NEWS CENTER – Finland is known for it’s all woman female-led government, a sign of progress into the women’s right to the west. However, it took a step today towards the Kurdish Revolutionary Struggle, that has the line of Women’s Liberation as it’s main pillar and a long and continued praxis in this line, mostly known to the world as the YPJ fought and defeated ISIS. Today, Finland together with Sweden turned their back to YPG/YPJ that they vowed many times to support in turn to make the turkish state concede their entry on NATO.
Finland’s President Sauli Niinisto said that Turkey has agreed to support Finland and Sweden’s joint membership of NATO, on the first day of the alliance’s summit in the Spanish capital, Madrid. Niinisto said the breakthrough on Tuesday came after the three countries signed a joint memorandum “to extend their full support against threats to each other’s security”.
Here are the things Turkey got:
- Sweden/Finland will lift its arms embargo
- Both will support Turkey on PKK, stop support to YPG
- They will amend their laws on terrorism
- They will share Intel with each other
- They will extradite terror suspects
- Finland and Sweden will support Turkey’s participation to EU’s Pesko
- Turkey, Finland and Sweden will establish a permanent joint mechanism to consult on justice, security and intelligence
- Sweden and Finland confirm that there are no arms embargoes against Turkey.
NATO INTEREST IN THE DESTRUCTION OF THE KURDISH REVOLUTIONARY MOVEMENT
In the fight against the Revolutionary struggle in Kurdistan, turkey is a main actor and the main causer of the atrocities committed against the Kurdish people in all 4 parts of Kurdistan, however, it’s with the support and finance of NATO members that those atrocities are committed. From the selling of war tanks from Germany, to the american components of the turkish UCAV bayraktar tb2.
The kidnapping of Abdullah Ocalan was also planned by the hegemonic powers of the capitalist modernity, with the organizations of CIA, Mossad and Gladio. The persecution and criminalization of the Kurds in Europe was also pushed by the turkish governament since the 80’s. This step taken by Finland and Sweden was already expected, even tho their own representatives said that they would not abandon the support for the Autonomous Region of Rojava.
The Kurdish people living in those countries and the internationalists supportive to the struggle vowed to protest and resist against those positions of their governments and continue to support the people’s Revolution as it is treated once more of a full scale invasion in Rojava.
