BEHDINAN – HPG Press Center said, “The historical resistance of the Kurdistan Freedom Guerrilla against the occupation of the Turkish state continues with the July 14th Spirit of Resistance. In the actions carried out under the leadership of our YJA Star mobile teams against the invading attacks, 8 invaders were punished and 1 mobesse camera system was destroyed. The invaders, who were blocked by the guerrilla resistance, bombarded the resistance areas 5 times with chemical weapons and explosives and 15 times with warplanes.
The details of the actions taken and the attacks made are as follows;
In the Zap region as part of the Bazên Zagrosê Revolutionary Campaign;
- After bombarding the war tunnels in the Şikefta Birîndara Resistance Area with chemical weapons and explosives at noon on July 9, the invaders, who took action, were targeted and shot by our mobile teams with the assassination tactic, and 1 invader was punished.
- On July 9, at 23:00, the invaders who wanted to advance towards the battle positions in the Kokerê Resistance Area were hit with a sabotage tactic.
Within the framework of the Cenga Xabûre Martyr War Maraş Revolutionary Campaign;
- On July 9, when the invaders in the Girê Cudî Resistance Area took action towards their battle positions, our mobile teams were targeted and shot down and at least one invader was punished.
- On July 10, at 06:00 and 06:10 hours, the occupiers on the move in the Girê Cûdî Resistance Area were targeted and shot with an assassination tactic led by our YJA Star moving teams and 5 invaders were punished.
- On July 10, at 08:35, the mobesse camera system installed by the invaders in the Girê Amediyê Resistance Area was destroyed by shooting. Afterwards, the invader who came to control this mobesse camera was targeted and shot with the assassination tactic, and 1 invader was punished.
The attacks carried out by the invading Turkish army with chemical weapons and explosives;
- On July 9, between 22:30 and 23:00, the battle positions in the Girê Cûdi Resistance Area were bombed with heavy weapons.
- In the morning hours of 10 July, the battle positions in the Girê FM Resistance Area were bombed with heavy weapons.
- Between 01:00 and 03:00 on 9 July, Martyr Têkoşer battle positions in Avaşîn were raided with individual and heavy weapons.
- At noon on July 9, the invaders bombarded the war tunnels in the Şikefta Birîndara Resistance Area once with chemical weapons and explosives.
- On July 9, at 07:30, the war tunnels in the Kokerê Resistance Area were bombed 4 times with chemical weapons, explosives and grenade launchers.
The attacks carried out by the invading Turkish army with howitzers, attack helicopters and warplanes;
- On 9 and 10 July, drone activity took place in Girê FM and Çemço Resistance Areas.
- Girê Amediye on 9 July; Deşta Kafya and Xêrê in Garê; The areas of Saca, Sîda and Çemço of Zap and Martyr Têkoşer of Avaşîn were bombed 15 times with warplanes.
- On 9 July, the Girê Hakkari Resistance Area in Metîna was randomly bombed with heavy weapons.”
