“Our forces in the Cîlo field have successfully fulfilled their role in our Revolutionary People’s War by inflicting heavy blows on the enemy with numerous actions they have carried out in recent years. Comrade Bager and our comrades Zagros, Agir, Şevger and Bawer, who knew how to strike the enemy at the most unexpected time and place by performing many surprise actions, accomplished these pioneering missions thanks to their participation in the line of sacrifice. These valuable comrades, who left their mark on the process with their determined stance and actions in the Apoist ideology, have always sought to take revenge on the enemy at all costs.
The martyrdom of our comrades Bager, Zagros, Agir, Şevger, who are the most distinguished and self-sacrificing sons of our Serhat people, and our comrade Bawer, the valuable valiant son of our Arab people, will be a reason for us to expand the struggle and practice the victorious guerrilla. The PKK is a movement of hope for all peoples, especially the oppressed Kurdish people. It is the name of the glorious return of our people, who had to live under the yoke of colonial powers for centuries and whose freedom was taken away. Our comrade Bager, who stayed in the Zagroslar for many years, revealed his true potential by practicing in the most difficult areas in the most difficult times. Our comrade Zagros grew up in a patriotic family and environment in Erdîş district of Wan. He had the opportunity to get to know the Kurdistan Freedom Movement closely because he grew up with the patriotic culture he received from his family. Our comrade Zagros, who witnessed the struggles of the Kurdish people against assimilation and genocide policies at a young age, was affected by these struggles. He was greatly angered by the policies of unconsciousness and rootlessness that the colonialist genocidal Turkish state implemented, especially on Kurdish youth, and struggled against these policies in various fields. His meaningful stance against the policies of the Turkish state was appreciated by his friends at that time. Our comrade Agir was born in a patriotic family in Kop district of Muş. He grew up with a patriotic consciousness due to his family being patriotic. Our comrade Şevger was born and grew up in a patriotic family in Muş. Our comrade, who grew up in the tradition created by our historical resistance that developed under the leadership of the PKK in Kurdistan, has had strong patriotic feelings from an early age. Witnessing his relatives, who were fighting for the most legitimate rights of our people in the political arena, being thrown into prison by the invaders, our comrade saw and recognized the real face of the invaders early on. Our comrade, who was very angry at the assimilation, denial and destruction attacks against our people, became determined to take an active part in it as he got to know the Kurdistan Freedom Struggle.
Our comrade Şevger saw his responsibility as an honorable Kurdish youth for our people to have a free future and joined the guerrilla ranks in 2014. Through the trainings he received, he established a deep connection with the Leadership philosophy and turned to practice with the determination to transfer what he learned to life. Our comrade, who carries out guerrilla activities in the Zagros with great energy, took his place in the hot war front by uniting with the rebel mountains and integrated with our epic resistance. Our comrade, who won the love and respect of his comrades with his hardworking and humble personality, has always concentrated on specializing in guerrilla tactics. BAWER GELHAT
Comrade Bawer was born in Tirbespiyê as a member of our Arab people. Our comrade Bawer spent his youth and development period by witnessing the North-East Syria Freedom Revolution, which was carried out at great cost. He witnessed how ISIS and its derivatives were defeated in the region by freedom fighters armed with Leader Apo’s philosophy of freedom. He saw how different ethnic structures interlocked with the perspective of a democratic nation around communal values and turned into a revolution that gave hope to the peoples of the world. On this occasion, our comrade Bawer had the opportunity to get to know our Freedom Movement. He realized that Leader Apo embraced not only the Kurdish people, but all peoples with his philosophy and adopted him as his own leader. Our comrade Bawer, who reached this awareness, decided to join our freedom movement.
Comrade Bawer, who received his basic education in the Media Defense Areas, tried to better understand the reality of Leader Apo and tried to make himself competent as a self-sacrificing militant of his people. Comrade Bawer, who was very impressed by the dervish life and comradeship of the PKK, embarked on further research.
