SHENGAL – In order to condemn the attacks of the occupying Turkish state on Shengal and the cooperation of the KDP, the Yezidi youth marched towards the base of the armed forces of Heyder Seşo belonging to the KDP. KDP gunmen opened fire on the youth. According to reports, there are injuries.
Yesterday in the evening, the unmanned aircraft of the Turkish government targeted a vehicle in the village of Behrava in Shengal. As a result, 2 YBŞ fighters were injured. In order to shame and protest these attacks which are carried out with the help of KDP in Shengal, a march was organized under the leadership of Êzidxan Youth Union and TAJÊ’s Freedom Movement of Yezidi Women.
The crowd of people started their march from the Mam Zeki roundabout in Sinun and marched towards the headquarters of Heyder Sesho’s forces belonging to the PDK. In the march, banners were raised that read “There is no place for self-sellers in Shengal”
After the march reached the headquarters of Heyder Şaşo’s forces, the youth of İzidkhan went to the center with stones and set fire to protest their cooperation with the Turkish state. But Heyder Şaşo’s gunmen belonging to the PDK attacked the youth with bullets.
As a result of the attack by Heyder Sesho’s gunmen, several young people were injured. But their number is not known. The conflict stopped with the intervention of the mothers and the Êzidxan Security.
