CENTRAL NEWS – The Marxist Leninist Communist Party (MLKP) Kurdistan Organization made a written statement against the invasion attacks of the invading Turkish state.
The statement said, “The colonial Turkish state launched a new invasion attack on Medya Defense Zones on April 17. The Kurdish freedom guerrilla stopped and repelled the first attacks with great resistance.
“Since July 2015, the Turkish colonialists have launched an all-out liquidation attack in Bakur, Rojava and Bashur in order to liquidate the Kurdish freedom struggle and its guerrilla by using all their political, military, economic and diplomatic tools. He failed. He could not subdue the Kurdish freedom struggle and the guerrilla. It could not eliminate the Rojava Revolution. He failed to bring his plan of collapse to fruition. On April 24, 2021, he launched a large-scale military attack, backing NATO and KDP support, in order to seize the Medya Defense Zones and liquidate the gains in Shengal and Maxmir. The ambitions of the colonial powers, who claimed that they would neutralize the guerrilla in a few weeks, remained in their crops. He wrote epics of guerrilla resistance.
‘ALL KURDISH ARE AT THE TARGET’
With this attack to occupy the Zap and Metina areas, the Iraqi state forces attacked the Self-Government forces in Shengal, the Turkish state and its servant gangs increased their attacks in Rojava, the wall was built in Shengal with the cooperation of the Iraqi state and the KDP, Syria state’s embargo by besieging Aleppo and Shehba shows that a general attack and liquidation plan against Kurdish gains has been put into effect.
The imperialist US and coalition forces are the partners of this liquidation plan. They want to liquidate the revolutionary democratic gains of the Kurds by neutralizing the Kurdish Freedom Forces. Because only in this way can they find reliable partners for themselves in Kurdistan who are in line with their interests.
The invasion attack started right after Mesrour Barzani met with the fascist chief Erdogan. The KDP is rapidly shifting from collaboration to the line of betrayal. KDP administrators offer Kurdish national gains to the colonialists to protect their personal wealth. No KDP or Bashur should remain silent about this. If the Turkish state liquidates the Kurdish Freedom Guerrilla, none of the gains in Bashur will be secure. The colonialist Turkish state will not miss any opportunity to eliminate the Federated Kurdistan Administration and to annex Mosul and Kirkuk. It is clear that the imperialist USA will not listen to the whims of the colonialist Turkish state, which is ultimately a NATO power, and will take a side with the Turkish state against the KDP and the Kurds.
‘WE SHOULD JOIN ARMS WITH GUERILLA AND STOP FASCISM’
The invasion attack launched on Zap and Metina is not only aimed at the total liquidation of the Kurdish Freedom Forces, but also to suppress the resurgent democratic mass movement in Turkey and to destroy the revolutionary potential before it is revealed. If workers and workers, women, youth and environmentalists, who are groaning under hunger, poverty and unemployment in Turkey, do not raise their voices against this invasion attack, the voices they raise for themselves will be drowned out and their resistance will be crushed by the attacks of fascism. The resistance of workers and laborers, women, youth and environmentalists in Turkey and the resistance of the guerrilla are closely linked. The defeat of the Turkish state against the guerrilla will be the gain of all progressives, revolutionary and democratic forces, and all the poor in Turkey. Supporting the guerrilla means stopping fascism.
As Kurdistan communists, we will increase the resistance to defend the Kurdish gains and revolutionary democratic positions against the invaders wherever we are, and we will defend Kurdistan.”
