The KDP’s efforts to build a base and shelter for the invading army were captured in the Girê Ortê area of Metîna, where the Turkish army tried to settle with the invasion attacks. The UN envoy stated that the requirement that all parties to the conflict “always take all possible measures not to harm civilians” was “clearly not complied with”.
The ambassador concluded: “Indeed, it is of great importance that all attacks on Iraqi territory cease. This type of aggression not only recklessly raises national and regional tensions, it also causes, as we have seen, grave humanitarian tragedies.”

The Turkish state in collaboration with the PDK for new preparations for war
Today, the PDK, the Berzanî family party in southern Kurdistan, in cooperation with the Turkish MIT, is preparing the ground for a war against the Kurdish people. One of these plans is for the PDK, in cooperation with the Turkish state intelligence and the Iraqi government, to cross the border. Rojava and South Kurdistan, which is starting to build a wall to block the road between Rojava and Sinjar, is also strengthening its forces and PDK forces in the areas of media protection, and is pushing West Kurdistan between the borders. In this way, the Turkish state strengthens itself in the strategic areas of South Kurdistan and West Kurdistan through Kurdish traitors, the Berzanî family and its PDK party, all these signs of preparation for war against the freedom movement and the planned Kurdish people. In this way, the Turkish state, led by Xilosi Akari, and the Barzanî family recently met on the basis of fighting terrorism, on the basis of which the PDK provides intelligence to the Turkish state in preparation for war. This not only affects the situation with war, this relationship between the Turkish state, PDK and Iraq leads to instability in the region
Against these plans, all the Kurdish people must unite against this and defeat it, because the PDK’s cooperation with the Turkish state and Iraq, are making the Kurds live in crisis and unrest. As well as in these human rights organizations, community organizations civil society, political parties and everyone who wants freedom should take a stand against this.
HSM’s call to KDP: Don’t make the invaders that way!
In a written statement, HSM Headquarters Command stated that the war has reached a very important and critical stage in its current state and emphasized that they are determined to defeat the Turkish state.

TURKISH STATE FAILS TO ACHIEVE IT’S TARGET, IT’S ON THE BEST OF DEFEAT
It is well known that the colonialist Turkish state planned to occupy these areas in a very short time and attacked with this plan. However, despite giving a lot of support to the Turkish state and using all the modern weapons of the age against our movement, including the weapons prohibited by international laws, it has not been able to fully invade for nearly four and a half months. The Turkish state was blocked in this attack and was brought to the brink of defeat. The war between us and the Turkish state continues fiercely on this basis. The war, in its current form, has reached a very important and critical point.
WE ARE DETERMINED TO DEFEAT THE TURKISH STATE
One of the places where this conflict has intensified the most since 25 May is the Girê Hakkarî and Girê Amediyê lines. We are absolutely determined to defeat the Turkish state here. The Turkish state will not be able to take them. It has to retreat; If they do not withdraw, they will face extinction. Our people and the public should know well that; we are not dealing with this war tactically. We see this war as a strategic war and consider it important for the national interests of the people of Kurdistan, especially the people of Bashurê Kurdistan, and the democratic future of the peoples of the region. This war is a national and democratic resistance that is of great importance for the national interests and free future of the Kurdish people. As we have shown the necessary sacrifice in this, we are determined to do what is necessary no matter what the cost.
KDP’S ROAD BUILDING IS SOLID SUPPORT TO THE TURKISH STATE
While the war that developed within this framework between us and the genocidal AKP-MHP regime had reached a critical point on the line between Girê Hakkarî, Girê Amediyê and Sêgirê, on the morning of 27 August, a security force of the KDP forces from the park to our resistance areas, coming to the midpoints of this line. Our call to the KDP administration; It is the Kurdish people’s refusal to make this road that will serve their enemies. We call on all Kurdistani forces to take action and claim their responsibilities in order to stop this road being made by the KDP, which will lead to a dangerous and sinister process, which has no other function than putting it in the service of the AKP-MHP regime.
It is clear that bringing this road to the middle of the war front by the KDP would mean participating directly in the war. In this period, when it is clear that an inter-Kurdish conflict would be one of the greatest evils against the national interests of the Kurdish people, and the entire Kurdistan people are against it, the KDP should not do such a thing. To this end, we call on the democratic public opinion, all the people of Kurdistan, patriotic institutions and personalities to step in actively to discourage the KDP from initiatives that will directly lead to an inter-Kurdish conflict.”
