BEHDINAN – HPG Press Center said, “In actions carried out by mobile teams and our resisting forces in war tunnels; 10 invaders were punished, 2 thermal camera systems, 1 mobesse camera system and 4 positions were destroyed. While the war tunnels were bombed 21 times by the invaders with chemical weapons and explosives, the resistance areas were bombed 8 times with airplanes and 19 times with attack helicopters.
The details of the actions and attacks carried out are as follows:
“IN THE ZAP REGION;
- On June 14, at 18:20, the invaders who tried to bombard the Martyr Hewrê war tunnels in the Martyr Shahin Resistance Area with explosives were shot with an assassination tactic. In this action, 1 invader was punished and the invaders were withdrawn one step.
- On June 15, at 00:20 and 02:20, the invaders who wanted to position themselves in the Karker Resistance Area were shot with an assassination tactic. Two invaders were punished in these actions, which were successfully carried out by our YJA Star forces.
IN METINA REGION;
- On June 14, at 19:30, the invaders in the Girê Hakkarî Resistance Area were shot with an assassination tactic and 1 invader was punished.
- On June 15, at 05:00, the invaders in the Girê Hakkarî Resistance Area were hit with medium automatic weapons. 1 invader was punished and 1 position was completely destroyed.
IN AVAŞIN REGION;
On June 14, at 04:35, the invaders in the Girê Kanî Biyê area of the Mervanos area were targeted with a coordinated guerrilla action. First, the A4 gun position and the occupants in it were shot. Here, 2 invaders were punished, 1 A4 gun and 1 position were destroyed. Then, the position in which the 3 invaders and the thermal camera system were located was hit. While 3 invaders were punished here, 1 thermal camera system and 1 position were destroyed. In addition, 1 mobesse camera system, 1 thermal camera system and 1 more location were targeted and destroyed.
OCCUPATION ATTACKS
The attacks carried out by the invading Turkish army with chemical weapons and explosives;
- On June 14, at 14:30, the war tunnels in the Werxelê Resistance Area were bombed once with explosives.
- On June 14, at 15:15 and 16:05, the war tunnels in the Karker Resistance Area were bombed twice with explosives.
- On 14 June, the Martyr Hewrê war tunnels in the Martyr Shahin Resistance Area were bombed 17 times with explosives.
- Our forces intervened against the invaders who were trying to approach the Martyr Zemanî war tunnels in the Girê Hakkarî Resistance Area at 07:00 on 15 June. The invaders had to retreat one step. Later, the war tunnels were bombarded with chemical weapons, which were gray in color and gave off a detergent (tursil) smell.
The attacks carried out by the invading Turkish army with howitzers, attack helicopters and warplanes;
- On 14 June, Girê Cûdî, Werxelê, Saca and Çemço areas, Çırav area in Garê region, were bombed 8 times by planes.
- On 13 and 14 June, Girê FM, Girê Cûdî, Girê Hakkarî and Kurojahro Resistance Areas were bombed 19 times by helicopters.
- On 14 and 15 June, Girê Amediyê, Girê Cûdî and Martyr Şahin Resistance Areas were bombed with howitzers.”
