BEHDINAN – According to guerrilla sources, the occupiers, who wanted to advance in the Cudi Hill Resistance area of Metin, received a strong response from the guerrillas on the night of 15 June. The guerrillas ambushed and opened fire. It was learned that at least 17 occupants were punished.
It was stated that heavy fighting was going on between the Turkish army and the HPG / YJA-Star guerrillas and that Turkish army helicopters were trying to land troops in many parts of Girê Cudi.
