The statement was read out by the administration of the Young Women’s Union in the Tabqa region at the Helin Cudi Martyrs’ Center.
The statement given is as follows;
“We, in the name of the Young Women’s Union in Tabqa, condemn the occupier Turkish state and its PDK ally in the mountains of Kurdistan, as well as the bombardment of Girê Spî, Til Temir and Serê kaniyê. The aim of these attacks is to weaken the spirit of resistance among the people, as well as to destroy the will of the people and the guerrillas. Guerrilla resistance is a major obstacle in front of the AKP. We declare on behalf of ourselves and all the youth that we will take our place on the side of the guerrilla resistance until the end, and condemn the occupation of Zap, Metin and Avaşin. We will take a stand against all the occupiers who want to occupy our land irrigated with the blood of the martyrs.
