BEHDINAN – HPG Press Center made a written statement regarding the war. HPG said, “ Our forces, led by our YJA Star mobile teams, carried out actions to greet the 30 June Sacrifice Day. As a result of these actions; 11 occupiers, 1 of whom was in rank, were punished, 1 occupant was injured, 2 positions and 1 mobesse camera were destroyed. While the war tunnels were bombed by the invaders with explosives 4 times, Medya Defense Areas were bombed 26 times with helicopters, 15 times with planes and dozens of howitzers. At the same time, two of our comrades fought heroically in Amed and reached martyrdom,” he said.

GUERILLA MARTYR IN AMED ANNOUNCED
“In the Amed region;
On June 16, 2022, the invading Turkish army carried out a simultaneous operation against the Martyr Kawa and Apê Musa areas in Amed’s Lice district. Clashes broke out between 2 of our comrades and the invaders in the Apê Musa area. Both of our comrades clashed with the invaders for hours, where they punished at least 2 invaders and injured 1 invader. Our comrades, who punished many invaders and fought heroically until their last bullets, achieved martyrdom by detonating their own bombs in order not to fall alive in the hands of the enemy. The identity information of our comrade Dilşad who has been martyred has been clarified, and when the identity information of our other comrade who has been martyred is clarified, it will be shared with our people and the public.

Our comrade Dilşad was born in a patriotic family in the Hezro district of Amed. The fact that his family circle paid a great price in the Kurdistan Freedom Struggle enabled our comrade Dilşad to meet our party PKK. He did not remain indifferent to the epic struggles of our martyred comrades, and day by day he researched and learned more about Leader Apo, our Party and the reality of martyrs. During his research, he was particularly affected by the struggle of Comrade Mazlum Doğan. He took Comrade Mazlum Doğan’s uncompromising stance to the enemy as an example, and carried out his entire revolutionary march on this basis. After getting to know our party, our comrade Dilşad, who has been working in many different fields, especially youth work, has come to the fore with his hardworking, altruistic and humble aspects. Comrade Dilşad, who is loved and taken as a basis by all his friends with whom he works, has raised the awareness of many Kurdish youth with his organizational feature. Our comrade Dilşad, who studied at Dicle University Faculty of Medicine, both carried out youth work and continued his school. Our comrade Dilşad, who is a smart and open-minded person, is an extremely successful student, even though he went to school when he had the opportunity to work on the revolution. Thanks to this feature, he became a loved and exemplary person by his teachers. Comrade Dilşad, who started to see the reality of the enemy better during his youth work, brought the enemy’s policy of genocide to consciousness and continued his struggle against it in a more sharp and radical way. Due to his ideological clarity, he succeeded in influencing our people, especially the youth, as well as his comrades with whom he worked. It has waged a struggle on a wide range from organizing radical actions against the enemy by organizing Kurdish youth to activities carried out to meet the health needs of our people. Comrade Dilşad, who is loved by our people with his sympathetic and warm personality and has leadership qualities, decided that the enemy would never give up on the policy of genocide, and decided to leave the second year of the Faculty of Medicine in 2013 and join the guerrilla ranks.
Comrade Dilşad, who has been carrying out various activities in the Amed area for about 3 years, has had a successful practice with his meticulousness in his work and his approach that attaches importance to confidentiality. Although he was intertwined with the enemy in the areas where he worked, he did not open up to the enemy thanks to his high sensitivity. Our comrade Dilşad, who moved to Medya Defense Areas in 2016, worked within the Northern Dispatch Administration Command for 2 years, and later worked in the Heftanîn and Metîna areas. He especially shared his experiences with all his comrades in the fields he was in. Again, despite having studied medicine for 2 years, as a specialist, he took care of the treatment of his comrades and aimed that every guerrilla acquire health information by educating his comrades about medicine. During his time in the Media Defense Areas, he had the opportunity to concentrate more on the work he carried out in Bakure Kurdistan, and brought his deficiencies and inadequacies into awareness and made it an experience. At the same time, he thought about the ways and methods of fighting more effectively and prepared himself for a difficult practice in every sense. For this, he first received ideological training and went through a deep concentration process to understand and fully implement Leader Apo’s Revolutionary People’s War Strategy. Comrade Dilşad, who learned important lessons from his concentration, has been in search of being able to respond to the needs of the war process we are in. Our comrade Dilşad, who also received professionalization training in order to fully fulfill the principles, measures and tactics of the Democratic Modernity Guerrilla, in 2019, He returned to Amed, where he was born and raised, as a pioneering guerrilla commander. Comrade Dilşad, who pioneered the development of many actions against the enemy in the area of Amed, which he knows very well, taught the enemy important lessons. It has struck the enemy every time against all the black propaganda of the enemy and has always shown the invincibility of the Kurdistan Freedom Guerrilla to the enemy. He succeeded in transforming his anger towards the enemy into actions with great skill, and spent every moment of his life in the preparation of organizing and carrying out a new action. In this respect, he set an example for all his comrades with his non-stop energy and high tempo. Finally, he transformed the enemy operation that took place in the Lice district of Amed into action, thanks to his quick wit, and dealt a heavy blow to the enemy by sacrificing himself. Our comrade Dilşad, who was injured later, reached martyrdom by detonating his own bomb in order not to fall into the hands of the enemy. We will certainly succeed in the task of revolution handed over to us by our comrade Dilşad, who is an exemplary PKK militant with his simplicity, honesty and sincere comradeship.
We express our condolences to all our patriotic people of Kurdistan, especially to the valuable family of our esteemed commander and pioneer Apoist militant Comrade Dilshad, and we reiterate our promise that we will avenge our martyrs and our people who are subjected to persecution every day.
7 INVESTORS PUNISHED IN XAKURKÊ, 2 STORIES DESTROYED
Within the framework of the Bazên Zagrosê Revolutionary Campaign, in the Xakurke region;
- On June 18, at 08:30, the invaders in the Girê Koordîne area were hit with heavy weapons and 2 invaders were injured. At 11:30, the invaders here were once again shot with heavy weapons and the 2 invaders were punished.
- On June 22, at 11:00, the invaders in Girê Martyr Şahan were hit with heavy weapons by our YJA Star moving teams. While 1 position was completely destroyed here, 2 invaders were punished. At the same time, 1 mobesse camera on this hill was destroyed with an assassination tactic.
- On June 23, at 18:45, the invaders in Girê Martyr Derwêş were hit with heavy weapons by our YJA Star moving teams, 1 position was completely destroyed and 3 invaders were punished.
Within the framework of the Cenga Xabûre Martyr War Maraş Revolutionary Campaign;
- On June 23, at 15:20, while the invaders in the Girê Hakkarî Resistance Area were trying to advance towards the war tunnels, our mobile teams were targeted and shot with heavy weapons. The advance of the oppressed invaders was stopped.
- On June 23, at 19:10 and 21:00, the invaders in the Girê FM Resistance Area were shot by our mobile teams with an assassination tactic, and 2 invaders, 1 of them high-ranking, were punished.
OCCUPATION ATTACKS CONTINUE
The attacks carried out by the invading Turkish army with chemical weapons and explosives;
- On 23 June, the war tunnels in the Girê FM Resistance Area were bombed twice with explosives.
- On 23 June, the war tunnels in the Şikefta Birîndara Resistance Area were bombed twice with explosives.
The attacks carried out by the invading Turkish army with howitzers, attack helicopters and warplanes;
- From 18:30 to 19:00 on 23 June, the Girê Ortê area of the Metîna region was bombed with howitzers fired from the Turkish Republic’s Kanî Masî base.
- On 23 June, the Çemço and Werxelê Resistance Areas were bombed with howitzers fired from the border police stations.
- On 22, 23 and 24 June, Werxelê, Çemço, Girê Cûdî Resistance Area and Gundê Dêrik area in the Garê region were bombed with warplanes 15 times.
- On June 24, Werxelê, Kurojahro, Martyr Şahin, Girê Hakkarî, Girê Çarçel, Girê Ortê, Girê Cûdî, Girê FM, Resistance Areas were bombed 26 times with helicopters.”
