In the statement we made on June 24, 2022, we shared the information that our two comrades fought heroically and were martyred in the enemy attack of the invading Turkish army on the Martyr Kawa and Apê Musa areas of Amed on June 16, 2022. In our statement, we shared the identity information of our comrade Dilşad – Mehmet Süleymanoğlu, and we emphasized that we would reveal the identity information of our other comrade when it became clear. It has been clarified that our other comrade who has been martyred is Dilşerda Semsûr.

DILŞERDA SEMSUR
Our comrade Dilşerda was born in Palaş village of Semsur. Since the land where he was born is a place where humanity started to socialize and dozens of civilizations lived on it, our comrade Dilşerda grew up depending on this culture, which is the memory of humanity. Although the genocidal Turkish state wanted to detach our comrade Dilşerda from its essence with its assimilation policies, due to its concise personality, it succeeded in understanding and nullifying these policies of the enemy early. Comrade Dilşerda, who met with the Kurdistan Freedom Struggle while she was studying at Ege University, began to understand her own reality better with the defenses and analyzes of Leader Apo. The more they read and researched, the better the public began to recognize our reality and brought the enemy’s genocidal policy to greater awareness. Comrade Dilşerda, who deepened her search for self-knowledge even more when our party started to recognize the PKK, started to receive language training in various associations in order to learn Kurdish, her mother tongue, better. As he learned the richness of the Kurdish language, he became enraged by the fact that it had been banned for years and began to react more and more against the enemy. Comrade Dilşerda, who took part in the establishment and management of the health councils established within the university, took care of the treatment of innocent people living in camps and injured due to the persecution and massacres of ISIS gangs on the basis of the work of this council. With the great love of humanity in his heart, he saw helping the oppressed peoples as the greatest human duty. Our comrade Dilşerda, who witnessed inhuman atrocities during this process and whose contradictions gradually increased, Rojava Freedom Forces and our party were affected by the PKK’s resistance against ISIS gangs to protect our people. Our comrade Dilşerda, who witnessed the heroism of our comrades who were wounded and martyred by fighting for the defense and freedom of our people, found the solution to their contradictions and the answer to their search.
On this basis, our comrade Dilşerda, who turned his face to the mountains of Kurdistan on 23 May 2015, joined the guerrilla ranks from the Amed area. A few months after joining the guerrilla ranks, the invading army launched an intense attack against our people and our guerrilla forces, which enabled our comrade Dilşerda to develop herself primarily militarily. Learning the basic principles of guerrillaism through intense warfare practice not only gave him an advantage, but also enabled him to develop a more effective fight against the enemy. Our comrade Dilşerda, who developed himself rapidly, learned the tactics and methods needed for the further development of our war in a short time and trained himself on this basis. Our comrade Dilşerda, who believes that successful results can be obtained if these tactics are used against the enemy, deepened his search and concentration in this direction. Our comrade Dilşerda, who participated in many actions developed against the enemy, later moved to the Erzurum area in 2017 and worked as a guerrilla there for 3 years. Our comrade Dilşerda, who participated in the development of many actions against the intense tendencies of the enemy in the Erzurum area, succeeded in successfully fulfilling the pioneering task expected from him in this field. Our comrade Dilşerda, who destroyed all the operations and orientations of the enemy with his successful practice, later returned to the Amed area, where he first engaged in guerrilla activities on the basis of needs. Our comrade Dilşerda, who participated in the works in the field of Amed with the weight of keeping the memories of her comrades who were martyred and with whom they fought together, and being worthy of them, He was a successful revolutionary with the lessons he learned from his previous practices. In addition to his successful military practice and revolutionary stance, he served as a doctor in the guerrilla ranks and helped his comrades whenever and wherever needed. On the basis of his socialist heart, noble feelings and lofty goals, he succeeded in becoming a beautiful Apoist militant and commander. Because of these characteristics, he has earned the love and respect of all his comrades. Our comrade Dilşerda, known for his humble stance in life, his loyalty to his comrades and his honest participation, reached martyrdom by fighting until his last breath in the conflict with the enemy on 17 June 2022. The march to martyrdom of our comrade Dilşerda, who caught the unity of thought-dhikr-action in his consistent personality and lived as he believed, was also self-sacrificing.
2 GUERILLAS MARTYRED IN LICÊ
The Amed area, which has left its mark on our history of struggle with the resistance it developed against the enemy and its leadership, is trying to fulfill this mission in these times when our people are closest to freedom. Our comrades in this field have made an intense effort to fulfill the requirements of the process we are in. Our comrades Kendal and Mahir acted with this awareness and took part in numerous actions against the enemy. Our comrades Kendal and Mahir, who did not make any concessions against the enemy in the operation carried out by the invading Turkish army in the Licê area of Amed on July 17, 2022, fought until their last breath and reached martyrdom by inflicting losses on the enemy.

Our comrade Kendal, who is originally from Sîwereg, was born and grew up there because his family migrated to Mersin before he was born. Our comrade Kendal, who could not fully live out his national values due to the social structure of his family, was always aware that a part of him was missing. Our comrade Kendal met the PKK when Leader Apo started his revolutionary march and went to university in Ankara, where the Apoists, who set out for freedom, first came together. With this meeting, he started to recognize the reality of Kurds and Kurdistan, the reality of the enemy and the reality of the exploited Kurdish personality. As their sympathy for our party increased, the public became more interested in our reality and sought to meet their core values. As Kurdishness met its essence, it also came face to face with the tragedy of our people. For this reason, the determination to fight has increased even more, and the struggle has begun to concentrate more on the ways and methods. In this context, he was involved in youth work at the university he attended, and in 2013 he joined the guerrilla ranks where our people will fight selflessly in the freedom struggle.

Our comrade Kendal, who made his first guerrilla practice in Amed; He also experienced all the firsts of saving and protecting the lands of Kurdistan from invading, plundering and occupying forces, and fighting for the freedom of his Leader and his people in the area of Amed. He got to know dozens of comrades in the Amed area and was deeply influenced by their life stance and comradeship. Comrade Kendal, who moved to the Medya Defense Zones after a year and a half of practice in Amed, which marked his entire guerrilla life, joined the Hêzên Taybet organization in order to turn his military experience into the basis of professional guerrillaism and to become a self-sacrificing militant of Leader Apo. Our comrade Kendal, who aims to be one of the most distinguished militants of the PKK’s self-defense army with the training he has received, For this purpose, he has made a unique effort and fully devoted himself to the line of Leadership. He made his blockages and strains caused by change the reason for a great battle of will and he experienced great ups and downs in his personality.
Equipping his mind and heart with the ideology and truth of Leader Apo, our comrade Kendal did not compromise his line struggle at every moment of his struggle and succeeded in being an exemplary militant. He has always been trying to do the best with great care, discipline, sensitivity, self-sacrifice and will in his life, war and every work he carried out by experiencing the militancy at the heights. Our comrade Kendal, who continues his search for awareness at every moment of his struggle, has never seen the level he has reached as sufficient, and has always made an effort and labor to be stronger and to live the truth of the Leadership to all his cells. Our comrade Kendal, who considers being a guerrilla as a search for life and truth; It reached its essence through guerrillaism, became itself and became Kurdistani.
Comrade Kendal, who is a competent guerrilla militarily as well as his competence in his ideological stance, has always wanted to be on the battlefield as a seeker of fulfilling the requirements of loyalty to our Leader and our martyrs. Despite being involved in many critical works as a member of Hêzên Taybet, her heart has always been struck by the freedom struggle in Bakure Kurdistan. Therefore, our comrade Kendal, who moved to Amed, the area where he started guerrilla and took the first steps towards becoming himself, has been involved in the works with an unstoppable energy as a requirement of devotion to the memory of his comrades with whom he had stayed before. Our comrade Kendal, who has undertaken many works in the field of Amed, has made an effort to be worthy of his martyred comrades with his success in these works. Comrade Kendal, who took part in many actions against the enemy, dealt heavy blows to the enemy with his courage and ambition in these actions. Our comrade Kendal, who fought until his last breath in the conflict with the enemy on July 17, 2022, was martyred in a manner worthy of his identity as a sacrifice.
MAHIR TENDUREK
Our comrade Mahir was born in a patriotic family in the Çildêran district of Wan. Participation in the guerrilla from his family and close circle caused our comrade Mahir to recognize the Kurdistan Freedom Struggle from an early age. Comrade Mahir’s participation in the guerrilla ranks in 2008 and his other sister in 2013 affected our comrade Mahir deeply and he dreamed of joining the guerrilla ranks. But his young age prevents him from realizing this dream. 2015 marks a turning point in the life of our comrade Mahir. Martyrdom of his elder sister Comrade Delîla in the Bêşebap Revolutionary Campaign this year,
After joining the guerrilla ranks, he made it one of his main goals to avenge his martyred comrades, especially his older sister, Comrade Delîla, and our people. However, our comrade Mahir, who is aware of the fact that taking revenge requires deepening ideologically and militarily, managed to get rid of the features that the system created on him and that do not belong to him, with the help of his comrades who are more experienced than him. One of the most effective struggles in our history of freedom against the colonialists in 2016, and the lives of our self-sacrificing comrades who led this resistance, and their stance on the Leader’s line deeply affected our comrade Mahir. For this reason, he is aware that he must take more responsibility for both the conscientious weight of being worthy of our martyrs and the breaking up of the severe isolation against our Leader. For this purpose, our comrade Mahir, who was included in the Hêzên Taybet organization, trained him more and tried to respond to the intense war process.
