AFRIN – Afrin Liberation Forces (HRE) Commander was interviews by ANHA, in which HRE commanders Şiyar Deniz assesses the progress of their forces in recent years to liberate Afrin.
Deniz began his speech by saying: “As the Afrin Liberation Forces, we remember all the martyrs of the first and second stages of the Resistance, who reached the level of martyrdom in the struggle against the Turkish occupation and its gangs. We offer our condolences to the families of the martyrs and we promise to follow in their footsteps until their dreams come true.”
Deniz said that 5 years had passed since the occupation of Afrin by the occupying Turkish army and its gangs, adding: “This occupation took place in front of the eyes of the world, especially during the beginning of the war and attacks. . All over the world he saw the brutality of the occupier Turkish state and its gangs, waging an unequal war on the geography and people of Afrin. However, the people of Afrin have voiced their resistance to the sound of the enemy’s missiles, the Resistance of Time has given its voice to the world. ”
THE PEOPLE GAVE THEIR MINIMUM OPPORTUNITIES
Deniz praised the resistance of the people of Afrin against the occupiers, adding: stand up against that savagery.
Deniz drew attention to the cultural oppression in Afrin and said: “During the 5 years of occupation, the occupying Turkish army and its gangs have been trying to change the demographics of Afrin by destroying places and temples and abducting and killing civilians.”
CONTINUOUS RESISTANCE
Şiyar Deniz continued his speech: “As children of Afrin, we will defeat the new Ottoman project with the resistance of our people in the camps of Şehba and with special actions against the Turkish occupation and its gangs everywhere and at any time. We want to tell this to our people. “Since the occupation of Afrin, we have continued to resist in the second phase of the Resistance Era.”
‘AFRIN WILL BE SAVED FROM THE OCCUPIED TURKISH ARMY’
Deniz stressed that Afrin would be liberated from the occupier Turkish army and said: “Our people must believe in this. “Our forces are following the occupier Turkish army in their bases in order to inflict heavy casualties on the enemy.”
HRE Commander Şiyar Deniz stated that Afrin was not only occupied by the military, but also culturally and historically, adding: “This is through the destruction and theft of sites, the imposition of the Turkish language and the commission of all kinds of crimes and abuses, such as the kidnapping and killing of civilians.
The Turkish occupation is trying to weaken the HRE by cutting down trees and burning forests, which it considers to be the hiding places of the Afrin Liberation Forces.
We, as the Afrin Liberation Forces, are responding strongly to the crimes and actions of the occupying Turkish army by stepping up our struggle. We are not ready to sacrifice ourselves at any moment in order to save Afrin.”
