NEWS CENTER – The spontaneous movement of Afghan women has called on the public for support via virtual media a year after the Taliban took over Afghanistians.

The women who founded the spontaneous Afghan Women’s Movement are trying to regain public voice and prevent the issue from “normalizing” through a series of actions during the first year Afghanistan fell into Taliban hands. becomes. Last year, the Taliban in Kabul announced their takeover of the country on August 15. Since the Taliban took over Afghanistan, some of the women are fighting abroad and some of them are fighting in Afghanistan. The women demanded that the Taliban should not be recognized by any country and declared that they should not take to the streets.

ACTION IN THE CLOSED AREA

In the first year of Afghanistan’s demise, the women performing an action indoors released a written statement. Condemning the silence of the world, the women made the following statements in their statements:

“It has been a year since Afghanistan fell into the hands of the terrorist group known as the Taliban. The people of Afghanistan live in much more difficult economic conditions as women are removed from the social and economic sphere. No woman is safe. Economic access to health has become impossible due to inadequacy.”

CONDEMNATION OF INTERNATIONAL SILENCE

In the statement condemning the silence of the international public and states, the Resistant Women declared:

“People cannot speak out because they are being killed by the Taliban every day. Darkness has taken over Afghanistan! (…) Despite all these difficulties, the spontaneous movement of Afghan women continues to raise its voice. Even if it is a weak and broken voice, it will not be silenced, it will rise. We fight for our rights! We raise our voice for freedom.”

The women then declared that they will launch a campaign entitled “A Year of Silence Against the Taliban’s Crimes” and called on all women around the world to post supportive videos on the Internet under this slogan.
