BEHDINAN – HPG Press Center said, “Our forces continue to inflict heavy blows on the invading Turkish army with their mobile team and tunnel warfare style. In the actions carried out by the Kurdistan Freedom Guerrilla with the Spirit of July 14; 31 invaders were punished, 1 invader was injured, 1 drone, 1 armored vehicle and 1 position were destroyed. The invaders bombarded the battle positions 36 times with chemical weapons and explosives. “The Resistance Areas were bombed 11 times with airplanes, 7 times with helicopters and dozens of howitzers,” he said.
The details of the actions and attacks carried out are as follows:
“Within the framework of the Sometimes Zagrosê Revolutionary Campaign, in the Avaşîn region;
- On July 5, at 17:00, the invaders in the Werxelê Resistance Area were hit and hit.
In the Zap region as part of the Bazên Zagrosê Revolutionary Campaign;
- On July 2, at 03:20, the invaders who wanted to advance towards the Martyr Umîd war tunnels were shot by our forces and 3 invaders were punished.
- At 08:00 on July 5, the invaders tried to reach the summit of the Şikefta Birîndara Resistance Area with their armored dozers and digger vehicles. These invaders were targeted and effectively hit by our forces. While 2 invaders were punished here, 1 invader was injured and armored vehicles were hit. The invaders had to retreat one step after the armored vehicles were hit. The invaders took the dead and wounded from the area with the Sikorsky helicopters.
- At 08:00 on July 5, the invaders wanted to advance from the Çemço area to the Werxelê Resistance Area with armored vehicles. An armored vehicle was targeted and shot down by our forces, while this vehicle was completely destroyed, at least 8 occupants in it were punished.
- On July 5, at 21:00, 1 drone on the move over the Çemço area was targeted and destroyed by our forces.
Within the framework of the Cenga Xabûre Martyr War Maraş Revolutionary Campaign;
- On July 5, at 07:50, 14:00, 20:00 and 23:15, the invaders in the Girê Amediyê Resistance Area were shot by our YJA Star moving teams with an assassination tactic, and 4 invaders were punished.
- On July 5, at 09:20 and 22:00, the invaders in Girê Sêdarê of the Girê Amediyê Resistance Area were hit twice with sabotage tactics and 2 invaders were punished.
- The invaders, who took action in the Girê Amediyê Resistance Area at 23:15 on July 5, were hit three times with simultaneous sabotage tactics. In this coordinated guerrilla action, 9 invaders were punished.
- On July 5, at 13:10, the invaders in the Girê Cûdî Resistance Area were shot by our mobile teams with an assassination tactic and 1 invader was punished.
- Between 14:00 and 15:00 on July 5, the invaders in the Girê Cûdî Resistance Area were hit with heavy weapons.
Within the framework of the Bazên Zagrosê Revolutionary Campaign, in the Xakurke region;
- On July 4, at 10:30, the invaders in the Girê Karker area were hit with heavy weapons. On the same day, at 16:00, the invaders were hit once again with heavy weapons. While at least 2 invaders were punished in these actions, 1 position was completely destroyed.
The attacks carried out by the invading Turkish army with chemical weapons and explosives;
- On July 5, at 18:15, the war tunnels in the Girê FM Resistance Area were bombed once with explosives.
- Between 17:20 and 18:25 on July 5, the war tunnels in the Werxelê Resistance Area were bombed once with explosives and 3 times with chemical weapons.
- Between 15:00 and 18:00 on July 5, the war tunnels in the Karker Resistance Area were bombed 13 times with explosives and 7 times with chemical weapons.
- Between 09:40 and 16:10 on 5 July, the battle positions in the Kokerê area were bombed 11 times with explosives. After the intervention of our forces, the invaders retreated one step.
The attacks carried out by the invading Turkish army with howitzers, attack helicopters and warplanes;
- Intense drone activity continues on the Girê Hakkarî, Girê FM and Girê Cûdî Resistance Areas on 5 July.
- On 5 and 6 July, the Koordîne, Gundê Deşîşê, Girê Hakkarî Resistance Areas in Girê Amediyê and the Metîna region were bombed dozens of times with howitzers fired from the border police stations.
- On 5 and 6 July, Girê FM, Girê Cûdî and Girê Hakkarî Resistance Areas were bombed 7 times with attack helicopters.
- On 4, 5 and 6 July, warplanes bombed 11 times in Girê Amediye, Çemço, Sîda, Gundê Şêlazê in the Metîna region, and Deşta Kafya, Gundê Ergene, Gunde Çemrobotki and Geliyê Şêrane in the Garê region.
