NEWS CENTER – Martyr Sara Tolhildan and Martyr Ruken Zelal On September 26, 2022, a sacrifice action was carried out against the Tece police house in the Mezitli district of Mersin. In response to the action, 5 young Raqqa youth announced that they had joined the guerrilla ranks.
The description is as follows;
“The attacks on the Kurdistan mountains have entered their sixth month, leaving 5 months behind. This attack is not only against the Kurdistan Freedom Guerrillas, but also against all people who want freedom. The existence of those who want freedom is due to the courage of the existence of the guerrillas. The fascist and occupying state carries out massacres against the people in North-East Syria and Southern Kurdistan, regardless of the Kurdish-Arab-Syrian distinction. He has only one goal to put an end to his dreams of freedom come true. Kurdistan Freedom Fighters, including our brothers from all walks of life, are fighting heroically and resolutely against the fascism of the 21st century in the mountains of Kurdistan. On September 26, 2022, two young commanders, Martyr Sara and Rûken, carried out a sacrifice action against the soldiers of the invading Turkish army in Mersin city center.
We, as the youth of Raqqa, are responsible for this sacrifice and we must fulfill our responsibility on this basis. Because the action of both commanders is an order for us. There is war in our country, our lands have been occupied, our people have been displaced, all these policies of the enemy are increasing our anger day by day. As Kurdish and Arab youth, we have decided to join the guerrilla ranks for a free Leadership and a free Kurdistan.
We promise our people that we will fulfill the instructions and orders of both our martyrs, Martyr Sara and Martyr Ruken, and on this basis, we say once again that we will defeat this enemy and bury him here. We call on all Kurdish and Arab youth to join the struggle for freedom, to act responsibly, to join the guerrilla ranks, to protect their gains, and not to allow anyone to pollute our sacred lands.”
