First of all, I commemorate all the martyrs of the revolution in the person of the comrades who were martyred in Zap, Avaşin and Metina, and I bow before them with respect and gratitude. Again, we salute all the comrades who fought with a spirit of victory against the enemy attacks with a superior will in Zap, Avaşin and Metina in this process. In addition to this, the recent attacks in Kurdistan should not be considered as ordinary normal attacks. It is important to know that the main purpose of these attacks is to end the Kurdish people, to destroy the Kurdish people. Of course, there is not only a war in Rojava, not only a war in Shengal, not only a war in Maxmur. There is an attack on all parts of Kurdistan. There is an attack aimed at ending the Kurdish people. These were evaluated as a whole in every process. Our movement has explained this in every sense. These are important for us, but we need to know this; it is necessary to understand the war, the special war, the fascist attacks carried out by the enemy, the fascist Turkish state, especially in Bakurê Kurdistan.
There is an attack on every part of Kurdistan, from its mountains, stones, soil, trees, in every aspect. There is an attack on every place where Kurds live. Now it is trying to do this through political, cultural and physical genocide. Bakurê Kurdistan should see this well. They need to know that they are facing a serious physical genocide.
When we say “special war”, the perception is always like this; it tried to do it with perceptions, it tried to do it with drugs, it tried to do it with moral pollution, but now it has reached such a stage that there is an attack to physically end the Kurdish people. This is the main reason why so many friends are martyred in dungeons now. He is now trying to slaughter our comrades whom he could not make weak-willed. Again, let’s pay attention, there are very serious attacks against Kurds in Istanbul, Kocaeli, Sakarya and all over Turkey. There are very serious fascist attacks against young people who go as workers, there is an attack against families. It should be noted that there is a mentality that does not tolerate Kurdish life. Culturally, using assimilation methods, there was an attack aimed at ending the Kurdish people morally as a whole. Now there is an attack to end them physically. We need to see this well.
We are all following the recent process. With the harassment and rape in Botan, that is, with rapists in uniform, there is an attack to finish us morally. They are trying to do this especially through young women. They are trying to do it with their teachers, soldiers and rapists in uniform. The recent massacre of Firdevs Babat is actually an indication of this. It is either raping, murdering or trying to morally degenerate them as a whole. The Turkish Republic has always tried to do this with its fascist mentality.
It has been in an assimilation and genocide aimed at eliminating the youth in Bakur as a whole with drugs, creating a youth that does not think, creating a youth that is left without will, creating a youth that is completely according to itself, creating a youth that is imposed into the system that does not think.
Now it is trying to carry this out more with various methods of special warfare. What should be done in the face of these attacks? This should be questioned. This should also be mentioned. The type of special warfare that has been waged recently does not exist anywhere in the world. There is no people who have been under such attacks. They do not even tolerate the death of a Kurd. They sent Martyr Egit to his family by cargo. Now the same thing has been done with Martyr Welat Çiya. He was given to his father in a bag. We do not expect morality in the face of such an enemy. But there is a morality of war in all wars. But it is necessary to know that such an enemy has no morality, that it is wrong to expect justice from such an enemy, that it is not right to have any expectations from such an enemy. This is the point where such a fallen mentality, such a fascist, such a genocidal mentality has actually evolved. The point where the martyr Welat Çiya was actually given to his family shows the point where the genocidal mentality has reached.
In this sense, what is the duty and mission of the youth in this process? What should we do? At that point, the youth have duties. The youth of Bakur, in a period of such harassment and rape, so many arman massacres, genocides, funerals in dungeons almost every day, martyrdoms, very serious disrespect and immorality against our funerals. The youth must take action against this. It should not wait from anywhere. Of course society will show a reflex against this. But the youth is the power that will lead this. The youth of Bakur makes us think in this sense. In the face of such an immoral situation, in such a tough war in Avaşin, Zap and Metina, our friends are waging a very serious battle of wills. In a place where the conditions are so difficult, such a will is revealed. Why doesn’t the youth take the lead against such fascist attacks in Bakur? If we don’t do it today, when will we do it? If we don’t join the guerrilla against such a mentality, when will we join?
Yes, hundreds of young people are joining. But we do not believe that this is the potential of this youth, especially the youth of Bakur. In the face of such a war, such an attack, it is not possible for the youth of Bakur not to take action in the face of such an attack. When ISIS attacked in Kobanê, the youth of Bakur were at the forefront, they did not accept it. They fought against it. In Nusaybin, Sur, Cizre, Bakur youth fought on the front lines against the fascist mentality, against the colonialist mentality. We know that this is the spirit of the Bakur youth. This is how the Bakur youth is known throughout Kurdistan. With its leadership, its response to fascism, its attack, its action. Therefore, it is not possible for the youth to stand still in the face of such immoral attacks, in the face of fascist attacks. In this sense, it is necessary to take action in every aspect. Are our forests being burned, then we need to burn all their factories. We definitely need to take action wherever there is fascism. We need to burn down everywhere where there is state mentality, where there is fascism. Because it is no longer a process to be tolerated, it is no longer a process to wait.
All Bakur youth must take action in this sense. If the youth says we cannot take action, they can join the guerrilla ranks. They can fight on the same road with us, they can fight on the same positions. Therefore, they can definitely carry out urban guerrilla work. They can turn every place in the cities into a position and wage war. In this sense, it is necessary to be in resistance against the enemy.
It is absolutely necessary not to allow the enemy to enter the territory of Kurdistan. For this reason, it is necessary to state that while such lands in Kurdistan are under occupation and there are such attacks, we cannot say that we are living. A university student should not say that I am studying, I am living, I will gain my freedom. There is no such life. Our lands are occupied every day, massacres take place every day, martyrdom takes place every day. Therefore, it is not right for a Kurdish youth to say that they will continue to live in the face of such an attack. Moreover, this life is not our life. Because living in an exploited life, in a colonized Kurdistan, would be a complete mistake, and it is not right. There is no space for us to live in, we have no free spaces. Then we need to create free spaces. That is why all the youth of Bakur must take part in this war of honor. This is a war of honor. Therefore, it is a blunder to live as before, to continue living as before, to continue living in the face of so much genocide. For this reason, all the youth must take action in this process, they must take the lead and most importantly they must join the guerrilla. Because this war is fought here. It is necessary to wage this war as comrades with us in the positions. This is the only way we can defeat the enemy and win this victory.
Now from here we call out to the youth of Bakurê Kurdistan. If we are not going to take our place in this honorable war, when? In this sense, we believe that the youth of Bakurê Kurdistan will take part in this war, we believe that the youth of Kurdistan will play a leading role in this process.
