KCK Executive Council Co-Chair Cemil Bayikk participated in a special program on Star TV and spoke about the occupiers’ attacks, the concept of genocide imposed on the Kurdish people, the attacks on Sinjar and the campaign for the release of Kurdish People’s Leader Abdullah .calan.
The Turkish state launched a new invasion. Did the recent attack take place as part of what concept?
Before answering your question, I respectfully remember all the martyrs of the month of May, the martyrs of the 1st of May, and end my prayers in their memory.
We are a movement of martyrs, martyrs for our movement have always meant re-creation in the field of thought and struggle, the dreams and dreams of the martyrs have been realized in this way. May 1st is celebrated all over the world; is a holiday of workers and laborers. The PKK represents this spirit and tradition at the highest level. Because May 1st is a day of uprising against oppression, injustice and power. The PKK is fighting for this. Everyone sees that today this spirit is reflected in the resistance in Zap and Avaşin. The Kurdish people themselves are a working class society, not only in Kurdistan but spread all over the world and it is a working class society. The labor of the Kurdish people is being plundered, so the Kurds – wherever they may be – should celebrate this holiday, this holiday is not only for the workers, but also for the Kurdish people. The Kurdish people must take ownership of this holiday and take the lead. This is because it represents the spirit of socialism, the hopes and goals of socialism. The whole world sees this fact well. Our people must have a say in the truth.
NATO SUPPORTS THE CONCEPT OF KILLING
For your question I can say this; has long been a concept imposed on our movement and our people. We want to achieve this concept now in South (South Kurdistan). The purpose of this concept is how to neutralize the PKK? How can the genocide be imposed on the Kurdish people? The concept is based on this principle. According to this concept a new attack was launched on Zap and Avaşin. This attack is not only against our movement, but also against the Kurdish people and all of humanity. Because they want to destroy those who fight for democracy and freedom. The Turkish state and the PDK have a role to play here and they are fulfilling their mission. Those who in the person of Leader Apo conspired against our movement, our people and humanity Internationally, are running this concept. NATO fully supports this concept. The US, UK and Germany are included in this concept. They are trying to remove the obstacles that the PKK puts in front of capitalist modernity and to overcome the genocide imposed on the Kurdish people. It is well known that unless Leader Apo, the PKK and the PKK guerrillas are neutralized, they will not be able to carry out this genocide imposed on the Kurdish people. Equally know that in the Middle East the invader will not prevail. Therefore their main target is the PKK. Because the PKK is the biggest obstacle in front of them, they will not achieve their goal until this obstacle is removed.
On the other hand, their target is not only the PKK and the Kurdish people, but also the Middle East. They say this themselves; in the Middle East want to dominate Ottoman politics. The Arab people and the people of the region are well aware of this policy. They know very well what the Ottomans did to their heads. So stand up against this policy, show dissatisfaction. Everyone should see this; the war being waged in Avaşin and Zap is a comprehensive war that is not limited to just this area. In this war as in the beginning they want to achieve results in these regions, in the second stage they also aim at the South, their goal is to conquer the South. There are already many Turkish military bases and MIT in the South, ie one third of the South is in the hands of the Turkish state. Not wanting to be left alone with this, their goal is to spread throughout the South. There is such a fact. With the concept running in the North, South and West they want to bring the Middle East under their hegemony. The threat is not only to the Kurdish people, but to the entire Middle East. Humanity is also in great danger in the person of the Kurdish people and the Middle East. The PKK is fighting against this threat, so this struggle is not only for the Kurdish people, but for the Middle East and all of humanity.
Elsewhere in the world, there is a great deal of international dissatisfaction with the occupation, but why is the world silent about these occupier attacks by the Turkish state?
The reason for this is obvious. I have already spoken; those who run the system of capitalist modernity want to neutralize the PKK according to their own interests. Until the PKK is eliminated, they will not be able to secure their interests in Kurdistan and the Middle East. The PKK, Leader Apo and the PKK guerrillas see themselves as a great danger, they want to eliminate this danger. This task was also given to the Turkish state and the PDK. The Turkish state and the PDK are implementing this plan for them. There are interests in capitalist modernity in this plan. Those who run this attack system; therefore do not vote. If they did not impose a concept on our people and our movement, if Turkey and the PDK did not have a mission, it would not have been possible for Turkey and the PDK to wage this war against our people-movement. Behind this are the DYE, England, Israel and Germany. NATO fully supports Turkey and the PDK. It is clear that Turkey and the PDK are also waging war with this support. Our people also express this clearly. Turkey and the PDK are working together on this concept, so they remain silent. Because they have interests in this work.
Sometimes they talk about human rights and democracy, but they do it for their own interests. They propagate what is necessary for their interests, they propagate it. But their face will be really different. Vaye showed his true face in support of Turkey and the PDK, in silence against the brutality of the North, South and West. On the other hand, in a different place, even a small incident arises. But in Kurdistan there are massacres, torture, migration, assimilation and demographic change, nature is being plundered, in short for the Kurdish people can not live what they can do, but once again showed no dissatisfaction. Don’t ask and say, why are you doing this? Because they are the ones who are pursuing this policy, Turkey and the PDK are the ones who are implementing it in practice. So do not vote for him. NEW NATURAL GAS LINE PASSES THROUGH KURDISTAN
Russia and Ukraine want to cut off natural gas from Russia to Europe and supply gas to Europe via the Middle East. This natural gas line also passes through Kurdistan. Turkey occupies and annexes areas within the borders of Iraq and Syria. In the face of this situation, how do the countries you mentioned show the attitude of the Arab world, how do you assess the attitude of these forces?
The policy that capitalist modernity pursues against Leader Apo and the PKK is not limited to the PKK and North Kurdistan. It is not limited to the Kurds only. The policy that is being pursued is the policy that is being enforced in the Middle East. In order to implement this policy, we must first achieve a result against Leader Apo and the PKK. Because Kurdistan is the heart of the Middle East. Those who want to achieve results in the Middle East must first achieve results in Kurdistan. Getting results in Kurdistan is not an easy task either. Because there is a struggle being waged under the leadership of Leader Apo and the PKK. There is a struggle for the freedom of the people, this struggle is a great struggle. Because they see this as a threat to themselves, they support Turkey; to take the lead in this struggle … Turkey has been fighting for 40 years and has offered all its opportunities to this war. But it can not achieve the result. This is why Kurdish nomadism is based on itself.
THIS IS A WAR OF EXISTENCE AND NON-EXISTENCE
The system itself saw that Turkey could not achieve results with this support. That is why the Kurds were not close to Turkey in their service. The Kurds are now betraying and Turkey is running this concept and wants to eliminate the PKK threat to itself. A policy is pursued on this basis. Therefore the war that is currently being waged is a war of man and not man. This is true both for the ruling AKP-MHP and for those who act with Turkey and are in a position of betrayal-cooperation. Because they live with this fear, attacking our movement with all their might. They have mobilized all their resources to eliminate the PKK and the genocide of our people. Our people must understand this well. Our people of the South in particular need to understand this well. The current status of South Kurdistan is in jeopardy. The gains made in the South by the Kurdish people and the PKK are now in jeopardy. The Arab people in the Middle East must also see this danger, knowing full well what the Ottomans did to the Arab people. Arab intellectuals, politicians and artists speak out against this. Every day this dissatisfaction grows, they see better the policies that Turkey and the PDK are pursuing against them.
KAZIM WANTED AN OPPORTUNITY
On the other hand, the Iraqi government is trying to increase its power in Sinjar, and the people of Sinjar have also shown great dissatisfaction. How should Iraq approach Sinjar and what should be the position of the Yazidi community and the forces of democracy?
The Turkish state has started a big war. The PDK is in this war with Turkey on all sides. This war is being waged in collaboration with both. Iraq also launched attacks on Sinjar and the Yazidi community at this time. One can not evaluate this attack differently from the war on Zap and Avaşin. The war that Turkey and the PDK started over Zap and Avaşin, Kazimi saw as an opportunity for himself and wanted to take advantage of it. He thought that if he attacked Sinjar, no one would be able to go with the help of the Yezidis and thus he would be able to get some concessions. This is a place of shame for Iraq. Because the Yezidis fought against ISIS. Not only did they save themselves from genocide, but they also saved the honor of the governments of Iraq and South Kurdistan.
ATTACK AGAINST YEZIDS IS NOT BENEFICIAL
The war that the Yezidis waged against ISIS was a place of honor for them. Both Iraq and South Kurdistan should thank them and fulfill their reasonable demands. Instead, they attack those who wipe their faces and want to surrender. The ISIS wanted to capture them and destroy them. It is an oppressed society, it does not harm anyone. They do not want a state or secession from Iraq. There is no such thing as self-sufficiency. They want to live on their own land according to their faith and religion. Their only wish is this. This request must also be accepted. There is no great demand of its own. Accepting their request will increase their respect. An attack on this community will do nothing to gain Iraq, on the contrary it will cause it to lose. What’s right? The truth is that Iraq should resolve its problems with the Yazidi community through dialogue. Their demands are not against Iraq, on the contrary it will increase Iraq’s wealth. Doing so will make it look like ISIS. Because ISIS also wanted to destroy that society.
Iraq said, ‘I am a friend of the people, a friend of the religions’. There are no more oppressed people than Yazidis. Less remained and wanted to live according to their beliefs. Iraq should be well aware that this policy will never benefit them, it will harm them more than the Yazidis. We find this policy confusing. The forces of democracy and freedom in the world must leave the Yazidis. This should be their primary mission. Because Yazidis want to live freely. The Yazidi community has served humanity through the war against ISIS. Therefore, humanity must stand up against this policy against the Yazidis, which is what they are being asked to do. This is our call to the world and to humanity.
THOSE WHO HAVE SO MANY HOUSES AND PROPERTIES WILL NOT SUPPORT THE PEOPLE
In the history of Kurdistan, despite the resistance, betrayal has always been a black moment. This also led to great tragedies. Despite strong public outcry, the PDK still insists on betrayal. How is it possible that despite this it is still on the same front with the Turkish state?
I said in my message for Newroz that the PDK has chosen the Turkish state. This fact is in front of everyone’s eyes today. When I was at Newroz I got that message a little closer, but today it is clearly in the forefront. The PDK has made its choice not on the part of the Kurdish people, but on the side of Turkey. Everyone knows that the Turkish state is the enemy of all Kurds not only in Bakukr, but everywhere. This enmity is spreading everywhere in Rojava, South Kurdistan, Europe. This animosity is not hidden in any way, but in front of everyone’s eyes. Why didn’t the PDK choose the people, but the Turkish state? Because family interests prevail within the PDK. The interests of the Kurdish people are not based on themselves, they are based on the interests of the family. Opportunities have been put at the service of the Barzani family. How they became billionaires, how they made so many homes and properties from the Americas to the Gulf and was published in the world media. With this he puts his preference on the side of the Turkish state. Those who have so much property will not be on the side of the people, it will be on the side of the authorities. Because interest dictates this. When one pays attention, one sees that it deals with Turkey, the US, the UK, Germany and Israel. This state means slavery, oppression and injustice to the people. If the PDK had taken its place with the Kurdish people, it would not have joined them. They are taking their place with Turkey for their own interests, because they are not pursuing materialism.
THE TRAITOR POSITION OF KDP CAME TO LIGHT
When people pay attention they see that the PDK has participated in the war from all sides despite the Turkish state; encircles the guerrillas, separates the guerrilla areas, assists the Turkish troops in moving to the area, ensures their security, meets their logistical needs, kills the soldiers from the battlefield and provides intelligence. In short it does not charge anything, it serves them in every way. What is being shown here is the will of the Turkish state, not the will of the PDK. Many forces and circles from the Behdinan region saw that this was serving the Turkish state and expressed dissatisfaction. Some quarters also express their dissatisfaction openly. The three parties recently issued a statement in Erbil condemning their support for the Turkish occupation. That is why the PDK attacked them. I respectfully send my greetings to them from here.
Also in Khanaqin, he celebrated the victory of the guerrillas who distributed sugar. I also salute them respectfully. In Kirkuk, Sulaymaniyah, Chamchamal, Raperin and many other places artists, writers, intellectuals, politicians condemned the occupation; betrayal and occupation no longer speak together. I also salute them respectfully. Furthermore in Silopi our people marched bravely, fearlessly and courageously against the Turkish army and police; I greet them too, offer my respect. In Europe, our people are protesting against the Turkish occupation and the betrayal and cooperation of the PDK with the occupation, and I salute them and pay my respects. The guerrillas are writing their own handwriting, and the Kurdish people see this everywhere. If the Kurdish people show dissatisfaction with the occupation and betrayal at this extreme level and show a strong reaction, the role of the guerrillas is decisive here. Dissatisfaction among the people, the forces of freedom and democracy is growing day by day against the occupation of the Turkish state and the treacherous position of the PDK. The PDK must understand this and abandon this policy. On this basis I call on everyone. This policy is against the Kurdish people, it is against you; you may be following daily politics, but the end will take you away too. If at the initial level the target is the PKK, at the next level everyone is outside the PKK. Our people express this clearly.
BETRAYAL TO THE KURDISH PEOPLE
Well, is the dissatisfaction that artists, intellectuals and politicians have shown against this line of betrayal enough in your view?
In the history of all peoples, just as there is a line of democracy and freedom, there is also a line of betrayal. These two lines always stand side by side. Sometimes the line of betrayal, sometimes the line of democracy and freedom has triumphed in this struggle. The same is true in Kurdistan. There is a saying of our people like this, ‘The trunk of a tree is not from a tree, a tree is not a trunk’. the Kurdish people have expressed their line of betrayal in this way; because betrayal is damaging among the Kurds. Those whose interests are on the side of the dictators follow this line. This situation in Kurdistan has a historical basis; because of the fragmentation and weakness of Kurdistan, they say, ‘if we do not get outside support we will not be able to achieve the result’. The foreign forces around Kurdistan are militant forces, they are the forces that are pursuing a hostile policy against the Kurds. Therefore, the Kurdish rulers act with these forces according to their interests and deceive the people. They say to the people, ‘our four sides are surrounded, if we do not receive outside support we will not be able to stand on our own two feet’. So far the people have been deceived by these words. But the people see that this is not the case, this policy serves the enemies of the Kurds, not the Kurdish people. The Kurdish people base their roots on themselves, the spirit of Newroz. In this spirit he struggles with his opportunities. This situation also always gets stronger. The struggle of the Kurdish people affects the region, the world. Today, everyone sees the struggle of the Kurdish people, the struggle of the PKK and gaining power from it, raising hopes. Leader Apo and Kurdish women see themselves as leaders. Therefore, they see this war waged by the Turkish state in collaboration with the PDK as a threat and are showing more and more dissatisfaction with the occupation and betrayal.

If we continue the struggle vigorously, not only among the Kurds, but also among the Arab people, internationally, among the forces of democracy and freedom, there will be a strong protest against the Turkish occupation and the cooperation of the PDK, and more mass demonstrations will take place. . The day the attack started did not show much dissatisfaction, but the dissatisfaction is growing day by day. As in England the unions showed a very strong stance against this occupation; I greet them, offer my respects. At the same time, the dissatisfaction of the forces of democracy and freedom is growing. Dissatisfaction is growing among Arab politicians and intellectuals every day, as they have seen better the threat posed by the Turkish state and the PDK against them. OUR STRUGGLE IS JUST AND A FIGHT FOR RIGHTS
As required of us; the guerrillas in Zap and Avaşin are inflicting heavy casualties on the occupiers and want to bring an end to the AKP-MHP. The end of the AKP-MHP means that the Kurds, the peoples of the Middle East and humanity will be saved from a great calamity. The guerrillas with this aim resisted the attacks with all kinds of advanced weapons, tanks, artillery, planes and chemical weapons, in an unparalleled manner. This also strengthens the hopes of the people and makes them even more possessed in this struggle. This will get bigger next time. In order to achieve this, women and young people in particular must rise to the role. Because the Turkish state, in cooperation with the PDK, wants to kill the Kurdish people. THE GUERRILLA RECEIVES POWER FROM THE LEADER
The guerrillas bravely resist the invasion attacks as you do. On the mountain with individual weapons against all kinds of heavy technology and chemical weapons. Where do Kurdish women and youth get this power from? What do you want to say to the guerrillas?
I salute the HPG and YJA Star guerrillas. We are grateful to them. Really writing history. Spiriting everyone. They raise the hope of democracy and freedom for all. So many people in the world may have fought in guerrilla style, but none of them struggled under the conditions of struggle of HPG and YJA Star. Because they write handwriting in very difficult and difficult conditions. The war they are waging is a war of honor. The war that represents humanity. Raise the values of humanity. That is why they are writing this history not only for the Kurdish people, but for the whole of humanity. Where do you get this power from? Get it from Leader Apo. SOUTHERN PEOPLE SHOULD JOIN THE GUERRILLA

If the Turkish state and the PDK succeed, there will be no such thing as the South. No party in the South stands on its own two feet. She will surrender all, without identification, to enslave herself. Although the guerrillas prevented this, the PDK and Turkey want to take everyone’s breath away. In order not to face such a thing, for this the owner must leave the guerrilla. EVERYONE HAS A RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE LEADER APO

The current campaign for the physical freedom of Kurdish People’s Leader Abdullah .calan is a campaign in which everyone must take their place. Not only the Kurds, those against oppression, fascism, domination; those who are based on the values of humanity, who love nature, those who are based on democracy and freedom, must take their place in this campaign. This campaign is not only based on the physical freedom of Leader Apo, it serves the solution of the Kurdish question. Serves the democratization of Turkey. Serves the democratization of the Middle East. It will serve the democratization and freedom of the world. Because Leader Apo is not a person. Leader Apo does not only represent the PKK and the Kurdish people. The PKK represents humanity in the person of the Kurdish people. Struggling for humanity. How can it save humanity from a sovereign system, especially from capitalist modernity? The PKK fights on this basis. Those who read the books of Leader Apo, those who read his sermons, see this. Those who see this have a stake in Leader Apo, the PKK and the struggle of Leader Apo.
Kurds in particular should be the ones to lead the campaign vigorously. Those who lead the way are young people and women. Every Kurdish individual has a duty to Leader Apo. Leader Apo must fight to get out of prison. This is not just the duty of PKK militants, or the people acting alongside the PKK. It is the duty of all Kurdish people. Those who say we are Kurds, patriots, democrats, socialists and natural rights, women’s rights, it is everyone’s duty. Because Leader Apo not only fought for the Kurdish people, but also not only for the PKK; struggles for everyone. Is the leader of humanity. The reality of Leadership is this. This is because of the brutal policy being pursued against Leader Apo. This policy is not governed by the Turkish state. Although the Turkish state does this in practice, there are also Kurdish traitors. Everyone who cooperates with the Turkish state is there. IN HIS PERSON WANT TO HAVE HUMANITY
The policy of the Turkish state towards the Kurds is a policy of genocide. It wants to eliminate everything in the name of Kurds and Kurdistan. This policy is mostly implemented in prisons. Many people in the world have been imprisoned, but not as many people as the Kurdish people have been imprisoned. In other words, almost no one has been imprisoned in the North. Not once have they been arrested many times. Today 300 thousand of our people are imprisoned. Anyone who has fought for the Kurdish people and Kurdistan is all in prison. Take revenge on them too. It says how you own the Kurds and Kurdistan, how you stand before us, how you do not accept us, why you do not withdraw your hand. We want to destroy you, and you will accept it. Those who do not accept are subjected to torture, severe punishments, deprivation of life, illness, medical treatment, extended sentences. That is what they do. Because politics puts a damper on them. That is to say the policy of genocide is imposed on them. This takes place in the person of those in prisons.
WANTS TO MESSAGE THE KURDISH PEOPLE WITH PRISONERS
