While the decision of the oppressed comrade, the claim to life, the decision not to give up the respect for life, the action of the Four; It was to make the oppressed comrade’s decision more practical, to make it more massive, to make it even more vital. The purpose of the decision, as well as its content and the way it is realized, are formidable. It is the basic duty of every person who says “I am honest, I am loyal” to understand it in all its aspects and to make it our reason for life, people and militancy.

In our age, national and class awakenings are gaining in intensity. The peoples are raising the flag of struggle for liberation from bondage, against imperialism, colonialism and all forms of reaction. The proletariat is fulfilling its historical task step by step to preserve its own power. All over the world, anti-imperialist, anti-fascist, anti-colonial struggles are advancing with fingernails, blood, soul, labor and pain.
As a result of these struggles, imperialism has disappeared in many parts of the world. And it’s dying in most regions. Colonialism could not escape the same fate. Likewise, fascism is condemned to die a little more every day in the face of the revolutionary steps of the peoples and the proletariat.
Our age; It is an age where a fierce struggle continues in every moment of life on the front of revolutions and counter-revolutions, the needle leans more towards the first every day, and the peoples and workers of the world are approaching their longed for future.
Turning the wheel of history forward is happening with the blood and soul of the peoples of Vietnam, Cambodia, Cuba, Palestine, Kurdish, Russian, German and Bulgarian proletariat.
Vietnam’s war of national independence and freedom, crowned with internal victory, is guiding the peoples of the world under captivity in their struggle for liberation, with its rich experience and valuable contributions to the history of world revolution.
Every centimetre of the national liberation struggle develops at the expense of great pain and demands great sacrifices. This protracted struggle demands death first and foremost for the independence of the people. A people’s fight for national independence and freedom is based on these facts. In order to feel and see the victory on the horizon, it is necessary to fight by believing, to believe by fighting.
Achieving national independence and reaching the people can only be achieved by integrating with it. The way of organization and massification is to know and understand the people and to make them comprehend the belief in salvation. This requires proper leadership. At the point where the leadership and the people merge, all difficulties are tolerated, and moreover, they become surmountable.
From this point of view, when we take a brief look at the history of Kurdistan, we come across a disorganized disorganization that causes chaos, and the betrayal of the submissive butler-like class enemies who push the people into darkness for their interests in the name of the leadership. The struggle for independence, which was started every time, was stifled by the brutal, ruthless suppression of the invading, invading, colonialist states. Our people have left a legacy of resistance to us. Despite all this.
If the people of Kurdistan, who shed blood for their independence and buried their children in the ground, had the right Leadership, at least a leadership that did not alienate itself in parallel with their resistance, Kurdistan would have achieved independence not once, but ten times.
This is the people; He overthrew the throne of the Assyrian Empire. He founded Medya, which opened up to the Middle East like a sun.
This is the people; He never gave up the torch of independence against the invading armies and conquering emperors that came in waves from the East, the West and the South. He was hungry, he was left in the open, but he continued his love in the great mountains.
This is the people; lived with its language, lived with its culture, brought out Mêm ü Zinî, Ahmede Xanê, Feqiye Teyrani.
This is the people; He continued his love of independence with the resistances of Ubeydullah, Bedirhanlılar, Beydinanlılar, Yezdan Şer, Revanduz, Sason, Ağrı, Zilan, Palo, Genç, Hani and Dersim against Turkish, Persian and Arab colonialism.
He was defeated, defeated, but the defeats did not frighten him. In his hard days, he saw Bese with him. Countless resistance fighters, whose blood was shed on the ground, lived in the memory of young Kurdish valiants.
In order not to surrender in their defeat, this people took the example of the Bese, who threw themselves from the high mountains to the cliffs in order not to fall alive into the hands of the enemy.
The silence of this people suppressed with blood for years, the longing for independence that was thought to have been destroyed; With the birth of the PKK, which embodied resistance, modernity and organization in its person, it sprouted, developed and resized in our lands, with more enthusiasm, more willingness and determination.
With the PKK’s ideological, political and organizational formation, it became the target of the fierce attacks and conspiracies of Turkish colonialism. The great communist leader and internationalist Haki Karer, one of the founders of our movement, was martyred with such a conspiracy. The murder of our comrade Haki also gave important clues about the extent of the difficulties of waging a revolutionary struggle in Kurdistan.
While the first steps of organizing, going down to the people and fighting a people’s war in Kurdistan were taken, it was necessary to apply revolutionary violence in order to overcome the difficulties to be encountered, and its vitality for our struggle was unquestionably accepted. In this respect, even with his physical death, Haki became the touchstone for our struggle to leap forward.
The murder of Haki made us realize that in order to fight against colonialism, we must see death as a part of life.
Today in Diyarbakir dungeon, the enemy is trying to strangle our party, the only leader and hope of salvation of our people, in our person. This is a life-or-death battle. Wars can be lost, but we cannot and should not tolerate losing. Because the consequences will be very severe. The responsibility will be too heavy and hurtful to be carried. We cannot afford to lose this war. As we embarked on this path, we worked under a spotless flag of resistance and we have to carry it in the same pure form. We have no other choice. There is no other way of living and raising this flag other than resistance.
Our great Leader, Comrade Mazlum, showed this a very short time ago. He did this, as always, by sacrificing the precious life of his guidance in the Diyarbakır dungeon, where we are living through a very difficult and painful period.
Our Party Leadership once again proved its responsibility in the person of Comrade Mazlum in the best way possible. Now it’s our turn.
Yes, our Party wants us to resist. He wants us to ignite our souls and blood in these conditions, in which we are held captive and deprived of all kinds of weapons.
Every fire to be lit will flood the darkness that is intended to be knitted with light. Every fire that will be lit will destroy the treacherous walls of betrayal and surrender, will bring us to our people, and will increase the hope that our people have attached to us. Every fire that will be lit will be united with the three garbage fires of the oppressed and will grow stronger. It will destroy the disgusting ambitions of the tortures and colonial fascists.

The enemy is barbaric, the enemy is ruthless, the enemy is determined to achieve his goal. Let’s not say ‘stop’ to this, let alone revolution, we will even be ashamed of our humanity. If we do not come out of this dungeon on behalf of our party, on behalf of our people, future generations will curse us. No reason can save us from the questioning of our history and our people.
We, as a people, are living in a life-or-death period in the dungeons as we do outside today. The way to overcome this is obvious. The experience and legacy of our party history left us a great tradition of resistance. It is always imperative to continue this tradition. But today, it has become more important, more necessary and more vital to maintain this resistance tradition in Diyarbakır dungeon, where the enemy has launched unlimited, versatile and dangerous attacks to destroy us and our people.
Every party friend, every person, every honest Kurdish patriot, PKK sympathizer and supporter should not shy away from their responsibilities with this awareness. Everyone has something they can do. And all of us should know well what our party and our people expect and want from us today and must fight with this awareness.
By carrying out this action, we will show in practice the responsibility, trust and faith we feel only towards our Party, our people and progressive humanity.
