BEHDINAN – In a written statement, the PKK Solidarity Committee with the Families of Martyrs announced that PKK guerrilla Pervin Bozan (Amara Tolhildan) was martyred on October 25, 2018.
The statement made by the PKK Solidarity with Families of Martyrs Committee included the following statements:
“To our patriotic people and the public;
A unique struggle is being waged in this historical process we are in as a people and a movement. Leader Apo is showing a historical resistance against the invading and genocidal system in Imrali. In Zap, Avaşîn, Metîna and other areas, the Apoist sacrifice spirit leaves its mark on history. Every day, epics are written in our history by the heroes of freedom with golden letters. Those who wrote this history of resistance are our friends on the battlefields. The heroes leading the war along the lines of Rêber Apo are the militants of the Kurdish people. Therefore, the genocidal enemy and collaborator traitors are doomed to defeat in the face of this resistance. A free, democratic and equal life will be inevitable as a result of heavy costs.
No people have been able to attain their freedom and a dignified life without paying the price. Each of our martyrs is a star of freedom, shining in the skies of our country and illuminating our path. The best way to put an end to fascism and the collaborative line is to make our martyrs immortal. The more the struggle grows, the more our martyrs will live in the hearts of our people forever. The most correct answer to his memories would be a free country and a free people. On this basis, we commemorate our friend Amara Tolhildan (Pervin Bozan) with gratitude, bow respectfully before her memories and reiterate our promise of a free country.
SHE GAD GREAT LOVE FOR HIS COUNTRY, PEOPLE AND RÊBER APO
Our comrade Amara Tolhildan joined the caravan of martyrs in Medya Defense Zones on 25 October 2018 after a flooding in the region. First of all, we would like to express our condolences to our valuable and patriotic family and all the people of Kurdistan.
Heval Amara Tolhildan was born in 1989 in Mewjîk village of Kobanê city of Rojava. Heval Amara Tolhildan, who had 7 sisters and 6 brothers, grows up in a family that has patriotic values and is devoted to its land. The family has many members in the guerrilla and one of them is Heval Amara’s sister, Rêheval Gerîla.
Reheval Gerîla fell a martyr in 2014 after a great resistance in the war against ISIS gangs. Thereupon, heval Amara joined the guerrilla ranks. Heval Amara, who does not leave her older sister Rêheval Gerîla’s weapon on the ground, becomes a loyal comrade of her sister. She never accepts oppression and cruelty towards her people. Feeling this deeply, heval Amara sees the last way to end it by joining the guerrilla ranks, which has become the hope of her people’s freedom. Joining the guerrilla ranks is considered the most fundamental duty of being a Kurdistani and patriotic. Heval Amara followed her conscience and joined the guerrilla ranks in 2015. He works devotedly for the liberation of his country and for the freedom of the Kurdish people.
Feeling a great love and devotion towards her people, country and Rêber Apo, heval Amara takes part in Patriotic Youth activities and has played an important role in the organization of youth. When ISIS gangs attacked Kobanê, it turned towards the ancient city of Kobanê. ISIS, which shook the whole world with savagery, suffered a historic defeat as a result of the selfless, brave, self-sacrificing and self-sacrificing stances of its friends like Amara. The darkness imposed on the people of the region was in vain and the resistance illuminated the whole world like a light. Heval Amara was devoted to her country and people with deep love, loyalty and patriotism. As a freedom fighter, she became a skilled fighter along the lines of the PKK and PAJK, with the legacy left to us by our martyrs.
HE LIVED A HONEST LIFE WITH A CARDIGAN PHILOSOPHY
Heval Amara was a modest, devoted, enthusiastic and enthusiastic friend throughout her life in the fields of freedom. Her passion and excitement for life flowed like a river. She gave strength, morale and hope to those around her. She was an active and initiative friend. She was particularly angry at sexist approaches, male authority, and social conventions. The pursuit of freedom was very strong. She trained herself in a disciplined way in every moment of her life and worked hard. She never gave up on her quest for freedom. It was her best hope to fight hand-to-hand against the enemy with a self-sacrificing spirit and take revenge.
Because the enemy knew his reality, she nicknamed herself Tolhildan (revenge). By joining the ranks of the party, she took his revenge on genderism and the male-dominated system as a PKK and PAJK militant. The main purpose of her participation was to take revenge on the enemy who kept our Leader under the torture system and to ensure the physical freedom of Rêber Apo. As a female militant on the path of truth, she has waged an unremitting struggle for these lofty goals throughout her life. This truth has the power to change the whole world. Comrade Amara also lived a simple and modest life with the philosophy of ‘One bite, one cardigan’.
It has never diminished the efforts of our people to protect the values created with the great labor and blood of the heroes of the freedom movement. He remained committed to the values of the struggle until the end. A society that follows in the footsteps of its martyrs will protect its values and history. Anyone who feels freedom in the depths of their hearts can make great gains by protecting the values of the martyrs. Comrade Amara and we promise our thousands of heroic martyrs; We will make the memory of each of our martyrs the basis for building a free, democratic country and an equal life.”
