“Kurdistan Freedom Guerrilla continues to defend our people and the holy lands of Kurdistan under the most difficult conditions by continuing its historical resistance against the invasion operation of the colonial Turkish army. The war criminal Turkish army wants to get results by intensively using banned bombs and chemical weapons. Despite all the attacks, the freedom guerrilla fights with great will and continues its resistance.
As a result of the actions of our forces; 2 invaders were punished, 1 invader was injured. At the same time, 1 attack helicopter was hit. The invading Turkish army’s Resistance Areas; It bombed 12 times with explosives, banned bombs and chemical weapons, 6 times with warplanes, 37 times with attack helicopters, and dozens of times with howitzers and heavy weapons. At the same time, the invading Turkish army is trying to destroy the battle positions in the Karker Resistance Area with buckets and crushing bullzoders.”
The details of the actions taken and the attacks made are as follows;
In the Zap region as part of the Bazên Zagrosê Revolutionary Campaign;
- At 19:45 on September 24, attack helicopters that wanted to bomb the Saca Resistance Area were hit effectively by our mobile teams. In this action, 1 attack helicopter was hit and the helicopters had to leave the area.
- At 12:00 on September 24, the invaders who wanted to enter the battle positions of Martyr Serxwebun of Çemço were shot by our forces with sabotage tactics and 1 invader was punished. At noon on the same day, the invaders who wanted to advance again were hit with individual weapons and hand grenades, and at least one invader was punished.
Within the framework of the Cenga Xabûre Martyr War Maraş Revolutionary Campaign;
- On September 24, at 18:00, the invaders in the Girê Cûdî Resistance Area were shot by our mobile teams with an assassination tactic and 1 invader was injured.
The attacks carried out by the invading Turkish army with explosives, banned bombs and chemical weapons;
- On September 24, the battle positions in the Saca, Girê Cûdî and Girê Amediyê Resistance Areas, the Martyr Felat and Martyr Agir battle positions in the Sîda Resistance Area, and the Martyr Serxwebun and Martyr Bahoz battle positions in the Çemço Resistance Area were bombed 12 times with explosives, banned bombs and chemical weapons. At the same time, the invaders burned plastic materials in front of the Martyr Felat battle positions and directed the toxic fumes to the battle positions.
The attacks carried out by the invading Turkish army;
- On September 24, Gundê Şêlazê land in Metîna and Girê Bihar and Çemço Resistance Area were bombed 6 times by warplanes.
- On September 24, Saca, Kurojahro, Şikefta Birîndara, Girê FM, Girê Cûdî and Girê Amediyê Resistance Areas and the Martyr Fedakar Resistance Area in Çemço were bombed 37 times with attack helicopters.
- On September 24, the Girê FM Resistance Area was bombed dozens of times with howitzers and heavy weapons.
- On September 24, drone activity was observed over Girê FM, Girê Cûdî and Girê Amediyê Resistance Areas.
- The invading Turkish army is trying to destroy the battle positions in the Karker Resistance Area with buckets and crushing buckets.
BOMBARD FROM IRAN
- From 15:20 on September 24 until now, the Girê Berbizina area and Hornê area in Xakûrkê have been bombarded with mortars and artillery by Iranian forces. Some of these bombardments hit the region where our civilian population in the region lives.”
