​​​​​​​Outcome of Turkish attacks on Zarghan-Tal Tamr

The Zarghan and Tal Tamr frontlines underwent constant shelling in the last four months where institutions and civilian houses were targeted on intention and randomly causing injuries and martyrdoms besides material damages.

CENTRAL NEWS – Shelling carried out by the Turkish occupation forces and the affiliated mercenary groups on the Zarghan and Tal Tamr district was documented by ANHA as follows:

  • On January 1 the Zarghan district and the village of Asadiye were open to shelling by Turkish army; the Zaghan district council was shelled that caused material damages to buildings and cars parked nearby. On the same day the village of Derdara of the Tal Tamr district was shelled too.
  • On January 3 western villages of the Tal Tamr district were shelled. Derdara, Tawila, Tal Tawil, Um Keif, Tal Juma’ and Tal Shanan were shelled.
  • On January 5 Derdara and Um Keif, and Ereb Khan of the Zarghan district were shelled. Tal Shanan, Tal Keifji and Gheibish were all shelled causing mass damages to the electricity conduit line 66.
  • On January 7 the two villages of Rabi’at and Tal Werd of the Zarghan district were shelled in which two citizens were injured,. The village of Gulie, Tal ‘Ebud, Khedrawi and the Zarghan district center, Dada ‘Bdal, Matmura and Khirbet Shaier were all shelled .
  • On January 10, the village of Gozliye was shelled.
  • On January 12 the two villages of ‘Ebush and Um Kheir were shelled.
  • On janaury 14 ‘Ebush, and Derdara in Tal Tamr and Rabi’at and Tal Werd in Zarghan were shelled.
  • On January 26 the village of Tal Laban of the Tal Tamr district was shelled.
  • On February 2 Tal Juma’, Um Keif, Tawila, Gozliye and Tal Shanan was all shelled.
  • On February 3 a post of the Syrian government forces in the village of Derdara was shelled in which an element of the Syrian forces was injured, and, on the same day Tal Shanan, Derdara and Qubur Qerachneh were all shelled.
  • On February 7 the road between Zarghan and Darbassiye was shelled, in addition to the villages of Dad ‘Ebdal, Bubi, Asadiye and Tal Ziyab were all shelled.
  • On February 9 the village of Tal Ziyab was shelled.
  • On February 7 the periphery of the Russian military base was shelled by drones that injured two fighters.
  • On February 27 Tal Shanan, Um Kheir and Dashisha were all shelled in which a woman was injured.
  • On march 1 forces of the Syrian government carried out a provocative attack on the fighters of the Tal Tamr Military Council in the periphery of the Gozeliye village to the west of the Tal Tamr district. Two fighters were martyred in the attack and a third was injured. Two Syrian elements were killed and two others were injured too.
  • On March 18 turkish occupation forces and the affiliated mercenary groups targeted the Power Plant in Tal Tamr that caused immense damages to the plant and cables of the conduit line 66.
  • On April 3 the Zarghan district center and its villages of Dad ‘Ebdal, Bubi, Wasfe, Um Hermel Gharbiye, Nuwey’at, Asadiye, Tal Hermel, Rabi’at, Tal Werd and Sadam ‘Ubeid Project were shelled intensively. A citizen was injured and material damages were caused too in properties and internet services.
  • On April 4 a drone of the Turkish occupation forces shelled office of the Internal Security Forces in the Zghan district center injuring three members of the forces. the Zarghan district center and the village of Asadiye were shelled on the very same day.
  • On April 6 the village of Asadiye was shelled in which five citizens were injured.

Worth to note, Turkish occupation forces and the affiliated mercenary groups are on the move to carry out an overall attack on Zarghan and Tal Tamr as mass forces as information and footage show.
