BEHDÎNAN – The HPG Press and Information Center said, “Our guerrilla teams are carrying out strong operations against the occupying Turkish army. Guerrilla tactics are used with great success in these activities. These events were held in memory of the Martyrs of May of the Kurdistan Freedom Struggle. In the actions of our forces 24 occupiers were punished, 3 occupiers were wounded, 3 occupants, an A4 weapon, a BKC weapon, 2 military tents, a drone and a mob camera system were destroyed. The bomber struck shortly after noon in front of a police station. Our forces also captured 13 meters of Cortex and 10 kilograms of TNT.

IN THE AVASHIN AREA
On 16 May at 18.00 hours when our forces wanted to bombard the Werxel Resistance Area with heavy weapons, our forces attacked them. On the same day, when the occupiers tried to advance, our forces attacked them again and the occupiers were forced to retreat due to the intervention of our forces.
On 16 May, our forces took control of the occupiers around the battlefields of Werxel Hill in the Werxel Resistance Area, and at 11.45 our guerrillas turned their backs on the occupiers. With the first blow of our guerrillas, the occupiers abandoned their positions. Our forces here destroyed a mob system of invaders.
At 13:45h on 16 May, a group of occupiers attacked the occupiers from two miles away with chemical weapons and explosives while carrying out chemical weapons and explosives in the Werxel Resistance Area. The first arm was placed close to the A4 gun and its muzzle. The second arm also gave a closer look at the three cameras and a mob camera system. An assailant was convicted here, a BKC weapon and a machete were destroyed, the derby was struck at two 2 milestones and a mobster camera system.
On 16 May, our forces fired heavily at the occupiers around the Werxel Resistance Area for the second time. The number of occupants punished and injured as a result of this action has not been determined.
IN THE ZAP AREA;
At 15:00 on 15 May, the occupiers were shot dead by our forces around the battlefields on the hill of Şehid Cudi in the Karker Resistance area and an occupier was punished.
At 10.20 and 11.30 on 15 May, our forces used sabotage tactics against the occupiers who wanted to advance on the battlefields of the Fortress of the Kurojehro Resistance Area. The number of occupants punished and injured as a result of these actions has not been clarified.
At 10:30 on 16 May, the occupiers, who were located between the hills of Harehit Harun and Tehid Tolhildan in the Kurojahro Resistance Area, were followed by our forces. The occupiers, who came under the control of our forces, were targeted by the coordinated action of the guerrillas from three directions at 10.30 am. The first activity group; an occupying group targeted and fired at them from close range. Here 4 invaders were punished and 2 invaders were also injured. Second activity group; the position in which the 2 invaders were targeted. Here also an invader was punished and 1 was injured. The third group of activities also; invaders who left their place and wanted to flee, targeted with assassination tactics and punished an invader. The occupiers who were around and wanted to intervene in the action area were also targeted by our YJA Star forces with heavy weapons.
In this action which our guerrilla teams carried out with different guerrilla tactics, a total of 6 invaders were punished, 3 invaders were also wounded.
On 16 May at around 16:00 hours, two occupier positions were targeted and destroyed by our guerrilla teams in the vicinity of Mamreş battle positions in the Kurojahro Resistance area. As a result of the effective strikes of our forces, 3 occupants were punished, one front was destroyed and one front was damaged.
In the early morning hours of 16 May, the occupiers who wanted to bombard the battlefields in the Resistance area of the Wounded Cave were ousted by our forces. As a result of the intervention of our forces, the occupiers dropped the explosives they had brought with them and fled. Here 13 m Cortex (funnel) and 10 kg TNT of the invaders were captured by our forces.
At 09:30 on 16 May, the occupiers were fired upon by our guerrilla teams from both sides around the battlefields of Girê Orte in the Karker Resistance area. First activity group; 2 occupant tents were targeted and hit effectively from close range. The second group of activities; a group of invaders targeted and effectively hit them. At 14:30 on the same day, a bomb-laden drone of the invaders was shot down and destroyed by our forces.
As a result of this coordinated action of our guerrilla teams in general; 5 invaders were punished, 2 military tents and a bombed drone were destroyed.
These effective actions of our Zap forces were carried out in a spirit of sacrifice, in memory of our martyrs of the month of May in the person of our immortal Commander Comrade Haki Karer.
On 16 May at around 19:00, 22:00 and 23:00 hours, the occupiers who were trying to advance towards the battle positions of the Hell Hill of the Ciyareş Resistance Area were fired upon 3 times by our forces. to do. As a result of the intervention of our forces, the occupiers were forced to withdraw a step.
On 16 May, the occupiers, who wanted to bombard the battle positions in the area of Şehid înahin Resistance with chemical weapons and explosives, were fired upon by our forces with heavy weapons. As a result of this action the occupiers were forced to take a step back.
IN XAKURKE AREA;
At 13:00 on 16 May, our YJA Star forces fired heavy weapons at the occupiers at Axehid Axin Hill. As a result of this action 2 occupants were punished.
ATTACKED AT THE SYRIAN STATION
On 10 May, the occupier Turkish state army’s Sire military base, located within the borders of South Kurdistan, was targeted by our forces with heavy weapons. At least 4 occupants were punished as a result of this action.
THE WAR CONTINUES
The occupying Turkish army bombed the Median Defense Areas dozens of times with warplanes, attack helicopters and obus.
Information about the attacks is as follows:
At 15:30 on 15 May, Hakkari Hill in the Metin area was bombed twice by warplanes. The area of Koordîne and the surrounding villages of Deşîşê, Seraro and Êdîn were also bombarded with howitzers and mortars from checkpoints along the border.
At 17:06 on 16 May, Gare Seven Hill was bombed by warplanes.
On 16 May, the areas of Fileha Village, Cudi Hill and Zap FM Hill were bombed 13 times by warplanes.
On the morning of 17 May, the Karker, Saca and Çemço areas of Zap were bombed with howitzers, mortars and seven warplanes from checkpoints along the border.
