SHENGAL – Members of the People’s Assembly, representatives of the Sinjar Autonomous Region and members of the Yezidi Women’s Liberation Movement (YWMM) visited the offices of the Yezidi Asayiş, YBŞ and YJŞ for support. The first visit was to the YBŞ checkpoint in the village of Bare. Here Edol Şemo spoke on behalf of the TAJ. Shamo added that they now had the power and would always take their place with their fighters. Shamo informed that he will always take his place with his children and we will not allow another order.
‘WE WILL STOP AGAINST ALL ATTACKS’
After Şemo’s speech, Dilşêr Qeyranî also spoke on behalf of YBŞ and said: “How we saved our community from the command, we will always protect our community as well. We are the children of this land. In 2014, we fought against the savage ISIS gangs to protect this land. We stood up and defended our community. We will continue to stand up against all attacks today. Let our community know better, we will protect them until the last drop of their blood. “We are no longer waiting for anyone to protect us, we will protect ourselves.”
The delegation then visited the Yezidi Asayish checkpoint in the village of Xanasor. The delegation also visited a security checkpoint in Sinan district. The delegation recently visited the Yezidi Security Center in the village of Gigur.
The delegation ended its visit with the slogans “Long live the security resistance”.
‘ATTACK IS AGAINST OUR ACHIEVEMENTS’
A member of the Association of the Families of the Martyrs, Pakiz Celal, spoke to ANF about the visit and said: “We visited the security today to show our support. They stand up for our protection. Attacks are on all of our gains. These attacks are carried out by Iraq, the United States, the genocidal Turkish state and the PDK. “In order to thwart these attacks, we must unite and unite our forces.”
