necessary place and force it to its eventual downfall. That is why they became a line with their action, a line that shows everyone, old and young, that if the Kurdish people, women and youth do not fight, they will not win. They have shaken them up, opened their eyes and made it clear to everyone that the enemy is not as strong as they claim. The enemy can be defeated, the enemy is on the brink.
After Martyr Zilan, tens and hundreds of heroic fedayeen emerged and became a torch for the Kurdish people and youth again with their unique actions during the most critical periods of the struggle and war. Andoks, Erişs, Doğas, Zinars were also freedom militants who were able to reach the secret of this truth. Against all this, on September 26, 2022, two female guerrillas carried out a sacrifice action at the Tece police house in Mezitli district of Mersin and stated that the action was carried out against the brutal attacks of the fascist Turkish state against the guerrilla and the torture that developed in the dungeons.
