SIPAN BATMAN
Êlih, one of the important centers of patriotism in Kurdistan, has gained an important place in the history of freedom of our people by producing great revolutionaries and commanders from its heart. As before the emergence of our party, the PKK, together with our Movement, our people of Êlih have always followed in the footsteps of these great revolutionaries, showing their loyalty to them and leading our struggle for freedom.
Our comrade Sîpan was born and grew up in a family committed to Kurdish values in such a patriotic environment. A certain awareness has developed in our comrade Sîpan due to this feature of the environment he lives in and his family. The massification of our Movement in the 1990s, especially in the areas of Botan, Amed and Garzan, naturally affected the environment where our comrade Sîpan lived. With the Kurdistan Freedom Guerrilla developing its effectiveness in all areas of Kurdistan, our comrade Sîpan began to recognize the guerrilla struggle and sympathize with the guerrilla. As a patriotic Kurdish youth, he always felt indebted, especially in the face of the struggle and resistance that the Kurdistan guerrilla tried to build with great sacrifices, and he thought that he must fulfill his responsibilities towards our people by joining the guerrilla ranks. Our comrade Sîpan first met the guerrilla, whom he admired greatly, in the person of a group of guerrillas who went to their villages. He was deeply influenced by the stance of the first guerrilla group he saw, their speeches, their level and emotional relations with each other, and their humble stance towards our people. For this reason, he first wanted to join the guerrilla ranks in 1993. However, due to a misfortune, he did not join the guerrilla ranks at that time. Later, our comrade Sîpan, who participated in the works as a militia for many years, rendered great services to the Kurdistan Revolution. With his many works, he gave a great effort to expand our guerrilla struggle to our people and to embrace the Kurdistan Freedom Struggle despite all the attacks of the enemy. He continued his struggle more determinedly after his family migrated to Turkish metropolises due to economic reasons and enemy attacks. Although he lived far from his country, he felt the war in Kurdistan; both as a patriotic Kurdish youth and as a militia, he succeeded in fulfilling all his duties duly. Our comrade Sîpan, who had the opportunity to get to know our Party and Leader Apo closely during his work, deepened himself in Apoist life and philosophy and developed a desire to fight more. Our comrade Sîpan, who devoted himself to fighting in every sense, headed for the mountains of Kurdistan, where he could find the opportunity to fight more after the enemy developed intense attacks against our Leader, our people and our Movement.
Our comrade Sîpan, who joined the guerrilla ranks in 2010, finally met the free mountains of Kurdistan, which he had longed for for years. Evaluating the moment he joined the guerrilla as the turning point and happiest day of his life, our comrade Sîpan joined the mountain and guerrilla life with great morale and enthusiasm. When he joined the guerrilla, his comradely relations first attracted the attention of our comrade Sîpan, and he was deeply affected by this style of relationship. Therefore, he has always tried to be a good warrior of Leader Apo and a good comrade for his comrades. Due to his vital experience and organizational maturity, our comrade Sîpan made great progress in a short time, becoming both a competent guerrilla and a pioneering commander. Our comrade Sîpan, who has been a guerrilla in the field of Metina for about 3 years, gained great military experience during this process and deepened himself in guerrilla tactics and style. At the same time, he constantly trained himself on Leadership defense and analysis, and reconsidered his personality according to Apoist principles and measures. By creating significant changes in his personality with the concentrations he experienced, he overcame the effects of capitalism and the statist system and tried to internalize the features of democratic modernity. Our comrade Sîpan, who has always felt indebted to our people and our martyrs since he came to know our party and after the great sacrifices our martyr comrades made for our people, has always wanted to enter areas where the war was intense in order to be able to pay this debt and be worthy of the price paid.
With the development of the Rojava Freedom Revolution and the development of intense attacks against our people under the direction of the genocidal Turkish state, our comrade Sîpan, who promised to defend our people wherever they were attacked, fought against Al Nusra and ISIS gangs for a long time. Our comrade Sîpan, who took part as a leading commander in many moves developed against the gangs, has made a great effort in defeating the gangs that have plagued humanity. In the moves he took part in, he became a pioneering commander with his hardworking, self-sacrificing and tactical richness, and was loved and taken as an example by all his comrades. The martyrdom of many of his comrades, with whom he fought, during the war, enabled our comrade Sîpan to concentrate more and deepen in the military-ideological sense, and he believed that only in this way could he adhere to the memory of the martyrs and realize his dreams. State and Field Command has undertaken duties, making these duties the basis of further service to our people. Our comrade Sîpan, who dedicates himself completely to realizing the freedom of our people, is based on being successful in every work he takes part in. He never accepted a contrary situation for himself and made it a reason for struggle. With his humble stance among his comrades as well as his success in the war, he became the most concrete indicator of how an exemplary commander should be. He also came to the fore with his populist characteristics.
Our comrade Sîpan, who returned to the mountains of Kurdistan, where he felt himself belong, after the defeat of the ISIS gangs, went through a training process. With the concentrations he made during the training period he took part in, he learned lessons from his past practice and prepared himself for his new term duties and responsibilities. He was particularly impressed by our Leader’s historical resistance in İmralı, and endeavored to fulfill the requirements of our Leader’s message of more and more effective struggle with this resistance. On this basis, he wanted to move to the Bakurê Kurdistan area in order to respond to the extensive attacks developed by the enemy against our people and our Movement, and to break the intense isolation system that continues on our Leader. Our comrade Sîpan, who deepened himself in the style and tactics of the new era, He moved to Bakure Kurdistan with great assertiveness and determination and served as the Garzan Provincial Command. Our comrade Sîpan, who knows the Garzan area and the local people very well, passed with high morale and enthusiasm that he would achieve great success in this field.
Our comrade Sîpan, who has always expressed his belief in the revolution and the freedom of our Leader, reached martyrdom by fighting until his last breath in the enemy attack, which took place as a result of a self-sacrificing and dervish struggle in the Garzan area, where he passed with the awareness that this would not be possible only with faith.

RAHIME XEBAT
Our comrade Rahime was born in a patriotic family in Mêrdîn. The family and broad circle of our comrade Rahime have been faithful to our Movement since the beginning of our freedom struggle, and believed that the self-sacrificing struggles of our heroic martyrs will give our people the freedom they deserve. Being born and raised in such a patriotic and Kurdish-conscious family enabled our comrade Rahime to get to know the Kurdistan Freedom Movement. The fact that there were martyrs, especially among her close relatives, made our comrade Rahime more interested in the struggle being waged, and she wanted to get to know the power that enables people to march towards martyrdom without hesitation. On this basis, she has been involved in our struggle for revolution since her youth, and she has been active mostly in social field studies. In her works, the public had the opportunity to get to know our reality more closely. At the same time, she witnessed the genocidal policies of the enemy against our people and felt great anger against the enemy. Our Comrade Rahime, who made her anger at the enemy a reason for a conscious struggle, increased her struggle even more. The development of genocidal attacks against our people by gangs and the martyrdom of our people and comrades in these attacks caused Comrade Rahime to turn to the guerrilla ranks, which is a more radical field of struggle, and joined the guerrilla ranks in 2014.
Our comrade Rahime, who joined the ranks of the Kurdistan Freedom Struggle from the Mêrdîn area, was named after the legendary female commander of Botan, Martyr Rahime, and made the claim of being a determined continuator of the women’s freedom struggle, which was created at great cost, at the beginning of her revolutionary struggle. After a short stay in the Mêrdîn area, where he joined the guerrilla ranks, Comrade Rahime moved to the Besta area, where he received training for new fighters. Our comrade Rahime, who had the opportunity to gain the military experience created over the years in Bakure Kurdistan with the training she received, managed to develop herself in the art of guerrilla with the help of her comrades. Our comrade Rahime, who considers guerrilla life as a life created by sharing and mutual feeling, she stated that this life can only be understood by living and that the secret that attracts everyone to her is hidden here. Our comrade Rahime, who moved to the Cudi field after the training she received, remained in this field until 2017. During her stay in Cûdî she participated in practical studies with great enthusiasm and enthusiasm, and was aware of the fact that she had dealt a great blow to the enemy with every work she carried out. She spent every moment in the guerrilla ranks with the responsibility of being worthy of our martyrs. Again, she worked hard and trained herself to be successful in our freedom war against the enemy. She wanted to reflect the trainings she received into practice immediately, and made her development continuous by making the results obtained from the practice a training subject. Our comrade Rahime took part in many actions developed against the enemy in her tough 3 years of Cudi practice and especially wanted to ease the burden of her comrades in the Self-Government Resistance. For this purpose, he spent every moment concentrating on the actions to be taken against the enemy, and had a certain knowledge in terms of military tactics and style.
Comrade Rahime, who moved to the Medya Defense Zones in 2017, received military and ideological training for three years in order to learn the necessary lessons from her practice in Bakurê Kurdistan and to share her experiences with her comrades. During the education process, she first focused on taking the necessary lessons from her practice. With the concentrations she experienced, she found the missing parts in the guerrilla warfare and tactics, and brought them to consciousness and turned them into an experience. Comrade Rahime, who started to understand our Leader’s Women’s Freedom Ideology more deeply during the education process, reconsidered her personality in the face of free women’s principles and endeavored to overcome the features that do not belong to her and are the product of the male-dominated mentality. Our comrade Rahime, who started to get to know herself better during the education processes, she devoted all her concentration to being “xwebûn” and has gone a long way in this regard. Again, she focused on how to avenge all her comrades who became martyrs, especially in the Self-Government Resistance. Being aware of the fact that the martyrs will be avenged with the right participation and with a conclusive style, Comrade Rahime has tried to understand and comprehend all the subtleties of the new era war style. In addition to the war tactic of the new era, he trained himself to use the technique used in this war correctly and appropriately, and became a professional YJA Star guerrilla. Our comrade Rahime, who moved to the Heftanîn area after the training he received, stayed in this area for a while and took part in actions against the enemy in many areas, especially in the area of Xantûr, and duly fulfilled the duty of leadership expected from her. Our comrade Rahime, who later took part in many different fields and duties, has always turned to Bakurê Kurdistan. The fact that the struggle in Bakure Kurdistan is of strategic importance for our people and our Movement, in addition to being an area where she first started guerrilla, where she first met with free life and fought against the enemy with many valuable comrades, further increased the will of Comrade Rahime to fight in this area.
Our comrade Rahime, who turned her face to Bakure Kurdistan with great assertiveness and determination, this time moved to the Garzan field as a pioneer YJA Star commander and started to practice in this field. When Garzan entered the field, she expressed his biggest dream as realizing the physical freedom of our Leader, and she devoted herself to work in order to realize this dream. Again, she predicted that a revolution that would take place in Bakurê Kurdistan would spill over into the Middle East as well as throughout Kurdistan, and he fought against the genocidal Turkish state with the sacred aim of ensuring the freedom of all oppressed peoples.
Our comrade Rahime was focused on victory in her struggle for this purpose and did not accept any measure for herself other than absolute success. His honest and sincere personality was also reflected in his comradely relations and he succeeded in establishing a strong bond with all his comrades. Our comrade Rahime, an exemplary YJA Star militant with her combative style and stance that does not compromise the truths she knows in any way, reached martyrdom by fighting to her last breath in a conflict with the enemy in the Garzan area on September 1, 2022. We promise to keep the memories of our comrade alive, make her dreams come true and we will definitely crown her struggle with victory.
OUR ACTION AND BAHOZ COMMITTEES HAVE REACHED MARTYR
The young commanders of our new era of guerrillaism, our comrades Eylem and Bahoz, were martyred by fighting heroically in the enemy attack that took place on July 4, 2022 while they were in the Kato Jîrka area. These valuable commanders, who successfully fulfilled the leadership mission expected of them in the Botan area, where they took place with great hope and claim, became exemplary Apoists with their militant stance against the invading and genocidal Turkish state. These valuable comrades, who spend every moment of their lives concentrating and making efforts to ensure the freedom of our Leader and our people, have also determined the character of the struggle we are going through with their stance. The Mêrdîn region has always been in a special position for years, with its insistence on preserving Kurdish culture and the resistance it has developed for the freedom of Kurdistan. For this reason, our people of Mêrdîn, who have always been the target of enemy attacks, have never made any concessions from the values they believe in and have been persistent in their struggle. With the development of the Kurdistan Freedom Struggle, our people in Mêrdîn have also stood by the PKK and the freedom guerrilla, have joined thousands of their brave sons in this struggle, and are leading our struggle with hundreds of martyrs.
Our comrade in action was born into a patriotic family in the town of Stewrê as a member of this struggling people. Comrade Lokman, the uncle of our comrade Action, joined our Party in the 1990s and was martyred in 1999. This situation affected the life and future dreams of our comrade Eylem, and reinforced her determination to follow her uncle’s footsteps. Our comrade in action had the opportunity to see our guerrilla forces many times during his youth; was influenced by the life stances of our comrades, their relationship styles, and the value they attach to people. After learning that the ideological depth that provides this stance in the Kurdistan Freedom Guerrilla is the Leader’s philosophy, she started to read the Leadership more. As we read about our Leader, who has become the hope of all Kurdish people and oppressed peoples, our comrade Eylem felt that she had reached the source of freedom. Our comrade Action, whose heart beats for freedom on the one hand, felt the responsibilities imposed on her by the massacres against our people, on the other. She thought that the massacres committed against our people, especially in Shengal and Rojava areas by the hands of ISIS gangs, must be held to account, and he knows that this is going through a radical struggle.
On this basis, our comrade Eylem, who joined the guerrilla ranks in 2014, received training for new fighters in the field of Qendil. With the training he received, he made it his main goal to prepare himself militarily according to the war process. For this, she learned to use many weapons and deepened in guerrilla tactics and style. Again, although he had read our Leadership before, she felt that the ideological training she received in the mountain environment touched her life more and this gave him great strength. Especially as a female guerrilla, she fought a great battle of will against the harsh conditions of the mountains and gradually began to integrate with nature, which has also been a source of morale for her. Our comrade Eylem, who recreates herself with the mountain, feels herself for the first time.
Our comrade Action, who later moved to the Zap area, took her place in the intense war practice here without hesitation and became an exemplary militant with her participation in life and war. Our comrade Eylem, who has been practicing in the field of Zap for a long time, experienced many firsts in her life in this field. Many firsts lived in the Zap area, from the first action against the enemy to receiving the news of the first martyrdom. At the same time, he is connected to this field, where he gained great experience in military and life, with an unshakable bond. Especially the martyrdom of her comrades, with whom she waged a great struggle against the enemy, has deeply affected our comrade Eylem. For this reason, she remembered the moments she lived with her comrades on every path she walked, on every mountain peak she turned his face. For this reason, our comrade Eylem, whose world of meaning has expanded even more, has started to look at the mountain and nature differently. Taking part as a YJA Star guerrilla in the Zagros, where the goddesses set their thrones, and being in a relentless war against the cruel states that waged war on the goddess culture, gave our comrade Eylem a special strength and morale. As a woman, she saw it as one of her main goals to overcome the boundaries drawn for her, to break down the thick walls she was trying to be imprisoned in, and she achieved this goal with her unmatched effort and effort. Our comrade in action read the defenses and analyzes of our Leader, whom she sees as a source of life, throughout the Zap practice, and in this sense, she prevented the distance between her and our Leadership. Our comrade Action, who learns something new every time he reads about our Leadership, incorporates this knowledge into his personality and makes it a part of her life, As an Apoist militant, she considered herself responsible for keeping our Leader under heavy isolation and could not accept this situation. Our comrade Eylem, who always aims to be at the forefront in terms of participation in life and war even after crossing to Bakure Kurdistan, struggled with the awareness of the importance of the Botan area for our people and our Movement, and gradually wanted to size and develop this struggle. Our comrade Action, who is in the regional command of the Kato Jîrka area, as a pioneer YJA Star commander, has made a great effort to prevent the enemy from assimilating our Botan people and tearing them away from their values.
Our Botan people, who have taken an honorable stance against the invaders for years with their loyalty to their land, culture and country, have become integrated with our party PKK, with the emergence of the Kurdistan Freedom Movement and developing a self-sacrificing struggle against the invading Turkish state. Believing in the PKK’s sacrifice, which they witnessed with their eyes, to the end and without calculation, they sent thousands of their brave sons to the guerrilla ranks. This patriotic stance of our Botan people and their embrace of our party PKK dealt a great blow to the colonialist Turkish state’s dream of committing genocide against our people. For this reason, this genocidal mentality has committed massacres against our people in many parts of Bakure Kurdistan, especially in Botan, by burning down thousands of villages and causing hundreds of thousands of our people to migrate. The enemy who wanted to continue the genocide policy in this way again faced the honorable resistance of our people. Our people, acquainted with our leadership’s philosophy of freedom and the self-sacrificing resistance of the guerrilla, chose to resist under all circumstances.

Our comrade Bahoz was born as a member of a patriotic family from Botan who had to migrate to Turkish metropolises. The fact that Qileban was born into a family from the patriotic Mijîn village was enough for our comrade Bahoz to grow up with a patriotic consciousness. Although he grew up far from Kurdistan, he started to sympathize with our Party and the guerrilla from an early age, with the deep awareness of Kurdishness and patriotism he inherited from his family. Our comrade Bahoz, who grew up in the freedom struggle of our people and the conditions created by it, naturally found himself in this struggle. He was involved in youth work with great energy and enthusiasm during his youth, and took part in many protest actions against the enemy. But our comrade Bahoz, whose face is always turned towards Kurdistan and the mountains of freedom,
Comrade Bahoz, who joined the guerrilla ranks in 2015, became integrated with the guerrilla life in a short time due to his longing for his country Kurdistan and his longing for the guerrilla. Our comrade Bahoz, who embraces every work he does with love and passion, has been successful in his work and has turned his face to new work and success. Especially due to his interest in military studies, he made deep concentrations on guerrilla tactics. Our comrade Bahoz, who managed to learn lessons from past war practices, had a great effort and effort for the development and successful implementation of new tactics. On this basis, it has constantly renewed and trained itself within the framework of the guerrilla restructuring project. From learning the military technique used in today’s wars, He has improved himself in many areas, from the measures to be taken against the enemy technique. However, he believed that today’s wars cannot be won on one leg, that is, with purely military competence, and he brought to his consciousness that he should become competent in an ideological sense. For this purpose, he read and discussed the philosophy of Leadership and aimed to become an Apoist militant by putting his results in his personality. Our comrade Bahoz, who treats himself sincerely and honestly on the basis of the Leadership ideology, quickly overcame the system features on him and took firm steps forward to become a free individual. Thanks to this feature, he gained the admiration of all his comrades and became an exemplary militant.
On this basis, it set out to meet its roots, towards the Botan field. He first participated in works in the field of Besta in Botan, where he passed on the basis of a great claim, determination and definite success. While in Besta’s field, he focused more on following the enemy, understanding his course of action, and planned the actions he would take on this basis. With his concise and self-sacrificing participation, Besta took part in both the preparation and implementation stages of many actions in the field and made a great effort to make these actions successful. Comrade Bahoz, who later moved to the Kato Jîrka area, increased the pace of participation in this area and tried to respond to the requirements of the period. Despite all the technical superiority of the enemy, he planned new actions with the high creativity of the Apoist guerrilla, has successfully concluded these plans with great confidentiality and sensitivity. Especially in the creative sabotage action carried out in the Deriyê Qaçê area, it inflicted great losses on the enemy and once again demonstrated the invincibility of the guerrilla and its insistence on victory. Comrade Bahoz, who is a militant who creates every moment with effort, has reached the essence of Apoist militancy with this feature and has set an example for all his comrades with his courage and self-sacrifice.
We express our condolences to all our patriotic people of Kurdistan, especially to the valuable families of our comrades Sîpan, Rahime, Eylem and Bahoz, who are among the most concise examples of faith, determination and devotion to the values of freedom with their struggles.”
