NEWS CENTER – To the peoples of Turkey and Kurdistan! The colonial-fascist Turkish junta of September 12, with bloody hands, drooling, exported from the USA, and fascist actions, has been trying to wear white clothes on the bloody war clothes that have been soiled in its war of intimidation and annihilation against our peoples for two years. With this he wants to legitimize himself. To legitimize this institutionalization; It has put forward the referendum as a method to have and use the will of our peoples in order to make plundering, exploitation and oppression practices dominate in a continuous and natural way with the constitution it has created.
With its two-year rule, the fascist junta, which brought poverty, expensiveness, unemployment, plunder to our working people, death, torture, dungeon, pain and tears to hundreds of thousands of people just because they had the slightest patriotic-democratic idea, was suffocated by the collaborator-monopoly bourgeoisie, which it represents. Unlimited exploitation provided plunder and profit to pave the way for him to get rid of the depression vortex he faced. It is stated in the speeches of Kenan Evren, the head of the junta, that he is his servant, that he is the most active force of the offensive activities of the US imperialism in the region and that he has no hesitation or hesitation in making our country a base of the “riot forces”, his military preparations with great courage and the speeches of Kenan Evren, the head of the junta. It has proven itself beyond any doubt.
With the developments made throughout the history of labor struggles of the workers and toiling classes, the economic, social and democratic rights that were taken from the bourgeoisie were taken back with an order, and no opportunity for union work, strikes and collective bargaining was left. In the factories, under the shadow of commando barrels, workers were put to work for very low wages, with the open enslavement methods seen in the fascist Hitler Germany period. As a result of increasing stagnation and bankruptcies in production, many workplaces are closed every day, thousands of workers working in these places are thrown into the streets and joined to the army of the unemployed.
THE POOR PEASANT IS HUNGER
The poor peasantry is unable to make a living and has been forced to lead a life of hunger, miserable, miserable life that cannot be called life.
Small and medium producers and tradesmen face bankruptcies every day, and they are even indebted to the state because they cannot pay the savings for the products they sell to the state, and cannot pay for their taxes and production costs.
The decrease in civil servant salaries, purchasing power, thousands of civil servants as laborers, porters, etc. The fact that up to tens of thousands of people are dismissed from their jobs, as well as forcing them to do work, increases their misery day by day.
In schools, fascist-chauvinist ideology and imperialist cultural corruption are instilled in the youth, and basic education is given within this framework. The smallest reactions of the students are met with the arrest and beating of the police-gendarme units, which are undertaken at the schools.
A dark censorship is imposed on all media. There is no room left for any free press activity, and the press is completely subordinated and flattered by the junta. In general, no segments or political organizations are given the opportunity to develop. The society is kept in a dark, dark environment, even the slightest mass accumulation and cohesion is not tolerated, and contact ties between individuals and communities are completely cut off.
ARREST AND WILD MASSACRE IN KURDISTAN
In Kurdistan, the hunt for revolutionaries continues with arrest operations, brutal massacres one after the other. The family institution, which is considered the most sacred by our people, is destroyed, and they are forced to migrate, almost as if they want to make them regret what they have lived in Kurdistan. Many villages have been burnt down, livelihoods, crops and houses are destroyed by the hands of their owners. Our people’s sense of honor was trampled on, and our women were handed over to the soldiers of the fascist army.
Torture continues unceasingly on PKK cadres and supporters who do not accept surrender in prisons. The fascist military junta, which panicked at the insubordination of our resistance comrades and the splendor of devotion to the people, the revolution and their parties at the cost of their deaths, continues to pursue the path of murderous murder, not daring to lead these people to death with executions.
The “return to democracy” with the constitution that the colonial-fascist junta wants you to accept, which is what they have done to our people of suffering, is a fallacy. What he calls a return to democracy will serve as a cover to cover the nakedness of the military-fascist dictatorship; will not go beyond being forms of fascist rule. It is imperative that fascism is the only way for monopoly Turkish capitalism to survive at the level it has reached and in the crisis it is in. It is unthinkable to take a step back from this point.
THE CONSTITUTION OF THE JUNTA TO BE ACCEPTED
The parliament and government that will be formed with the new constitution will be nothing but implementing institutions that will ensure the continuation of the economic policy of the collaborative monopoly bourgeoisie and implement it. All political-judicial powers will be gathered in the hands of the National Security Council, which is composed of the members of the current junta council, and this board will become the highest decision-making and legislative body. The junta constitution, freedom of thought, press and publication; strike-collective bargaining, rallies, demonstrations, associations and unions have greatly restricted their rights and brought them under the control of the fascist dictatorship. With the laws introduced, the economic, social and political developments of the working people and the middle classes are frozen, and even no open economic opposition is allowed. It should be understood from the laws and methods of operation that an administration that will be established on this constitution prepared by the military fascist dictatorship will be no different from the old one. There will be no slowdown from the raging, difficult and exploitative flood, but on the contrary, there will be an increase. The last material savings of our peoples will be taken to the point of consumption through extortion and plunder. Military fascist dictatorshipthe reason why he felt the need to make a “transition to civil administration” ; to alleviate the growing discontent even in the bourgeois sections of society, and especially in the European public opinion, to prevent the constant wear and tear of the fed fascist army; As Kenan Evren stated in his open speech in the last city of Antalya, he is getting his army ready for intervention and attack in the face of the progressive developments in the region. After the implementation of the internal part of the program that the junta has set before itself, the second foreign part, which includes military actions against our region, will be tried to be put into the implementation phase. The junta has recently revealed its ambitions more clearly.
THE ONLY WAY TO Liberation FOR OUR PEOPLE, THE UNITED RESISTANCE AGAINST FASCISM
It has launched a campaign to incite chauvinism as much as possible, and it is in an effort to poison the Turkish public opinion in this direction and mislead the target. Yes, the fascist junta has ended the stage of realizing its internal goals with the constitution being accepted, and acts with the desire to embark on adventures that will bring great destruction and pain to our peoples. The slogans of “Great Turkey” chanted with the participation of Kenan Evren in his last trip are a clear indication of this intention.
It will protect the interests of the collaborator-monopoly bourgeoisie, which means force, exploitation and massacre for the peoples of Turkey, Kurdistan and the region; The constitution, which does not recognize any of our rights and freedoms, makes all workers the obligatory servants of a handful of money-makers, and aims to intensify assimilation and national oppression, is a fascist constitution.
In the voting to be held on November 7 for the adoption of this constitution, the answer of our peoples should be “no” .
The only way of salvation for our peoples will be the revolutionary overthrow of fascism with the combined action of all revolutionary, democratic, progressive and patriotic forces in the United Front of Resistance Against Fascism!

The aim of the action was to announce the establishment and aims of the HRK, the organization of our armed forces, with a strong voice from the city center to our people and the world public opinion. For this purpose, the city center had to be temporarily occupied and blows had to be struck against the military and administrative institutions of the enemy. The scope of the targets was determined in this direction and a concrete and detailed action plan was created.
ERUH Raid PLAN
As a result of the reconnaissance, it was determined that all the institutions and points we were going to turn to were in a narrow cluster and there was an enemy military force at the level of the company in the middle. It was seen that the planned occupation and the possibility of making verbal and written propaganda to the masses would only be possible with the neutralization or surrender of the division. For this reason, heading towards the company was placed at the top and bottom in the series of objectives. Second; commanders’ lodgings and military casino, third place is distribution of leaflets in coffee houses, hanging banners (bombed) and bank robbery. Fourthly; addressing the people of the city through the mosque loudspeaker, fifth; The aim was to cut the telephone line by cutting the city highway at both ends.
The raid was scheduled to take place at 21:00 in the evening. The duration of action was determined as 1 hour. Our starting point is Çırav Mountain; Our retreat line was identified as Mount Herekol. Our number was set at thirty.
It was decided to take over the division and the arrangement of the groups was started.
FIVE GROUPS WERE ESTABLISHED FOR THE BASIC
1- Attack Group: Erdal, Selim, Şiyar, Fikret, Musa, Haydar, Azad, Ferhan.
2- RBC Shooting Group: Hashim, Baran, Keleş (militia)
3- Defense group: Kazım, İbrahim (militia)
4- Command: Êgîd and next to him is the user of diktiryof, Serdar.
5- The group that raided the casino and the commander’s lodgings in the courtyard of the division: Bedran, Biji, Kerim, two groups were formed for propaganda, publication distribution, banners and bank robbery.

COORDINATED, SHOOTING, MOVEMENT AND POSITIONAL ORGANIZATION
Those who take up positions will be groups that block the way. These will ensure proper positioning in designated narrow passages, cut telephone wires, put stones on the road (in a winding and cliff place) and stop the traffic when gunshots are heard from the city; They will stall the next enemy convoy of reinforcements.
If they retreat, we fire tracer bullets towards them, and if there is no sign, they will leave their place 30 or 45 minutes after the gunfire stops in the city. Intercepting the way to Siirt, the group will retreat to Çırav Mountain and then contact us at the agreed point. Intercepting the Eruh-Şırnak road, the group will wait for our arrival. Because that’s where our retreat is. If they are in conflict, they will leave their positions with a tracer sign. If this is not possible, they will wait for the team to arrive at the two agreed points 45 minutes after the gunfire stopped in the city, and if they cannot meet with the team until late, they will take the guide determined in the given direction and withdraw.
All remaining groups will move together towards deployment at the same time, and everyone around the company will disperse to their positions and be ready to shoot. The distribution and firing order were determined as follows:
The group of eight people who will attack inside the squadron will split into three units, and Erdal and Selim will walk forward to the guard at the door of the building, and the first time they come across the guard, they will shoot him and hold the door of the building. The RBC shooter, positioned behind the building, will open fire on the upstairs ward building upon hearing the gunshot. After the RBC shot, Erdal and Selim will throw grenades into the hall and dive into the corridor with automatic fire and keep the corridor under fire. Moving behind them, Şiyar will take over the position of Fikret, Musa, Erdal and Selim and handing over their positions to those behind, Erdal and Selim will climb to the upper corridor and continue the same shot there. Haydar, Azad, Ferhan and Haydar, who entered the corridor after Şiyar, Musa and Fikret, climbed to the top floor without waiting and saw Erdal and Selim. will be located next to; By staying with the Şiyar group, Ferhan will thus complete the four-person destruction units on the lower and upper floors.
COMMANDER AND RADIO ROOM, WORLD ROOMS TO BE DESTROYED
Those on the lower floor will target and destroy the commander and the radio room, those on the upper floor will target and destroy the ward rooms. The targeted doors will be scanned, destruction bombs will be thrown at the doors opened by scanning or kicking and a call will be made to “surrender”. After the first target rooms are received in this way, the other rooms will be polled and emptied in the same manner. The captured prisoners will be brought to our command group, which is positioned in the courtyard of the building, and they will be kept in the shadow of the dictatorship.
In the first marching march, the RBC group should be among the eight-person Erdalgil group, followed by the defense group that will control the city square. Behind the company, the casino raid group and the command group, which are separated from these three groups, will take positions at the bottom of the courtyard wall in the south of the company. Noticing the first fire on the guard, the clubhouse group will jump into this courtyard and head towards the casino, where they will secure the back of our group, which plowed into the company, and try to catch or shoot the commanders. Propaganda robbery groups taking part in the march behind these two groups will reach their destination by plunging into the streets leading to their targets.
FIRST AND SECOND STAGE
The group that will change the first position in the first place will be the RBC group. They will come to the command post and settle in after firing a rocket shot and three gunshots into the wards, and our doctor in the RBC group will thus be ready for his duty next to the commander. The RBC, which is still present, will fire its second shot at the command of the commander (after our group has left the building) in case the enemy soldier in the building resists and pushes back our group inside.
In the second stage, the group that will be able to relocate will be the group that organizes the raid in the company. In both cases, such as success or failure, they will come to the command point and report the situation and the attitude will be determined accordingly. If the internal attack is unsuccessful, the external attack will be continued and will continue the attack until all our groups in the city withdraw to the assembly point outside the city, and will only be able to leave the vicinity of the company upon the commander’s signal.
The complete abandonment of this main attack group along with the defense group; mosque, bank-declaration, RBC and commander will be able to withdraw to the assembly point outside the city. If the internal attack is successful, the area around the company building will be secured, the weapons depot will be emptied, the commanders’ houses will be entered, the prison will be entered and emptied. The government house will be burned, the post office will be destroyed. In the meantime, the mosque group (Tevfik speaker, Şoreş inner protector, Ömer outer protector) will read our declaration, the enemy will be called to “surrender” and will try to placate the people.
This group of ours in the mosque, which is located ten meters behind the division, will be able to participate in the conflict from the rear as a defender, with the permission of the command, in case the enemy resists and escapes through the rear windows. Withdrawal will be with the whistle signal and will be located next to the commander.
Botan friend’s group is; his first duty is to distribute leaflets to three coffee houses, then he will enter the house of the bank manager and the cashier, take the key to the safe and carry out the robbery, and finally, he will be able to hang up two banners, one of which is bomb, and convey their progress and withdrawal via radio connection. Also, if the local informant whose home is unknown but given the chance is seen in the coffeehouses, he will be punished.
After all these missions are fulfilled, if the loaded loot is captured, the car will be filled and driven away. If this is not possible, our three mules that we will take with us will be loaded and transported together. In case of complete defeat and disintegration, accumulation will be provided at a point determined at the foot of Çırav Mountain within 1.5 hours at the latest and this point will be abandoned after the expiry of the time.
During the action, there will be no unauthorized departure from the planning, the positions will not be abandoned, the shots will be accurate and measured, and no bullets will be spent unnecessarily; Friends must be extremely careful not to shoot each other and not to shoot civilians. No looting will be attempted, the withdrawal will be gradual and defensive.
Along with these attention-grabbing points, the stages of the plan were taught to the team members collectively. Each group was specifically reminded of its task several times. After obtaining the approval of the plan, several rehearsals were made on the model of the target, which was built on a flat field. On the evening of the end of the rehearsal, we set off towards the target at night.
The day of August 15, 1984 was spent on the mountain near the target. With binoculars, the groups were introduced by showing the city and destination points and roads. In the evening of that day, at 19.30, they set off towards the city. Arriving at the action site at 21:00, a smooth deployment and shooting was achieved. Everything started to work according to the plan.
