SHENGAL – The youth of biengal expressed their support for the resistance of the freedom fighters in a statement; “If necessary, we will go with the guerrillas to fight the enemy. The attacks on Sinjar must end.”
The Yezidi Youth and Women Union of Sinjar issued a statement in support of the resistance of the HPG and YJA Star guerrillas against the attacks of the Turkish state and the PDK for the occupation of South Kurdistan.
The youths stated that the freedom fighters are not alone, they will inevitably go to the Median Protection Areas as Yazidi youths and fight side by side with the guerrillas against the occupiers. The youth said; “We must fight for an independent Kurdistan, an Autonomous Yezidi community and a democratic Iraq.”
A statement issued by the youth in Sinun district of Sinjar said:
“Turkish state forces and Erdogan are once again attacking the guerrillas in Zap, Metin and Avaşin. The guerrillas came to our people on a dark day and saved us from order and massacres. Whatever we are asked to do, in history all the orders given to the Kurdish people and the Yazidi community have been in the hands of Barzani’s house. The Barzani family today’s slave to Erdogan is dishonorable and immoral. They also want to capture Sinjar with a plan, for which the Iraqi army also attacked the Yezidi Security Forces.
This land was saved by the blood of the martyrs
As this land was saved with the blood of the martyrs, Zoroaster and Mam Zekiyan, we, as the Yezidi Youth Union, are on the same path. We are today with our security and our YBŞ-YJŞ forces. We all know that the HPG has officially left Sinjar, under the control of the Iraqi government. The occupiers throughout history have always wanted to occupy and plunder this society. We will always stand up and fight. We call on Iraq to comply with the demands of Sinjar, otherwise we, as young people, will be on the side of our security and forces until the end. Let it be well known, this land was not easily saved, it was built with the blood of the martyrs. We will never take a step back, especially Mustafa Kazimi, let there be no excuses for Sinjar. We as Yezidi youth are ready for anything.
Barzani’s house is not ashamed of itself
A party like the PDK is not ashamed of Barzani’s house. Until yesterday, his peshmergas fled the land of Sinjar, and yesterday this land fell into the clutches of ISIS. We do not need Barzani and the traitors. “Our guerrillas are not alone. We will join the guerrillas and fight for a free Kurdistan, an Autonomous Yezidi House and a democratic Iraq.”
