“Our comrades Adil, Dilgeş, Tîrêj, Yılmaz, Sema and Rêber were martyred in the attacks carried out by the invading Turkish state in the Kato Marinos area of Wan province on 21 and 27 April 2022. These valuable comrades, each of whom are pioneer militants with their lives, their experiences in the war against the occupation and their clear stance in the Apoist ideology, fought until their last breath and became martyrs. Although each of our martyrs were from different parts of Kurdistan, they united around the Apoist ideology for the freedom of the Kurdish people, eliminated the artificial borders drawn by the enemy and succeeded in realizing Kurdish nationality. We extend our condolences to the esteemed families of our martyred comrades and the patriotic people of Kurdistan.

Our comrade Dilgeş was born in Wan and grew up in a patriotic family. Our comrade Tîrêj was born and raised in a family of patriotic Kichi tribe in Cizîr, one of the important centers of Kurdistan and Botan, with our party’s loyalty to the PKK and the serhildans it developed. It is a family with many martyrs and participation in the guerrilla ranks from its close circle. Our comrade Tîrêj, who was deeply affected by this patriotic tradition of his family and the environment he lived in, started to know our Party since his childhood. Influenced by the guerrilla’s struggle for the freedom of our people and the price it paid, our comrade Tîrêj joined the guerrilla ranks in 2014.
Our comrade Tîrêj, who joined the guerrilla ranks in the land of his birth in Botan, received his first training here. Our comrade Tîrêj, who trained himself with the experience accumulated by his comrades for decades, managed to become a competent guerrilla in a short time. Our comrade Tîrêj, who went to Kobanê to protect the freedom and dignity of our people against the attacks carried out by ISIS mercenaries, especially against Shengal and Rojava, achieved important successes with his courage and boldness in the war against ISIS. He returned to Botan from the Kobanê area. Our comrade Tîrej tried to fulfill his historical mission by taking part in the epic resistance developed against Turkish colonialism in the field of Botan. Our comrade Tîrêj, who fought against the invaders in Silopi in the Self-Government Resistance, took his place in the resistance with his laboring and self-sacrificing personality. He succeeded in successfully practising the experiences he gained in city wars and enabled the enemy to take great blows. In 2017, he moved to Medya Defense Areas to better evaluate his war practice and to learn the necessary lessons. Our comrade Tîrêj, who was educated at the Martyr İbrahim Academy, evaluated his Kobanê and Botan war experiences and learned important lessons. He shared these experiences with his comrades and tried to fulfill his comradeship duty in this sense. Comrade Tîrêj, who succeeded in gaining the trust of his comrades after the training, was involved in some critical studies that required high precision. In these studies, he knew how to successfully fulfill his duties with organizational sensitivity and attention. Like all his comrades engaged in guerrilla activities in the field of Botan, he fell in love with the geography of Botan. For this reason, he always wanted to return to Botan and insisted on this. Our comrade Tîrêj, who went to Bakure Kurdistan, where he left as a warrior, as an assertive commander, participated in the work in Wan province this time. Our comrade Tîrêj, an exemplary militant with his stance in life and his devotion to Leader Apo and his martyred comrades, was martyred on April 21 along with comrades Dilgeş, Adil and Yılmaz.

Our comrade Yılmaz was born in a patriotic family in the city of Salmas in Rojhilatê Kurdistan. The family of our comrade Yılmaz has always followed the struggles for the freedom of Kurdistan closely and tried to fulfill their patriotism. His family, who raised his children with a patriotic awareness, gave them a strong and solid character. With the advantage of growing up in such a valuable family, our comrade Yılmaz had the opportunity to get to know the PKK closely. Aware of his responsibility to his people and country, like every honorable Kurdish youth, our comrade Yılmaz joined the guerrilla ranks in 2017 and started to fight for the freedom of our people.
Comrade Yılmaz, who received his first guerrilla training in Kelareş, was successful in the trainings with his willing participation and prepared himself for practical work. With the advantage of being a guerrilla in an area like Kelareş, it has prepared itself for the most challenging areas and tasks. Our comrade Yılmaz, who moved to the field of Metîna after taking part in many different studies in the field of Kelareş, brought about important breakthroughs in his personality in the field of Metîna. He has entered into an important process of intensification at the point of understanding the leadership ideology and making it a part of his life. As a result of the deep concentrations he experienced, he gained a certain organizational experience and started to take more responsibility. Our comrade Yılmaz, who sees himself responsible in all areas of life, He proposed to go to Bakure Kurdistan to use the military and life experiences he gained more efficiently and to hold accountable for the massacres that the invading Turkish state had carried out against our people. Our comrade Sema was born in the city of Dirbesiyê, which is a patriot of Rojava and has thousands of participation and martyrs in the Kurdistan Freedom Struggle. Our comrade Sema, who comes from a family that started to know the PKK from the very first years of its establishment, has known our Party from an early age due to this tradition of her family. At the same time, it was influenced by the relationship and lifestyle of our comrades. This influence increased the interest of our comrade Sema in the Kurdistan mountains and guerrilla life. She has set her biggest dream to join the guerrilla ranks when she grew up, and she has always followed this dream. At the time of the Rojava Freedom Revolution, our comrade Sema, who is now a young woman, saw that Leader Apo’s ideas became vital with the revolution and she was very excited about it.
After joining the guerrilla ranks, our comrade Sema, who experienced the joy of meeting the Kurdistan mountains and nature that she saw from afar, quickly became integrated with the mountain and guerrilla life. She was successful in every work he took part in with the energy, strength and morale of his love for the mountains, and with this feature he attracted the attention of all her comrades. She looked at every moment of life as education and learned to learn from every friend she discussed and every event she witnessed; She made it her life experience. At the same time, she developed himself ideologically and organizationally with the Party trainings he received. Our comrade Sema, who moved to the Zap area after training for new warriors, stayed in the Zap area for about six years.
