BEHDINAN – Although the invasion attack launched by the Turkish army against Zap, Avaşîn and Metîna on April 14, 2022 entered its fourth month, it could not reach its goal. The plans of the Turkish state, which aimed to occupy the base areas of the Kurdistan Freedom Guerrilla in a few weeks with the cooperation of the NATO-backed advanced war devices and the KDP, failed during this time. Meanwhile, the invading army entered the swamp deep in the mountains of Southern Kurdistan. In order to overcome the impasse of the guerrilla in the face of modern resistance methods, the Turkish army, which brought all its military forces to the war front, from rangers and contras to specially trained commandos, from mercenaries to special units called “burgundy berets”, used chemical weapons many times in a three-month period.
Taking advantage of the silence of the world and international public opinion, the Turkish army did not hesitate to use all the banned chemical weapons in its inventory, from tactical nuclear weapons to phosphorus bombs, while these dirty methods led to the slaughter of many guerrillas.
New images emerged that the Turkish army, which could not enter the battle positions and tunnels, tried the worst war methods in the history of humanity. In the images, it is clearly seen how the dog, which is a method condemned by humanity, is used as a war device. These images, taken from the camera that Turkish soldiers tied to a dog they trained, are the most obvious proof of the desperation against the resistance of the HPG and YJA Star guerrillas.
In the 9-minute footage, Turkish soldiers first attach a camera to the dog’s head, a powerful headlamp with a led lamp, and other war equipment. Then they take him in front of a war tunnel and open his leash, the dog does not want to enter. Special trainers of the invading army forcefully mistreat the dog and send it deep into the war tunnels.

In another image taken inside the same tunnel, it is seen that after the fierce clash between HPG and YJA Star guerrillas and Turkish army forces, the invading army was cleared from the tunnel and the dead dog was taken down by the guerrillas.
