LÜTZERATH – The invasion attacks of the Turkish state on Medya Defense Zones were protested in many cities of Europe. The invasion attacks launched by the invading Turkish state in cooperation with the KDP in Avaşîn, Metîna and Zap regions were also protested by internationalist activists in a rally in Lützerath.
Dozens of Kurdistanis and their friends, who went out into the fields, emphasized that they would never accept the betrayal of the KDP, which offered Kurdistan’s gains to the Turkish state.
The young people who made a statement about their rallies expressed the following;
“Turkey, which has been prepared for weeks and supported by the German government, has been attacking the Zap, Metîna and Avaşîn regions in the south of Kurdistan since yesterday. It is attempting to drop troops from the air accompanied by heavy bombardment. The guerrillas have successfully resisted and continue to resist the mass occupation.
“Our solidarity with the guerrillas and all those affected by the Turkish aggression!”
Climate justice can only be fought for if we unite internationally against the global system of capitalism and rebuild our societies from below. The revolution in Rojava is a shining example of this. An attack on them is an attack on allied struggles for women’s emancipation, ecology and a bottom-up society and economy of need around the world. Everywhere we must oppose it with determination and with the means at our disposal!”
