“The invading Turkish state launched an invasion operation covering the Derya and Hêrebanê areas of the Şemzînan district of Colemêrg on 18-19 June 2022. On 18 June, the invaders in the Dola Reşanê area were targeted and shot at by our forces at 17:00. During the clashes that continued until 19 June, a total of 7 invaders, two of whom were high-ranking, were punished. The invading Turkish army was able to remove its losses from the area with the support of armored vehicles on 19 June at night. Our comrades Zagros and Dilgeş, who devotedly went against the invaders during the conflicts and fought to the last bullet with the Apoist militant spirit, detonated their own bombs in order not to be captured by the invaders and joined the immortal heroes of Kurdistan.

ZAGROS SENAR
Our comrade Zagros was born in Afrin, one of the places where patriotism, loyalty to the country and resistance are most deeply experienced in Kurdistan, in a patriotic family that paid the price in the Kurdistan Freedom Struggle. Because of these characteristics of his family, our comrade Zagros, who knew our party PKK from an early age, had the opportunity to observe and get to know the Kurdistan Freedom Struggle more closely, especially after our Leader was taken prisoner by the International Conspiracy. Day by day, the interest of our people in the freedom struggle has started to increase, and he has become aware of the need to take part in this struggle. He chose the guerrilla struggle as the field where he could carry out his struggle most effectively and joined the guerrilla ranks from Lebanon in 2008. After joining the guerrilla ranks, our comrade Zagros came to the fore with his hardworking and self-sacrificing aspects, and in a short time he became a wanted person by his comrades. He did not consider the guerrilla struggle as a purely military struggle, but also brought to consciousness the ideological and political aspects of guerrillaism. For this reason, he made an effort to carry out the struggle he was in in the most effective way, and became an exemplary militant with his honesty and sincerity in this effort. Our comrade, who has been carrying out guerrilla activities in the Zagros areas for 6 years, has left almost no room in these areas, and has become a unique veteran by walking every path. He participated in many actions in Zagros, which is known as an area where effective actions are taken against the enemy and where the enemy cannot leave the police stations. Our comrade Zagros, who proved to be a competent guerrilla with his courageous stance in these actions and his mastery in striking the enemy, started to take command by assuming more responsibility. Our comrade Zagros, who had the chance to fight under the command of Mehmet Goyî and Reşit Serdars, gained a lot of experience in the art of command from these valuable commanders. It was based on participating more in the struggle as a requirement of devotion to our martyred comrades, especially these esteemed commanders, and thought that only in this way could he be worthy of his martyred comrades. After 6 years of hard Zagros practice, our comrade Zagros, who was educated at the Party Central School, has become ideologically competent and strives to have a life according to the philosophy of the Leadership. After a year of Heftanîn practice, he moved to Zagros again at the end of 2013 and participated in studies in Xakurkê Province. Our comrade Zagros, who served at the level of a unit commander in Xakurkê Province, where he lived for about 5 years, led all his comrades as a devoted and laboring commander as well as his sincere comradeship. He shared his vital and military experiences with his comrades with whom he worked, and made a great effort to make each of his comrades a competent and expert freedom guerrilla. Our comrade Zagros, who stands out with his activist character, pioneered many actions in Xakurkê State and tried to respond to the process. Later, within the framework of the restructuring of the guerrilla, he received command training and in 2019 he moved to the Gever and Şemzînan lines as the regional commander. Despite the intense measures of the enemy, as a creative guerrilla commander, he developed rich tactics and succeeded in performing effective actions against the enemy. At the same time, it was based on raising the awareness of our people so that they could protect themselves against the enemy, and with this feature, he became a popular militant of our people. Our comrade Zagros, who constantly feels himself indebted in the face of Leader Apo’s captivity, has determined the physical freedom of Leader Apo as his top priority, and he has been clenched around this goal from his life to his participation. Our comrade Zagros, who fought until the last bullet in the enemy operation that took place on 19 June, remained loyal to the PKK’s tradition of sacrifice and died by detonating his own bomb in order not to fall into the hands of the enemy.

DILGEŞ SINE
Our comrade Dilgeş was born and raised in Sine, the patriotic city of Rojhilatê Kurdistan. Due to the patriotism of his family and the environment he lived in, he began to hear about the Kurdistan case at an early age. Our comrade Dilgeş, who grew up with the heroic epics told by his family in the form of stories, wanted to be the hero of his people in this way. Not only was he limited to the freedom struggle in Rojhilatê Kurdistan, he was also interested in the struggles in other parts of Kurdistan. On this basis, our party recognized the PKK. Seeing the PKK’s insistence on ensuring the freedom of our people and the price it has paid for it, our comrade Dilgeş has come closer to the freedom struggle led by the PKK every day. Our comrade Dilgeş, who willingly undertakes the duty of ensuring the freedom of our people, which every honorable Kurdish youth must fulfill, decided to leave the university in 2018 and join the guerrilla ranks. Our comrade Dilgeş, who has been guerrilla in various fields from 2018 to 2021, has completed his specialization training as well as his basic education in these processes and has become a competent militant of the Democratic Modernity Guerrilla. Our comrade Dilgeş, who managed to create great transformations in himself in a short time with his willing participation in the trainings, always suggested to go to the areas where the war was hot. Our comrade Dilgeş, who was deeply affected by the comradely relations, culture and morality of the PKK, wanted to be worthy of this life created by the great effort of the martyrs and to be an active part of it. He did not limit himself to only one field, but stated that he could work in any field, especially Bakure Kurdistan, as a requirement of being a national personality. In this context, our comrade Dilgeş, who switched to the Gever and Şemzînan line in 2021, adapted to this area in a short time. Our comrade Dilgeş, who puts organizing and acting his anger against the enemy among his top priorities, has made a great effort to achieve this goal. He always wanted to be the owner of a great action, and he deepened his searches on this basis. During the occupation operations carried out by the enemy on 18-19 June, together with Comrade Zagros, he acted with great skill and dealt a heavy blow to the enemy, and by subtly fulfilling the requirements of Apoist guerrillaism, he succeeded in becoming one of the exemplary militants of the new era guerrilla. Our comrade Dilgeş, who died by detonating his own bomb after fighting the enemy until his last breath, adhering to the tradition of sacrifice of the Beritan and Zilans, has become one of the best and beautiful examples of honesty, simplicity and unconditional loyalty to our people.
The precious families who brought heroic militants such as Zagros and Dilgeş to the freedom struggle of our people cannot be proud of their brave sons. We, as their comrades, consider ourselves lucky to be fighting together with these great militants. We express our condolences to all our patriotic people, especially their valuable families, and reiterate our promise that we will crown the struggles of our martyrs with victory.”
