NEWS CENTER – With the revolution in Rojhilat Kurdistan, the call for freedom not only in Rojhilat and Iran, but around the world received new impetus. With the slogan “Jin, Jiyan, Azadî”women in Rojhilat Kurdistan began to express their opposition to the oppressive ruling regime in Iran. With this reputation and the spread of rebellion in Rojhilat and Iran, they attracted worldwide attention. Today, after 26 days of widespread rebellion, women in many different countries around the world are chanting “Jin, Jiyan, Azadî” to show their support and solidarity with Kurdish and Iranian women’s struggle for freedom. This call is heard at rallies and demonstrations on the streets of Europe, in the European Parliament and in the German Bundestag, this slogan has become a popular hashtag in digital media.
But as has been critically noted in many places, Jin, Jiyan, Azadi is not just a slogan that is printed on a T-shirt and thus symbolizes your feminist attitude. Jin, Jiyan, Azadi is a way of life, is an attitude in life, affecting all areas of human life. This should be well understood in the inflationary use of this term.
Jin, Jiyan, Azadi – translated means women, life, freedom, i.e. the woman as the center of life and freedom. This reputation reveals the actual position of women in life and society and also shows how far women have been removed from their actual role in the systems of male domination mentality. Those who chant this slogan are reclaiming their historically based position in society. With this demand, they are therefore also demanding a fundamental change in the system. The disempowerment of male rule and the annihilation of the associated male mentality that oppresses, exploits, humiliates and degrades women into objects of their desire. It is not for nothing that Rêber APO said that the status of women in a society
“I always say that conditions under which ‘Jin and Jiyan’ cease to mean woman and life reflect the decay and dissolution of society. Unless we analyze this reality and mobilize for the path to freedom, those elements that we call revolution, revolutionary party, leaders and militants cannot possibly play their intended role.”

Because if women are the center of life and freedom, then society can only live and be free through women. The more oppressed the woman, the more oppressed the man, the child and society as a whole. With this awareness, the revolution in Rojhilat Kurdistan feeds on an awareness that was historically based on the soil of Mesopotamia, was lost there and is now reviving there with the rebellion of women in Rojhilat and Rojava.
With this awakening, the whole world will awaken, so the powers of male domination are doing everything they can to prevent this, whether in direct or covert ways.
The statement “Jin, Jiyan, Azadî” is based on the analysis of Chairman Abdullah Öcalan, who has been imprisoned in the high-security Type F prison in Imrali for 24 years and is subjected to severe isolation torture. The male systems of domination are trying to erase his influence by denying him any contact and keeping him hostage on an island in order to bring the freedom-loving peoples and especially the women back under their control.
In many places around the world, the slogan Jin, Jiyan, Azadi is used in a very superficial way in an attempt to alienate and alienate it from its actual content. Young women who undress and present themselves as objects of sexual desire in order to present this as a newly won freedom, you only move within the framework of the values of the capitalist system of domination. In Iran, in the centers of the Iranian ruling regime, the universities, male students who are under the control of the regime tried to convert the slogan Jin, Jiyan, Azadi into the slogan masculinity, heroism and construction.
“Our living conditions and the way we live are the greatest blow to unlimited female slavery and ugliness. That makes me very proud. What is important, however, is how you personally and as an organization bring this attitude to life. I believe the secret is to form yourselves and not allow male interference. In this way, under the given circumstances, you also give the men the most successful answer. Some talk about love and that they would need the woman. But you are well aware that they do not have the courage, consciousness and beauty to love the true woman. What they call need and love does not go beyond primitive drives. But love cannot be realized with it, it kills love. The books of the gods have been about love being killed since the story of Adam. But you must continue to teach and represent freedom, the magic formula “Jin, Jiyan, Azadî.”

It is obvious that the patriarchal regimes do not accept the awakening of the freedom-loving women and try to attack them in various ways and force them into a renewed sleep of death. The women in Rojhilat and Iran, in the European countries, in the countries of South America, in Afghanistan and Turkey should strengthen their self-defense mechanisms and above all ideologically base themselves. The best reading about this can only be the books of someone who, with his research, his analyses, but also with his actions, became the murderer of the male dominance mentality and therefore made the international systems of domination his enemy. The one who did everything to awaken women from their sleep of death and brought their strength and consciousness to the highest heights. Reber APO. Through the devoted work and effort of Rêber APO, Kurdistan has become the source of hope for freedom throughout the Middle East and around the world. Because in Kurdistan the women have stood up, have recreated themselves and in accordance with their original role in the sense of“Jin, Jiyan, Azadi” organized. The greatest heroines have emerged from the women’s army of the YJA Star, who sacrificed their lives for freedom, against everything that destroys life and attacks freedom.
“I always say it: woman is an inseparable part of life. But not only an objective part, she must also ensure to become a conscious, determined subject.
With this in mind, we are not only developing a solution for you, the entire society urgently needs the liberation. You are the pioneers of liberation in this area. These tasks are very urgent, you must take them very seriously.”

Next to Şehid Beritan, who this month threw herself off the cliffs of Xakurke to avoid falling into the hands of the KDP and YNK peshmergas, who colluded with the enemy of the Kurds to attack the PKK.
Or Şehid Aynur Arhan, who burned herself to protest against Rêber APO’s kidnapping, thus expressing her deep connection to the man who became the butcher of male rule.
Or as recently Şehid Sara Tolhildan (Goyi) and Şehid Ruken Zelal, who attacked a high-security police station in the middle of the Turkish metropolis of Mersin and blew themselves up with it to point out the cruel attacks on their chairman, their people and their comrades to answer those who are currently in the free mountains of Kurdistan opposing the worst weapons of mass destruction of the Turkish occupying army and their genocidal and destruction intentions.
Many of these heroines were born on this holy ground of Kurdistan and because of the reality of their lives they decided to go into armed struggle to fight for women, life and freedom with their lives.
“In the history of our people, the word for woman is the same as for life. But the closer we got to the now, it became two opposite poles. We close this gap again. We bring “Jin” and “Jiyan” back together. This is a positive development. Today I celebrate this development with the women and wish them continued success.”
