RIHA – The Justice Watch started on March 9, 2021 in front of the Riha Courthouse by Emine Şenyaşar, whose husband and two sons were massacred by the bodyguards and relatives of AKP Riha MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız in Pirsûs district of Riha on June 14, 2018, and her son Ferit Şenyaşar, who survived the massacre, is on its 446th day.

The family, who continued the vigil at their home due to the closure of the courthouse over the weekend, wrote on their virtual media account with the hashtag “We saw this too”, “The decision of a non-independent judiciary cannot be fair. Our struggle is for judicial independence. We will continue to fight for this cause at all times.”
