BEHDINAN – HPG Press Center said, “The Kurdistan Freedom Guerrilla, who fought selflessly with the spirit of July 14 Resistance, continues to inflict heavy blows on the invading Turkish army. As a result of the effective actions of our forces with mobile guerrilla teams; 32 invaders were punished, 2 invaders were injured, 2 helicopters and 1 drone were hit. The war criminal Turkish army bombed the Resistance Areas 34 times with chemical weapons and explosives, 6 times with warplanes, and dozens of times with attack helicopters and howitzers.
The details of the actions and attacks carried out are as follows:
As part of the Bazên Zagrosê Revolutionary Campaign, in the Zap region;
- On July 7, at 10:35 and 11:10 hours, the invaders around the Martyr Umîd battle positions were shot twice by our mobile YJA Star teams with the assassination tactic, and 2 invaders were punished.
- Our forces hit the invaders who wanted to enter the war tunnels in the Kokerê Resistance Area between 12:30-17:00 on July 7, effectively with hand grenades and individual weapons. The occupants of the intervention were forced to retreat.
- On July 7, at 17:00, 1 drone on the Çemço Resistance Area was hit by our forces.
- On July 8, at 05:50, the invaders in the Karker Resistance Area were hit by a coordinated guerrilla action by our mobile teams. In this action, which was carried out with heavy and individual weapons, 2 invaders were punished and 2 invaders were injured.
Within the framework of the Cenga Xabûre Martyr War Maraş Revolutionary Campaign;
- On 5 and 6 July, the invaders in Sêdarê in the Girê Amediyê Resistance Area were hit 12 times with sabotage tactics, and at least 12 invaders were punished here.
- On July 7, at 03:15 and 19:30, the invaders in the Girê Amediyê Resistance Area were shot twice by our YJA Star forces with an assassination tactic, and 2 invaders were punished.
- At noon on July 7, the invaders who wanted to advance towards the battle positions of Girê Martyr Pîrdoxan in the Girê Amediyê Resistance Area were hit three times by our forces with sabotage tactics and 7 invaders were punished. The invaders, who were hit, were able to remove their casualties from the area with helicopters in the evening hours.
- On 7 July, after the invaders in the Girê Amediyê Resistance Area were taken under control by our forces, they were hit three times with sabotage tactics at 10:20 am and 6 invaders were punished. After the action, the invading Turkish army wanted to completely destroy the bodies by bombing the action area where the bodies of soldiers were located, with attack helicopters, howitzers and 10 warplanes. The mutilated bodies were left in the area by the invaders.
- On July 7, at 16:50, the invaders in the Girê Cûdî Resistance area were shot by our YJA Star forces with an assassination tactic and 1 invader was punished.
- Skorsky helicopters that wanted to land on the Girê FM and Girê Amediyê Resistance Areas on 7 July came under heavy fire with heavy weapons by our forces. The 2 helicopters that were hit had to leave the area without being able to land.
The attacks carried out by the invading Turkish army with chemical weapons and explosives;
- On 7 and 8 July, Werxelê, Karker, Kokerê, Martyr Şahin and Girê Cûdî Resistance Areas were bombed 34 times with chemical weapons and explosives.
The attacks carried out by the invading Turkish army with howitzers, attack helicopters and warplanes;
- On July 7, there was intense drone activity over Girê Cûdî, Girê Amediyê and Girê FM Resistance Areas.
- 7 July The areas of Dola Mehranê in Garê and Sîda, Saca and Çemço areas in Zap were bombed 6 times with warplanes.
- On 7 and 8 July, Girê Hakkarî, Girê Martyr Piling, Girê Martyr Pîrdoxan, Girê Amediyê, Qada Navin, Girê Cûdî areas; The Kurojahro, Saca, Girê Mamreş, Martyr Dîdar, Martyr Harûn, Martyr Tolhildan areas of Zap and the Werxelê area of Avaşîn were bombed dozens of times with attack helicopters and howitzers.”
