NEWS CENTER – Activities will be held in Argentina, Bolivia, Ecuador, Mexico and Chile between June 8 and 19 as part of the ‘Global Mobilization for Kurdistan’ campaign entitled ‘Protect Kurdistan, Save the Revolution’. Many Latin American activists have called for the protection of Kurdistan against the Turkish occupation. To this end, young activists from many countries sent messages and appeals.
A campaign is being launched for activities on digital media with posters calling for the protection of Kurdistan and the revolution. Here are some of the activities that will be carried out under the slogan ‘Protect Kurdistan, protect the revolution’:
Chile:
- On June 11, pictures of Kurdistan will be painted on the walls in the Bio Bio area.
- On June 19, the feminist women’s movement in the Maule region will hold a seminar as part of the same campaign.
Argentina:
- A group of Armenians will hold a seminar on June 11 in Rosario to discuss the events in Kurdistan.
Mexico:
- Pictures of Kurdistan will be painted on the walls on June 11 in the Mexican capital.
- Banners with the slogan “Protect Kurdistan, protect the revolution” will also be hung in Oaxaca Ciudad, Sierra Sur Zapoteca, San Cristobal and Costa de Chiapas.
Ecuador:
- The film “For Freedom” will be screened and discussed at the national cinema on June 8 at the Quito Cultural Center.
Bolivia:
- A two-hour discussion on the Kurdish freedom struggle will take place on June 11 in a TV and radio program in El Alta and La Paz with the participation of many participants.
- “On June 11, 2022, the people who support the Kurdish people will take action against the oppressive and imperial policies of the Turkish state wherever they can.”
