NEWS CENTER – New evidence has emerged showing that grave war crimes have been committed in the recent clashes, which began with Azerbaijan’s attacks on Armenia and a ceasefire. At least 135 Armenian soldiers were killed in the latest clashes.
According to the images and information shared on virtual networks, Azeri soldiers dismembered and murdered an Armenian female soldier. Armenia’s Chief of General Staff Edwar Asrian met with foreign ambassadors and told them about the atrocities committed in the city of Jermuk.
“No country’s troops have the right to commit such atrocities against the enemy. This is a clear violation of international humanitarian law.”
Asrian also stated that he has images of the atrocities committed if the ambassadors request them. “I don’t know how to describe the mutilation of a female soldier by Azerbaijani soldiers,” Asrian said, adding that the woman’s legs and fingers were cut off and she was stripped naked.
According to Armenian officials, at least 10 Armenian soldiers were captured by Azerbaijan. Azerbaijan receives direct support from the Turkish state in its war against Armenia. The Turkish state is also systematically and intensively committing war crimes in the Kurdish territories it occupies.
Research proves that the Azerbaijani soldiers act on the same principle as in April war of 2016 and 44-day-war of 2020. They act with extreme cruelty, cynically, and with confidence that not only will they not be punished, but they will be praised by their leaders.
For example, in one video, a female Armenian soldier was stripped naked, tortured and mutilated.
Then Azerbaijani soldiers marked the name of the Azerbaijani special forces – YAŞMA or YASHMA – on the tortured body of the same Armenian woman, indicating that the crime had been committed by them.

In the same video, they mention in Azerbaijani that they killed 2 more female Armenian soldiers and show the mutilated body of one of them in the nude. The details of both this and other cases are not presented in this publication, they will be presented to the relevant international institutions.
Azerbaijan and Turkey relationship
Relations have always been strong between Azerbaijan and Turkey, and are often described as “one nation, two states” by the ex-president of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev due to both being Turkic countries. The modus operandi of the Azeri State has much in common with the Turkish fascist state and it’s historical politics of genocide towards minorities – such as Kurds, Armenians and Greeks.
Erdogan has given full support, politically-military-economically to the Azeri state during the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict of 2020 that the Azerbaijani state came out victorious due to the superior technological equipment – much of it provided by Turkey (a NATO member). In the conflict the Armenian state lots control of the territory and among 28,000 and 38,000 people died. Since a cease-fire was established and Russia was supposed to ensure it. But how is visible in the Region of Rojava in Syria, the Russian state does little to stop escalations and allow the conflict to spread due to interests.
The barbaric methods of the Azeri state are well documented and has much in common to the methods used by the turkish fascist state against the Kurdish Guerrilla fighters and the people that dares to rise up against the regime, as there are many evidences of rape, torture and executions by the soldiers of turkey. They even share it online in telegram groups, praising the acts of barbarism – it was in this way that the recent video of war crimes committed by the Azerbaijan soldiers was spread online.
