NEWS CENTER – Making a statement to the members of the press, Fuad Hüseyin stated that as a result of the investigations carried out by military experts, it was determined that the attack was carried out by Turkey.
Iraqi Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein, who made investigations in the region where the Turkish state massacred in Zaxo, stated that they clearly wanted the Turkish state to stop such attacks and that they should apologize to the Iraqi people and pay compensation to the victims of the attack.
Hussein stated that as the Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs, they would take the incident to the United Nations Security Council.

Saying that the murdered and injured came to Zaxo, where the attack was carried out, from the cities of Basra, Karbala and Najaf, but their bodies returned to their homes, Hüseyin said, “This situation must end. Is this to protect the lands of Turkey or is it an attack on the Iraqi people? Is this the fight against the PKK or the killing of civilians?” said.
Noting that the Turkish state should end all its attacks in Iraq, Hüseyin said, “It is our legal right to defend ourselves. Relations between Iraq and Turkey are historical relations, problems should be resolved through dialogue. “We have political problems, but there is a common attitude of the Iraqi sides in the face of the attack,” he said.
