“Mêrdîn area, which has gained an indelible place in our people’s memory by developing magnificent resistances in the Kurdistan Freedom Struggle, has succeeded in maintaining this tradition of resistance until today. He did not step back from the line of resistance against all the tendencies of the enemy and caused the enemy to experience syndromes. Our esteemed commanders Botan Hakkarî, Xebatkar Baran, Soro Amed, Zinarîn, Hewram, Hîra, Sozdar and our leading commanders Diren Bagok, Arjîn Xwînda Gabar and Êrîş Shino, our comrades who continued this struggle led by dozens of our martyrs, were carried out by the enemy on 27 July 2022 in the Bagokse area. reached. We repeat once again the promise that we will carry the struggles handed over to us by these valuable comrades to success with the responsibility and awareness of being worthy of them.

Our comrade Resistance was born in a patriotic family in Nisêbîn. Due to the patriotism of both his family and the Nisêbîn area he lived in, he met the Kurdistan Freedom Struggle at a young age. Our comrade Diren, due to the revolutionary and patriotic character of the environment he lives in, has taken his place in the revolutionary work since his youth. She tried to fulfill her responsibility towards our people by taking part in more young women’s activities. While in youth work, he always faced the mountains and always dreamed of the day when he would join the guerrilla. The martyrdom of our comrade Akif, with whom she worked during her youth work, by the enemy deeply affected our comrade Diren and he decided to join the guerrilla in 2013.
After joining the guerrilla, she was impressed by the warm and sincere approach of the guerrillas she saw for the first time, and her fascination with guerrilla life increased with each passing day. Again, the labor-based and communal life of the guerrilla attracted the attention of Friend Diren. Our comrade Diren, whose devotion to our country and our people has increased after joining the guerrilla, thought that she should include herself in the works without any calculations, since she assumed the responsibility for the freedom of our people and our country, Kurdistan. On this basis, she did not accept any measure other than absolute success in all the studies she took part in. In the struggle for freedom in which she took part as a woman, the search for a free woman deepened with the philosophy of Leader Apo and made this pursuit a personality trait. That’s why he always read researched and questioned her personality. She has taken care to be one with the principles of free women and has overcome these features by constantly struggling with her traditional aspects. In this sense, she has taken firm steps towards becoming a free woman. Our comrade Resist has always been honored and happy to be a member of YJA Star, which she defined as the most radical organization targeting women’s liberation, and has made a tremendous effort to assimilate the militancy measures of YJA Star. Our comrade Resistance was also impressed by the leadership’s international characteristics and was excited by the transformation of the PKK from a national liberation struggle into an international revolutionary movement. She was particularly impressed by the participation of revolutionaries believing in internationalism in the ranks of freedom, and her belief in socialism increased day by day. She has taken care to be one with the principles of free women and has overcome these features by constantly struggling with her traditional aspects. In this sense, she has taken firm steps towards becoming a free woman.
Our comrade Diren, whose concentration on the military field was visionary and deep, has participated in military training and studies, believing wholeheartedly that the guerrilla must become professional. She believed that if the guerrilla became professional, it would definitely succeed, and she predicted that the freedom struggle of our people would only achieve victory in this way. For this reason, she participated in military training’s with interest and quickly perceived what was told and reflected it in her practice. She constantly focused on military technique and tactics and waited for the day when he would improve himself day by day.

After joining the guerrilla ranks, our comrade Diren moved to the Zap area after the training of new fighters and participated in activities in the Zap area for about two years. During her time in the Zap area, she participated in many actions against the invading Turkish army and showed her anger towards the enemy with success in her actions. Comrade Diren, who stands out with her courage in these actions, has also been a source of morale and strength for her young comrades with whom she fought. After the ISIS gangs attacked our people in Kirkuk, it moved to this area and successfully fulfilled its duties and responsibilities here.
As a PKK and PAJK militant, our comrade Diren, who was ready to fight in every field our people need, wanted to move to the Mêrdîn area, where she joined the guerrilla, witnessed comradely relations for the first time and fought against the enemy for the first time. Her devotion to the memory of our comrade Akif, with whom she worked together and who was martyred in 2013, and her desire to take her revenge had a great impact on this request. She practiced in Mêrdîn and took office as a member of the provincial command due to her successful practice. We promise that we will definitely fulfill the dreams of our comrade Diren, who struggled as a leading YJA Star commander in the field of Mêrdîn, where he was born and had his first revolutionary experience, about revolution and socialism.

ARJIN XWINDA GABAR
Our comrade Arjin, originally from Mêrdîn Dêrîk, was born and grew up there after her family migrated to Wêranşar after their village was burned down by the enemy in the 1990s. Comrade Arjin recognized the Kurdistan Freedom Struggle from an early age because of her family’s participation in the guerrilla ranks, martyrs and prisoners in the enemy dungeons. Both the oppression and persecution of her family, and the struggle of her close relatives in the face of the enemy’s desire to commit genocide against our people, the costs they gave, and especially the martyrdom of her uncle, affected our comrade Arjin and led her to seek it. As a result of these searches, our party had the opportunity to get to know the reality of the PKK and Leader Apo more. Our comrade Arjin, who felt that she was getting closer to the concept of freedom as she got to know the Leader and the PKK, began to see the guerrilla and the Kurdistan mountains as areas where freedom took place. For this reason, it has made joining the guerrilla ranks its main aim and deepened its concentration in this direction. Our comrade Arjin, who thought that it was pointless to wait any longer in the face of ISIS gangs’ attack on Kobanê and their desire to massacre our people in 2014, joined the guerrilla ranks from the Gabar area in the same year.
With the great advantage of joining the guerrilla ranks in the Gabar area, she adapted to the mountain and guerrilla life in a short time. In addition to being one of the most beautiful areas of Kurdistan, Gabar’s being suitable for guerrilla activities enabled our comrade Arjin to integrate with guerrillaism. Especially thanks to the guidance of her experienced comrades, she gained the experience to be gained in a long time in a short time. Our comrade Arjin, who succeeded in improving herself with the training she received in the guerrilla ranks after a participation whose emotional side outweighed, has become a competent YJA Star militant in every sense by increasing her awareness level day by day. Our comrade Arjin, who had the opportunity to immediately practice the military and ideological training she received, continued her development in an integrated manner. Our comrade Arjin, who took part in many actions against the enemy during her time in the Gabar area, had the great joy of experiencing another first in the Gabar area. Again, she heard the news of the martyrdom of her comrades in the Gabar area, and this situation increased her anger towards the enemy many times over. Our comrade Arjin, who was injured in 2018 in the Gabar area, where she practiced for about 4 years, healed her wounds in a short time and continued her work. Our comrade Arjin, who never forgot the Gabar area, which she saw as a turning point in her life, her comrades there, and the free moments she spent with these comrades, moved to the Medya Defense Zones at the end of 2018.

After our comrade Arjin moved to the Medya Defense Zones, she studied at the Martyr Berîtan Academy, a free women’s military academy, and had the opportunity to question all guerrilla practices and learn the necessary lessons during this training period. She saw her shortcomings in her inquiries and made a great effort to correct them. She has experienced extensive concentrations especially in the ideological sense, and has made the women’s freedom principles she has adopted become her personality traits. She felt the excitement of being together with her female comrades at every moment during the education process, and she shared this excitement with her comrades. After the training, he determined his biggest claim was to fulfill his term duties with a participation in the line of Martyr Beritan and Martyr Zilan, and his participation was on this basis.
Our comrade Arjin, who went to Bakure Kurdistan, felt the excitement and happiness of returning to the areas where he took her first steps to a new life, moment by moment, and experienced the justified pride of keeping her promise to her martyred comrades. We promise that we will certainly carry the task of struggle left to us by our comrade Arjin, who succeeded in gaining a place in the hearts of all his comrades with his exciting nature and the value he places on comradeship, with the responsibility of being worthy of him.

The Rojhilatê Kurdistan part of our country has been an area where the resistance against the colonialists is maintained in the most dynamic way. Our people in Rojhilatê Kurdistan both joined the serhildans that developed in their own region, fought for their freedom and independence, and provided active participation and support to the serhildans that developed in other areas of Kurdistan. With this feature, our people of Rojhilatê Kurdistan set an example with their patriotism. Just as our Leadership developed one of the biggest serhildans in its history when it was taken into captivity, it also took its place in the resistance ranks against the attacks developed by ISIS against our people in the areas of Rojava and Shengal.
Coming from such a tradition of resistance, our comrade Êrîş was born in a patriotic family in the city of Shino in Rojhilatê Kurdistan. Our comrade Êrîş, who was brought up with the ancient Kurdish culture and tradition, was involved in various political activities in his youth with the awareness of patriotism he received from his environment and family. Comrade Êrîş, who understood that some of the political movements in which he was sincerely involved could not meet his dreams of freedom, met with our freedom struggle developed under the leadership of Leader Apo and our heroic martyrs. Our party has been deeply affected by the historical war waged by the PKK, especially against ISIS gangs, and the way they protect our people from the tyranny of these gangs.

Comrade Êrîş, who got to know our party PKK more closely with the training he received after joining the guerrilla ranks, improved himself day by day and tried to establish the principles of our Party in his personality. For this reason, he was in constant discussion with his comrades and tried to make up for his deficiencies with these discussions. Our comrade Êrîş, who has always expressed his admiration for the mountain and guerrilla life, has prepared himself in every way to fight against the ISIS gangs that are causing great suffering to our people. After gaining great spiritual and ideological strength from our Leader’s principles of freedom, he developed himself militarily and prepared himself for war. Our comrade Êrîş, who became competent by making great progress in a short period of time for guerrillaism, joined the war against gangs in the same year. Our comrade Êrîş, who has been fighting against ISIS gangs for many years, has gained a great war experience. It has been involved in many military moves and has contributed to the liberation of our peoples from ISIS gangs. During this war he was in, he improved his military knowledge and enriched himself tactically. Comrade Êrîş, who returned to the mountains, the sacred places of the Kurdish people, after the success in the war with the gangs was achieved, made an account of the war practice in which he had great successes. He shared the positive aspects that brought success in the war with his comrades and enabled them to benefit from these experiences. Again, it focused on stronger outputs by giving self-criticism of its missing parts. It has been involved in many military moves and has contributed to the liberation of our peoples from ISIS gangs.
