BEHDINAN – HPG Press Center announced that at 08:15 on July 7, the invading Turkish soldiers who wanted to advance towards the Girê Martyr Pîrdoxan battle positions in the Girê Amediyê Resistance Area were effectively shot down and 2 invaders were punished.

The items that the guerrillas removed from the invaders named Naci Kaygısız and Nurettin Tokyürek are as follows: 1 Glock brand pistol, 2 German-made HK-416 infantry rifles, 2 laser pointers, 2 infrared light emitting weapon apparatus, 1 Aselsan brand radio device and a multitude of weapons, lots of military supplies.
In this action, the funeral belonging to the invader Naci Kaygısız was also seized.
HPG also made the following call regarding Kaygısız: “It has been clarified that the name of the soldier who died on 7 July 2022 and whose funeral is in the hands of our forces is Naci Kaygısız. It was understood that this soldier was a member of the Turkish special forces and that his death was hidden from the public. As we have shared with the public before, those who sent these soldiers to the invasion campaign of Kurdistan do not claim the funeral of their own soldiers. That’s why we call on the family of the Turkish soldier named Naci Kaygısız, stating that we can deliver the bodies of their children through civilians if they demand. His family can come to Amiye district of Duhok province in Bashure Kurdistan and contact us through the civilians in the region.”
