NEW CENTRAL – The Jinên Tîrêjên Rojê Initiative published a statement and announced that between September 20 and October 3, they carried out actions against the police house, police vehicles and the police station. It was said in the statement, “Our units organized activities in Gever on September 20-24 and 30 to salute the activities of Martyr Sara and Martyr Rüken.”
The initiative gave the following information about the results of the activities:
“On the night of September 20, at around 7-8 o’clock, an action was held in the market with fireworks and sound bombs in front of the police house.
On September 24, at 11:30 in the Cumhuriyet district of Gever, a sabotage action was carried out against armored vehicles and civilian police vehicles that were on patrol. The civilian police vehicle was completely destroyed, 2 policemen of the occupying Turkish state were punished, one of them seriously injured 2 occupants.
On the night of September 30 at 00:00 in the Orman neighborhood of Gever, an action was taken against the occupation police station from two wings with sound bombs and molotov cocktails. The invaders, who were afraid and panicked, scattered around until morning.”
The initiative stated that against the October 9 conspiracy against Kurdish People’s Leader Abdullah Ocalan, they beat the police station at 75 on October 3 in Kişla neighborhood of Gever.
In the statement, the following information was given about this activity:
“At 20:00-21:00, our units attacked the 75th police station that occupied our neighborhood. The action was carried out with hand grenades and sound grenades from two wings. After the action against the police of the special teams who came to our neighborhood, an action was taken with weapons. The police of the special teams were attacked with individual weapons and a long battle ensued. After this battle, as far as our units have found, 2 occupying policemen were punished, 3 policemen were injured, one of them is in serious condition.
Our units reached their areas safely after these successful activities.”
