BEHDINAN – HPG Press Center shared the following detail about the war:
“The invading Turkish army, which could not get results against the Apoist steel will of the Kurdistan Freedom Guerrilla, tries to advance by using all kinds of war techniques and committing war crimes. Against this, the epic resistance of our forces in the Şikefta Birîndara, Karker and Werxelê Resistance Areas has been going on for about five months. In this process, the invading Turkish army could not land its forces anywhere from the air and settle, despite all its technical orientation. For this reason, it tries to advance and reach the battle positions by putting the bucket vehicles into action and opening the way. Despite all this, the invading Turkish army, which commits war crimes and wages a dirty war based on great technical means, cannot escape from being hit and lost in the actions of our forces with their competent strike style and high courage.
In actions carried out by our forces; 6 occupiers were punished and 1 bulldozer was severely damaged. The invading Turkish army’s Resistance Areas; It bombed 8 times with tactical nuclear bombs and chemical weapons, 23 times with attack helicopters, 26 times with warplanes and dozens of times with howitzers and heavy weapons.
The details of the actions taken and the attacks made are as follows;
In the Zap region as part of the Bazên Zagrosê Revolutionary Campaign;
- The invaders, who could not land their forces on the battle positions in the Şikefta Birîndara Resistance Area, are trying to advance by land with armored vehicles. The invaders, whom our forces dealt and repulsed effectively with the Apoist spirit of sacrifice and revolutionary operations, again tried to advance by land on 24 August. On August 24, the invaders were first shot with an assassination tactic and 2 invaders were punished. The invaders, who could not advance, tried to reach the resistance positions by making way with armored vehicles and buckets this time. On the same day, these digger vehicles and the invaders around them were targeted and shot by our mobile teams in a coordinated guerrilla action. First action arm; targeted and hit the ladles with heavy weapons and 1 ladle was heavily hit. Other buckets had to be withdrawn one step. Second arm of action;
- At 12:40 on August 24, the invaders who wanted to take action in the Çemço Resistance Area were targeted and hit with heavy weapons by our mobile teams.
- On August 25, at 08:00, the invaders trying to position themselves around the battle positions in the Çemço Resistance Area were hit with heavy weapons by our mobile teams. After the hits of our forces, the invaders had to retreat one step.
- The invading Turkish army, which could not break the resistance of our forces and advance in the Karker Resistance Area, is trying to advance by using armored vehicles and buckets here as well. For this, it tries to get results by trying to destroy the resistance positions and tunnels. On August 25, at 08:20, a group of invaders who took action in the Karker Resistance Area were shot by our mobile teams with heavy weapons and at least 2 invaders were punished.
Within the framework of the Cenga Xabûre Martyr War Maraş Revolutionary Campaign;
- On August 23, at 21:50, the invaders in the Girê Cûdî Resistance Area were shot by our mobile teams with an assassination tactic and 1 invader was punished.
- At 09:50 on August 24, the occupiers who tried to position themselves in the Girê Cûdî Resistance Area were hit with individual weapons. After this action, the invaders had to disperse to the land before they could be positioned.
- At 15:20 on August 24, the invaders who placed a mobesse camera around the battle positions in the Girê Cûdî Resistance Area and tried to advance were hit with a sabotage tactic. After the intervention of our forces, the invaders had to retreat one step.
The attacks carried out by the invading Turkish army with tactical nuclear bombs and chemical weapons;
- On August 24, the battle positions in the Şikefta Birîndara, Werxelê and Girê Amediyê Resistance Areas were bombed 8 times with tactical nuclear bombs and chemical weapons.
The attacks carried out by the invading Turkish army with howitzers, heavy weapons, helicopters and warplanes;
- On 23 and 24 August, drone activity was observed in Kurojahro, Girê Amediyê, Girê Cûdî and Girê FM Resistance Areas.
- On 22, 23 and 24 August, Girê Cûdî, Girê Amediyê and Kurojahro Resistance Areas were bombed 23 times with attack helicopters.
- On 15 August, the Dola Dêraşîşê and Bektorya areas in Heftanîn’s Qesrokê area were bombed 3 times by the Turkish army with warplanes in order to scare the people in this area and to make them kidnapped. As a result of the bombardments, a fire broke out in the field.
- On 24 and 25 August, the Girê Martyr Hakî area of Xakurkê and the Girê Çarçel area of Metîna were bombed 3 times with warplanes.
- On August 24, the Girê Bihar, Girê Cûdî, Martyr Adil and Çemço Resistance Areas were bombed 20 times with warplanes.
- On August 24, Girê Hakkarî, Girê Amediyê, Çemço and Sîda Resistance Areas were bombed dozens of times with howitzers and heavy weapons.”
