BEHDÎNAN – The statement of the HPG Press and Information Center on the subject is as follows:
“As part of the Zagros Basis Revolutionary Initiative in the Zap region;
On 8 April at 15:30 hours, our forces carried out a coordinated guerrilla action against the occupiers from 2 wings at the Bedew Fortress. The action was carried out with heavy weapons and the targets were identified, destroyed.
At 19:40 on 8 April, our forces attacked the occupiers for the second time at the Fortress of Bedew and destroyed the target.
Both actions were carried out by our forces in memory of our immortal heroes who fought valiantly in Werxel, wrote history, but were martyred by chemical weapons.
On April 8, between 09:00 and 18:00, the area of Girê Cûdî in the Zap region was bombed by howitzers and warplanes by border posts.
At 18:00 on 8 April, the Wexel area in the Avaşin area was bombed by warplanes and obus by border posts.
On April 9, between 23:00 and 00:30, helicopters flew over the Qashura area in the Metina area. The bomber struck shortly after noon in front of a rally in the villages of Deshish, Seraro and Idin, as well as in the area of Koordine.”
