Leader Apo reveals the freedom stance of the Kurdish people in Imrali
The lockdown is actually entering its twenty-fifth year. The conspiracy against Leader Apo has completed its twenty-four years and entered its twenty-fifth year. The isolation has been going on for twenty-five years. Although there were talks in İmralı from time to time due to the special war, the government, which was stuck as a result of our struggle, held talks from time to time, even though there were talks during the period when it followed different tactics, this isolation has continued for twenty-four years. He has not been allowed to meet with lawyers since 2011 anyway. In fact, there was no meeting with his family, with exceptions. It is not known what has happened in Imrali for the last 2 years. But we know this. Leader Apo reveals the Kurdish people’s stance of freedom and democracy in Imrali. In this regard, as the leader of this people, he shows the necessary stance.
The reason for the heavy isolation is Kurdish policy. Since it carries out a policy of genocide against the Kurds and wants to liquidate the Kurdish freedom movement, it also imposes a heavy isolation on Leader Apo there. More precisely, the approach to Leader Apo is already the approach to the Kurds, the approach to the Kurdish freedom movement. We can understand how the Turkish state approaches the Kurdish problem, how it approaches the Kurdish people’s struggle by looking at the isolation in Imrali and the severity of the isolation. Again, by looking at the oppression of the Kurdish people and the dirty war it waged against the Kurdish Freedom Movement, we can well understand what kind of policy and what kind of isolation there is in Imrali. Why did you raise awareness of these people? Why did you organize? Why did you make it to fight? They are putting such heavy pressure on the Leader and carrying out the isolation. The truth of leadership is essentially a thought leadership
With his thoughts, Leader Apo affects not only the Kurdish people, but also the peoples of the Middle East, but also the peoples of the world. This is the reality of leadership. Of course, one side of it is also affecting the Kurdish people right now. The Kurdish people draw strength from the thoughts of the leadership. The peoples of the Middle East draw strength from the thoughts of the Kurdish people. The peoples of the world are also getting strength from Leader Apo’s thoughts. We can also say that Leader Apo is the Leadership that finds and proposes solutions to all the problems in the world right now. Leaders who found solutions to the problems of peoples in history played their roles as leaders who changed history. Again, in the very troubled periods of history, in periods of social problems, political problems, cultural problems, economic problems, in times of crisis, Prophets arose in ancient times of history. Of course, they took the problems of that period mainly on their agenda and tried to solve them. Now today, humanity has actually become unable to breathe under the conditions of capitalist modernity. There is great exploitation. Sociality, which is human existence, has been disbanded. The disintegration of sociality means decay, it means degeneration, it means dehumanization. In such a world, Leader Apo shows people the way of salvation through thoughts. There is no other policy, no other ideology, that humanity will find a solution to the existing problem. Yes, in the past, of course, 150 years ago, the thoughts of Karl Marx and Engels were a great hope for humanity, a great light. Indeed, humanity gathered around this idea and fought for freedom and democracy. But capitalist modernity, this could not create a situation that would surpass the capitalist system. 150 years later, it was dissolved by the capitalist modernist powers, under their pressure, but mainly because of inadequacies, because social problems could not find a real solution to the problems of humanity. Now, humanity needs an ideology of liberation, a line that will guide humanity is needed.
Leadership revealed the line of women’s freedom
The leadership has revealed the line of women’s freedom at work. He put forward the thesis of democratic confederalism against the statist system that has inflicted all kinds of suffering and exploitation on humanity for 5000 years. Again, he put forward an ecology approach against the industrial system, against nature, against the attack, but with a really deep ecology approach, and he put forward a theoretical level that reveals both the salvation of humanity, the salvation of nature, all its essences and salvation. For this reason, peoples own it, humanity owns it. You have to see this. It should be seen that women should embrace it at this level. It has prepared an ideological theoretical basis for the women’s freedom line. The women’s liberation line is a reactive one, only a struggle against male domination, from a struggle for freedom and rights, and turned it into a struggle to create a women’s libertarian system on an ideological theoretical basis. In this respect, of course, there is a very strong ownership by women. It will embrace the leadership more in the coming years. There is already a struggle for the freedom of the leader all over the world. The struggle for the freedom of the Leader will gradually turn into the struggle for the Leader’s freedom, and it will become more widespread and turn into the struggle of the peoples to get rid of capitalist modernity.
CPT, European Union is being hypocritical
Karasu, who also criticized the Council of Europe Committee for the Prevention of Torture (CPT), stated: “The CPT is an organ of the Council of Europe. It is said to be an organ set up against torture. But there is a reality of Turkey that wants to join the European Union. It has all kinds of economic and political relations with Turkey. They have interests. In this respect, the European Union, the Council of Europe, turns a blind eye to all kinds of oppression by Turkey, not only on the subject of İmralı, but also on many other issues. A Europe that turns a blind eye to the Kurdish genocide and gives all kinds of support for the Kurdish genocide, and of course, will naturally remain silent about the oppression in Imrali. Leader Apo said that when I went to Imrali, I encountered the first CTP. And he stated that that order was established by the conspirators in Europe and that the system was assigned to Turkey as a guard. In this respect, the CPT

But when it comes to the Kurdish question, when it comes to economic and political interests, they forget and trample their own values. In this respect, the attitude, understanding and values of the CPT of the Council of Europe are up to its interests. They really forget these values when it harms their interests. Tony Blair, once British Prime Minister, made this clear: All over the world, we conduct politics according to our principles, according to our morals, at work. But when it came to the Middle East, he said, we cannot do this. In this respect, the human rights and legal values of Europe are left aside when it comes to the Middle East or the Kurdish question. This is the shame of Europe. “
Turns a blind eye to the Kurdish genocide
“Already, there were agreements made after the First World War regarding the genocide in Kurdistan. One of them was the Treaty of Lausanne. Here was the issue of who will stay in Mosul and Kirkuk, and the number of Turkey’s connections. In return for leaving Mosul and Kirkuk to England in the Treaty of Lausanne at that time. The Turkish state’s genocide against the Kurds was approved. If the Turkish state is implementing a policy of genocide against the Kurds in the twentieth century and today, it is the result of the agreement made at that time. And they still stick to that deal. Europe still fulfills the requirements of that agreement. It turns a blind eye to the Kurdish genocide.”

It has become clear that during these discussions on the right to hope, the Council of Europe and the institutions of the Council of Europe related to this right of hope gave advice to Turkey. If you do this right, it does not mean leaving it to Abdullah Öcalan, as it does not require him to leave it. They shamefully guided the Turkish state. The Turkish state also informed Europe that there was no right to hope for Leader Apo by taking advantage of the vacuum without this guidance. This has revealed the reality of these institutions in Europe.”
Recalling the war balance sheet published by the People’s Defense Central Command, Karasu stated that the Turkish state used thousands of thermobaric bombs, chemical weapons and poisonous gas and said, “Currently, the Turkish state is doing more and more of Russia’s attacks in Ukraine. So there is an attack every second. Every minute of 24 hours there is war, there is attack. The Turkish state will almost completely flatten that geography with its bombs. It has become this. There is such a war, of course. Chemical weapons are also used in this war, but there has been a great heroic resistance against it for six months. All our comrades there. Like Sara, Tolhildan and Ruken Zelal they resist selflessly. Our comrades are doing the same sacrifice there,” he said.
Kurdish people need to stand up
Expressing that it is important for the public to express their reaction against chemical weapons, Karasu said: “The Kurdish people need to stand up. Democratic forces need to react and stand up. Democracy forces in Turkey also need to raise their voices in this direction. The world remains indifferent when it comes to the Kurdish question. Turkey is trying to silence the fascist government by using state means. He’s trying to be both guilty and strong.”
Karasu, who harshly criticizes the KDP, which prevents the delegations to the region to detect chemical attacks, said, “Of course, the Turkish state is the enemy, it is attacking. Europe has interests, they turn a blind eye to reality. But the most painful is the KDP. It covers up the attacks. It blocks people who go there and want to go. It covers Turkey’s crimes. It is now up to the KDP to cover up Turkey’s crimes. Where is the Turkish state attacking, the KDP is producing justifications for the Turkish state. He is attacking Shengal for this reason. He says he is attacking Rojava for this reason. He doesn’t blame the attacker. It is one of the most shameful acts in history that the KDP prevented the use of chemical weapons and the use of such poisonous gas in these places as a cover.”
