ZURİCH – Since April 17, the heroic guerrillas have been carrying out an epic resistance against the genocidal invasion attempts of the fascist Turkish state and the hegemonic stooge KDP’s attempts to invade the Medya defense areas in order to annihilate the Kurdistan freedom struggle.
In Zurich, the internationalist youth showed their solidarity with the guerrilla resistance and took a stand. In a statement, they welcomed the resistance of the guerrillas who have been inflicting heavy blows on Turkish fascism for seven days and stressed the attitude of the KDP which openly supports the enemy of the Kurds. They said: “This epic resistance will lead the Kurdish freedom movement to success and make this fascist mentality disappear. The existence of the guerrillas is the existence of the Kurdish people.”
Moreover, they declared that they support the struggle of the freedom guerrillas by saying: “We will be against the fascist Turkish and KDP attacks in the fields and we will support the guerrillas.”
The action, which lasted for about half an hour, ended with slogans.
