CATALUNYA – In Spain, a gynecology seminar was held between 21 and 22 May in a village near the city of Barcelona in the region of Catalonia. The seminar, organized by the European and Catalan Committees on Gynecology, was attended by women from all over Catalonia.
The seminar was held in the name of the martyr Malda Kusa, who was working as a gynecologist in Rojava and was martyred in 2019 in the war against ISIS. The seminar began with a tribute to the memory of the martyrs and the introduction of the personality of the martyr Malda.
The first day of the seminar will focus on the history of Kurdistan, the tradition of the Kurdistan women’s struggle, the history of the Kurdistan women’s movement, the formation of the PKK, the militarization of women, the theory of secession, the ideology of women’s liberation, the international conspiracy against Kurdish People’s Leader Abdullah Ocalan, the establishment of PAJK and KJK. will have begun. The topics of ‘What is Gynecology’ and ‘Why Gynecology’ were also discussed in the evening.
The seminar continued the second day with Gynecological critiques on modern science, the method of Gynecology, natural society and sexual dysfunction. Most recently the work that Gynecology has has been described.
A message was also given to the resistance guerrillas at the seminar. This is stated in the message;
“Dear friends of the free mountains of Kurdistan. From Catalonia we want to send all our strength and support to the historic resistance that you are leading. The land in which we live has witnessed the courage and strength of internationalism. We are with you on this culture as well. Your struggle over the years has turned hope into women and peoples of the world. Now is not the time to stumble, we will not leave you alone, your struggle is our struggle. You have proved that no state or army can break the will of free peoples. Let us stop the imperialist war in Turkey together. Long live the guerrilla resistance. ”
The seminar ended with various songs and dances.
