It was reported that “It has been determined by us that he used banned bombs and chemical weapons 2467 times during the 6-month war period between 14 April and 14 October 2022. The identity information of our 27 comrades who were martyred in these attacks has been made public in previous statements.”
Our agency has been constantly publishing the videos, reports and information related to the war crimes of the Turkish fascist state and from the perspective of remembering the heroes of this historic resistance, we will be publishing about the 17 martyred guerrillas over the next few days in order to remember their struggles, their conviction with the revolution and Serokatî and denounce such war crimes.

Our comrade Rûbar was born in a patriotic family in the village of Hacitkê, in the city of Xoy in Rojhilatê Kurdistan. The growth of our comrade Rûbar in a patriotic and culture-bound environment was reflected in his personality in earlier times. Our comrade Rûbar has also witnessed the assimilation policies of the regime against Kurdish youth in Rojhilatê Kurdistan as well as in all parts of Kurdistan. Although our comrade Rûbar, who is loyal to his culture, was affected by these policies, he did not accept and developed a reaction. The torture and brutality inflicted on the Kurdish people in all of Kurdistan has pushed our comrade Rûbar to a deep questioning. Our comrade Rûbar, who knew the PKK due to the patriotism of his family circle, gave the biggest answer to all these policies implemented against the Kurdish people and joined the PKK. Comrade Rûbar, who joined the guerrilla ranks from Xakurkê in 2010, revealed his contradictions and thoughts, displayed an honest participation, and this exemplary participation continued until his martyrdom.
Our comrade Rûbar, who was candid towards his comrades, had a great share in the development of his comrades and the beautification of life with his unflinching criticisms. Our comrade Rûbar, who developed himself militarily, stated that it is not right for a guerrilla to develop only militarily, and he was in an effort to develop himself ideologically as well. He always stated that it would not be enough to fight the enemy militarily, that it was necessary to understand and practice the Apoist Philosophy, which the enemy wanted to destroy, and he shaped his life accordingly. He participated in the struggle developed against the reactionary ISIS mentality’s attack on Rojavayê Kurdistan and the massacres it carried out there, and fought in many areas. Comrade Rûbar, who played a major role in the defeat of Kurdish and Arab freedom fighters in the war waged by this reactionary mentality against humanity, later returned to the mountains of Kurdistan.
Our comrade Rûbar, who has taken many duties at the command level in the Medya Defense Areas, has successfully fulfilled his duties. He made great sacrifices in the construction and development of battle positions. Comrade Rûbar, who actively participated in the war practice of Zap, shared his experiences with his comrades. With these practices, he has achieved an important level in commanding. Comrade Rûbar was one of our commanders who met the invasion attacks launched by the fascist, colonialist Turkish state on April 14, 2022. During this war, he acted as the regional commander and acted with the weight of his historical responsibility. Turning every place where the invaders stepped into an area of resistance during the war, He has been one of our commanders who played a leading role in the practice of the tunnel-position and expert team war style, which dealt heavy blows to the invaders and caused the blockage of the invasion operations, with high creativity.
Comrade Rûbar, who was one of the leading commanders of the practice of the new era guerrilla tactics, in which the most effective blows are dealt to the enemy, has inherited the tactic of achieving victory for us comrades. Especially with his hard work, comradeship, leading command, high courage and indomitable will in Şikefta Birîndara Resistance Fortress, his name has been indelibly written in our history of struggle. Comrade Rûbar, the valiant son of our people of Rojhilatê Kurdistan, whom the enemy could not cope with in any way on the battlefield, died in the cowardly and cowardly chemical weapons attack of the enemy.
