NEWS CENTER – For as long as humans have existed, we have formed relations with each other. This is a natural development when communities live together. There have always been different foundations that these relations have been formed on.
At first, we have the mother-child relationship. The mother feels the responsibility for the child and the child is dependent on the mother’s attention. That is the basis of this relationship. This relationship may evolv into something else in the future, but its foundation remains the same. Then we have the friendships that develop at a young age. These are formed because children find the need to spend time with each other and play games in order to pass time. They have a responsibility to each other to make sure they have a good time. We can say that this is the relationship where socialisation begins. We feel the desire to socialise from a young age. These are the two relationships that have a big impact on the way we form relationships at an older age. These two relationships both have a common foundation that they share. They are both built on the foundation of responsibility. This is also the foundation for revolutionary relationships.
When we say relationships, we mean free relationships
A revolutionary relationship is a relationship of strength. It is one where you are not preying on each other’s weaknesses. It is not a relationship where each other’s weaknesses are covered up, but one of uplifting the strength within each other and adding strength to their strength. A revolutionary relationship is not an echo chamber where we share and wallow in each other’s agonies. It is not one where we constantly have expectations of each other. It is not a profit-based relationship. However, an “emotional” relationship, if we call it that, or a “classic” relationship, is one based on profit and expectations. The network of relations within society is full of such approaches. We demand unlimited rights in a relationship in the form of “Am I not your girlfriend,” “Am I not your parents?” or “Am I not your child?” The parents demand unlimited rights from the child, and the child from the family. This current relationship style holds us captive and makes us ineffective. This captivity needs to be broken down day by day.
After the complete collapse of this captivity commences, comprehensive and wealthy relationships will need to emerge. We can call this a rebirth or a fresh start. A new perspective on life, a new assessment of life. When we say relationships, we mean free relationships. Often, we trick ourselves into thinking that we are already in free revolutionary relationships, but it is not that easy. Improvement and development are what create a revolutionary relationship. All conversations and all activities in a revolutionary relationship are based around the goal of improving and developing one another. Encouraging the mental revolution of one another. This is a relationship free of expectations, free of personal gain. The basis of a revolutionary relationship is its ideology; the feeling of responsibility to spread that ideology. Therefore, a revolutionary relationship can only occur amongst people that are on the search for freedom. Revolutionary relationships are those that benefit the goals of the revolution. A revolutionary relationship does not serve any other purpose but to develop the revolution. Therefore first you need to have a revolutionary relationship with yourself. What this means is that everything you do needs to be in the dialectic of serving the revolution, of developing the revolution. A revolutionary relationship is one that has been able to split itself from the capitalist system. Therefore, first you need to split yourself from the capitalist system, and then you will be able to form this relationship. This relationship needs to be based on freedom. As Serokatî says, in all our relationships we should take freedom as the fundamental principle.
When Serokatî talks about revolutionary relationships, he pays special attention to women and what the relations between women in society are like. Because women experience the greatest pain and apathy as a result of social, national, and political oppression and degradation. Therefore, women have to give the greatest value and the greatest struggle to liberated relations
