BEHDÎNAN – The HPG press center stated:
“The war criminal Turkish army wants to achieve results by using all methods of dirty war against the freedom guerrillas, which they see as the main obstacle to the genocidal policy they are developing against our people. Since the invasion operation began on April 14, it has used internationally banned bombs and chemical weapons thousands of times. On October 21, the fascist Turkish army continued its crimes and bombed the positions six times with prohibited bombs and chemical weapons, four times with warplanes and dozens of times with howitzers, tanks and heavy weapons.
On the other hand, our armed forces strike back at the occupiers and continue their historical resistance. As a result of the actions taken by our armed forces, 6 occupiers were fined and 2 injured. 2 Mobesse camera systems and 1 military tent were also destroyed.”
HPG shared the following information on the details of the actions and attacks carried out:
In the Zap region within the Bazên Zagros Revolutionary Movement;
- On October 21, the occupiers in the Çemço resistance area were fired with heavy weapons by our mobile teams and 2 occupiers were punished.
In the Xakurkê region within the Bazên Zagros Revolutionary Movement;
- On October 21 at 6:00 p.m., our forces destroyed 2 Mobesse camera systems set up by the attackers in the Şêxzade area in Xakurkê.
As part of the Revolutionary Movement Cenga Xabûrê Martyr’s War Maraş;
- At 08:25 on October 22, the attackers in the Girê Amediyê resistance area were targeted by our mobile teams from two directions and defeated with a coordinated guerrilla action. The first action arm fired at a group of occupiers with individual weapons, punishing 4 occupiers. The second action arm fired on and destroyed 1 occupier’s tent with medium automatic weapons. In this effective action, carried out by our forces at close range using infiltration tactics, 4 occupiers were punished, 2 occupiers injured and 1 military tent destroyed.
Attacks by the occupying Turkish army with prohibited bombs and chemical weapons;
- On October 21, the combat positions in the Girê Amediyê resistance area and Şehîd Felat in the Sîda resistance area were bombed six times with prohibited bombs and chemical weapons.
Attacks by the occupying Turkish army;
- On October 21, the Zap Wasser area was bombed four times by warplanes.
- On October 21, the Girê Cûdî, Çemço and Saca resistance areas were bombed dozens of times with howitzers, tanks and heavy weapons.
- On October 21, drone activity was observed over the Girê Amediyê resistance area.
- On October 21, the occupying Turkish army tried to destroy the fighting positions in the Karker resistance area with excavators and crushing shovels”.
