BEHDİNAN – HPG Press Center announced that a total of 21 invaders were killed as a result of today’s effective strikes by the guerrilla against the invading Turkish army, which has been trying to land on the Martyr Şahin Resistance Area of Zap since 17 April.
HPG Press Center shared the following information:
“The invading Turkish army has been trying to land its soldiers in the Martyr Shahin Resistance Area of Zap since April 17. However, our guerrilla forces effectively intervened in the helicopters of the invaders and did not allow them to land soldiers. The attempt of the invaders to land soldiers in the Martyr Shahin Resistance Area has been going on for three days. The invaders tried to enter this area by land after they heavily bombed the Martyr Şahin Resistance Area at 09:00 on April 22 with warplanes.
Our forces have effectively hit the invaders trying to advance by land. Our forces have developed successive actions using mobile guerrilla warfare and many tactics intertwined and creatively. 18 invaders were punished in these actions. While the occupiers were trying to remove their bodies, they were also targeted and shot with sabotage tactics, and 3 occupants were punished in this action. As a result of the actions in the Martyr Şahin Resistance Area on April 22, a total of 21 invaders were punished. The clashes in the Martyr Şahin Resistance Area are still continuing intensely.”
